Very very very slow… I was literally waiting for half an hour for my coffee!!! Plus the coffee was cold when I got it. Very disappointed.

Slightly below average service. Terrible food. I normally don’t mind tim hortons, I often stop at different locations for a snack/hot drink. Yesterday on my lunch break(about one in the afternoon) I went there and it was soo bad. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It was not toasted, just slightly lukewarm. There was approximately half a teaspoon of cream cheese on it, could barely taste it. My coffee was not very fresh either. A little burnt but I needed the caffeine fix so I drank it. Pretty disappointing. Won’t be back.

It’s a Tim Horton’s just like every other around the area. The staff make this one enjoyable and the latest renovations have dramatically improved the interior. The staff are friendly and quick to remember orders of regular visitors. They also are extremely friendly and quick during the morning shift to move along the work crowd to fuel then with their large double doubles. Whatever you do, don’t be «that guy» that orders a panini at the drive through… Go inside and wait it out instead of clogging up the drive through.

About four years ago I made the switch from sugary, juicy beverages to just plain water or unsweetened iced tea(both with extra ice and a lemon, please.) Because of this, I find myself searching out places who do iced tea right. Among the top contenders are Panera(their iced herbal teas are amazing!), McDonald’s(surprisingly), and Dunkin Donuts… but Tim’s has been straggling behind the others, and for several reasons. First… I CONSISTENTLY receive black iced COFFEE when ordering iced TEA. As a non-coffee drinker, the difference is obvious. Second, when I order«extra ice and A lemon» that doesn’t mean extra ice and extra lemon. One time I actually received SEVENTEEN(I counted them!) thin lemon slices. And third, even when they do get the order right… tea(not coffee), sufficient ice, and one-maybe-two lemon slices… more often than not the tea is brewed so strong it’s overpowering.

I visit this Tim Horton’s at least once a week and think this location is above average. The restaurant and restroom are always clean. Usually, service is pretty good, too. Twice though, I have received the wrong items, so I’d be sure to check your order for accuracy. Overall, the staff is very friendly(unlike certain other Tim Horton’s locations, where the staff is often brusque and harried). Recommended if you’re in the Sweet Home High School area.

The coffee here is plain and simple not good black. I never add milk or sugar to my coffee but it’s undrinkable without it here. They don’t give you a sleeve either so when you go through the drive through you burn your hand, I mean literally I have a blister on my hand from holding onto my Tim Horton’s coffee. Double cup if you don’t want to spend money on a sleeve. The food here is so blah. Bland, tasteless and cold. Don’t know how this place stays in business, I see them everywhere around Buffalo and the drinks just aren’t good. I have only tried the coffee however, maybe the other drinks that are covered up with syrup and sugar stand a chance.

Clean location Friendly staff Can’t go wrong with Tim Horton’s. The very popular chain rarely disappoints. Since it is a chain, be careful as it’s hard for things to be really consistent(such as how much butter they put on bagels, how much sugar they add) so be specific or if you are particular about a certain thing, ask for it on the side. They not only have breakfast food, but paninis, soups, etc. Can’t go wrong!
