Used their app to checkin, scheduled during my lunch there were 2 stylists on duty each with a customer so I took a seat. They were in no rush chit chatted and finally one finished. Instead of waiting on me continued to poke around fished for money even though there wasn’t another customer in the salon seems like it could have waited. Ended up leaving after 15 minutes of this pretty disappointed. Should be a little more efficient and be more customer focused.

I have been going to this salon for several years and have had several different stylists cut my hair. Can’t remember ever having a bad cut. I now use their app to schedule appointment so the wait time is minimal Prices are fair and you get points for free services.

I usually get my cut at a barbershop a little further down the road than this Supercuts. On a particular day, I forgot my the shop was closed, but having decided I was already too far invested in this trip to not get a haircut, I decided to go to the Supercuts. Bad mistake. I’ve gone to a number of Supercuts before, many of which I liked. This one, I will never go back to. When I walked through the door, I was met with a great deal of attitude. I almost walked out right then. If they didn’t want my business, they didn’t have to get it. But like I said, I was too far invested. They told me the wait would be an hour, it ended up being 2 hours. Then the computer system went down and they told everyone who was waiting that they could still use their cards and they would call each individual card into the system to charge it, but everyone after us would have to use cash. When I finally got my cut, it seemed that the hairdresser was pretty inexperienced because she cut herself a couple of times, having to use a pause a few times to patch herself up before continuing. The haircut itself turned out okay, but my normal barber charges me half the price and usually does a better/quicker job. At the end of the day, I gave my card and the person up front told me I had to go to a bank to get cash. And I told her what she had said earlier, but she said she didn’t remember me waiting. I was there for 2 hours! Like I said before, I won’t be back.

Perhaps I didn’t know any better as a poor college student, but Supercuts to me was the place to go for a quick haircut. The establishment itself is small. The usual Paul Mitchell products are on full display in the front of the establishment. Expect nothing post of high class about Supercuts, the business is meant solely for a quick cut and a hasty escape. Haircut… Requested Razor 1 on the side with a slight trim on the top. At the end of the cut, the sides were buzzed at Razor 0, and the top of my head resembled that of a black skull cap. Did I mention the shaver they used caused significant friction to the back of my neck where the marks remained for over 4 days? Bad haircut choice indeed! But I will give props to friendly customer service and great deal on Paul Mitchell items.
