prices started ok but lots of hidden fees after first delivery. not good customer service. bring your business elsewhere, there are lots of options in the area.

We were Surner customers since moving to the area (ten years). Last winter we ran out of oil several times and had to fill the tank with diesel to keep the house heated. Some winters we enrolled in the prepaid program and the rest we paid market rate depending on how the price of oil looked. We always paid them a sizable sum in advance. We were on automatic delivery but they never seemed to show up the last couple of winters so I would call when we got below a ¼th and still we ran ou twice.
We ended up with a burst pipe this time last year not resulting from a lack of oil but a Issue with a zone controler, Surner“s service did what we thought at the time was a great job with the repair. They replaced two of the three zone controllers and a presure tank. We began buying our oil from another locally owned company who has no problem keeping oue tank filled. About two weeks ago the heat in our second floor would not heat up so I called Surner as they replaced that controler last winter as well as the credit. They refused to come out and check there own work. The woman who I talked to was beyond rude.
The seevice team from another local company came out In a couple of days and replaced the broken controler. You would think Surner would have stood by their work.

I’ve been using Surner for my house for about 10 years and they have been very competent. They offer good prepay and budget options, and the office folks are really great, and quite nice. I would say that it’s a good idea to get a 2^nd estimate on repair work, because sometime their prices are high…

We’ve been using Surner Heating for oil delivery and service (on our furnace and central air conditioning system) for a little over a year. We’ve been very happy with the service and the price of the oil that we have purchased from them.
