This is a well known and highly desired apartment to UB students. They know that and they just play students. I moved in here for less than 6 months. Half a year after I moved out, got a phone call from debt collector for almost $ 300 property damage. Long story short, I left the apartment in the same condition when I moved in. One of the charge was $ 175 for kitchen counter, which was old and dirty but it was like that when I moved in. Oh well too bad I’m the last person on the paper right?
UB students, If you, by some miracle chances, are reading this. Take this lesson, take photos when you move in and when you move out. They don’t call or email you if there’s damage. They only send mail to your forwarding address. (Which of course I never received).
On top of that the student staff are all rude beaches. Horrendous attitude and terrible service.

Have your heard of UV Sweethome? Oh yeah, they’re well known for cockroaches and overpriced rent. Also, nothing works. You will deal with students instead of professionals if you have issues. It looks good from the outside, until you move in. If you’re considering signing a lease, just don’t. I regret it entirely. You pay way too much for what you’re receiving.
