Poorly prepared food. Leave it up to the staff here to take a standard recipe burn half of it and still wrap it up and give it to customers I was just here 10 minutes ago very disappointed

Horrible service and drive thru takes forever, don’t go if you’re in a hurry. They rarely ever get my order completely right and always forget sides or silverware. I’ve complained before and they told me they would call to fix it but never do. Staff seems lazy and doesn’t care much about food or customers. Pretty sure it’s not that hard to get a simple fast food order correct.

It’s Taco Bell/​KFC… Really how do you rate this?
I wanted to try the Happier Hour I kept seeing advertised on TV. My mom and I were at Lowe’s getting paint anyway, so we decided to head through the drive-​thru for a beverage and snack.
All of the Happier Hour drinks are sugary. My mom ordered the Lime Fizz. I didn’t order a drink at all. The Lime Fizz tasted EXACTLY like a margarita sans alcohol. Wasn’t too bad, really. We each got a Chicken Little for a snack. They were teeny little chicken sandwiches. Like a small fried tender on half of a hot dog bun with pickles and mayo. Not bad… Not great though either. Just ok.
The service in the drive-​thru took forever. I think the girl working the drive-​thru was making food and taking orders, which seemed weird. I didn’t see her wearing gloves while in the kitchen area which weirds me out because her hands were all over the register, drink fountains, etc., and then it perhaps touched our food? Yuck! I can’t prove that though, but that’s what I think I saw!
Anyway, I wouldn’t return for Happier Hour. It didn’t make me happier. HA!
