All Day Wireless

This is where I first got a MetroPCS phone for my small business. The girl behind the counter (who still works there, all the employees know exactly who I’m talking about when I mention her & apparently she is a notoriously bad employee) was listening to music with her headphones, looked up at me when I came in, then went back to playing on her phone. There was also a family in there that she wasn’t helped.
She knew nothing of the phones, I ended up buying this piece of crap she told me worked just like a Blackberry (after flagging her down & asking for help to which she did the teeanger huff & rolled her eyes) which it doesn’t. It doesn’t really do a damn thing & it’s insanely slow.
When I went to upgrade, there was a nice young guy working that helped me pick out a new phone, that they didn’t have in stock. I tried to buy my back up choice, also not in stock.
The staff here, except that one nice kid, is NOT knowledgeable, the place itself is a shit hole, there’s always an insane wait (I used to pay my bill here before one opened up closer to me because it was the closest to me. Just to pay my bill with the wait took 20−30m & there is no check in kiosk to hold your place), very rude or very, very creepy staff (there’s an older, very hairy, overweight balding dude that works there who can’t say anything to anyone with boobs without a disgusting sexual undertone & wink or smile to solidify the «I’ve just been violated» feeling). There’s a new MetroPCS store on Brookhurst & Crescent that is much larger, well-​stocked, well maintained, clean, knowledgeable staff that doesn’t mind rape you, and no ridiculous waits to pay my bill (in & out in less than 5m!!!)!!!
