My mom has been with T-​Mobile for years and I have been for about 4 years now and this location has got to be the worst I’ve ever been to. I visited the store and asked about the Jump on demand program that was going on right when the iPhone 6s just came out. I still had about a year left on my contract for the 5s so it hadn’t been paid off. The girl with the green hair that «helped» me, to say the least, appeared very nice at first. Little did I know she completely scammed me into upgrading my phone. She let my brother and I know that once we upgraded/​traded in our phones (5s) that the remaining balance would be disregarded and applied to the face value of the 6s. The contract for the new phone would be 18 months with a $ 10/​month insurance fee with up to 3 free upgrades within those 18 months.
I figured hey why not? I’d be paying the same price I am now and I’d be getting a new phone. Fast forward to a month later, my statement is doubled what it was prior to the upgrade. I called customer service to confirm and they said these were charges from the previous phone and our statement didn’t reflect our upgrade yet. Ok, fair enough. The month after, same thing happens. Called customer service again and they said that my T-​Mobile representative (green haired girl) lied and told me the wrong information. At this point, I’m unable to get my old phone back because «once it ships to headquarters it’s gone,» and I’m stuck with a massive phone bill that I cannot afford every month. Keep in mind I am a college student so paying $ 100/​month for a phone is beyond ridiculous. Silly me to think that I would be getting such a great deal. Moral of the story is that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. And don’t trust every sales person. I just find it ironic because she really screwed a family over for some measly commission. Thanks T-​Mobile you’re great.

Love this store! Don’t have to come that often but when I do I love it! I love T-​Mobile!

I can’t even describe how bad is the customer service there, nobody there knows anything about anything

Let me start off by saying that the only reason I went into the store to handle my issue, was because t-​mobile phone customer service is horrible as well.
I walked into the store and was promptly helped, which it shouldn’t even be an issue when there’s SO MANY PEOPLE WORKING THERE JUST WALKING AROUND TALKING TO EACH OTHER. I informed the guy about my issue and he pretty much spoke to me in a patronizing tone (I believe his name was Hector).I didn’t feel comfortable and my issue wasn’t even resolved. I was very upset, I walked out, got in my car just to see that the staff member who helped me was talking to other staff members and looking at me from inside. It was beyond unprofessional.
I literally drove to sprint, and switched over.

This location is horrible there’s plenty of staff but they are just walking around doing who knows what. One representative that helped me out was super rude and not patient at all I think it was that time of the month for her. Either way this place is always jam packed, and did I mention they took off the payment kiosk for who who’s what reason which now if you just wanna make a simple payment you have to wait literally for hours doesn’t matter if other people are getting upgrades or whatever you have to wait in line.

I wish zero stars was an option. This location is a JOKE! Honestly! Rude employees who have NO IDEA what they are doing and over charge you… then claim they can’t refund your money when you catch their mistake! Lol biggest joke of my life. DO NOT COME HERE! Save yourself and drive a little farther to a better location. This location alone makes me want to switch phone companies a drop t mobile all together.

Horrible service they lie to you in order to sell you a phone. I was told i was going to receive a rebate through the mail. (Which never did). Once i went an asked about it i was told they never had that promotion. According to a lady that works there the rebate was «instantly» not through mail like i was told but never received my «instante» rebate… they try to avoid helping you. Horrible service i rather drive a farther distance to champan and Brookhurst way better service there.

Horrible customer service I can’t believe I came in to pay my bill and it took 45 minutes for a 3 minute transactions it seems that they are not interested in helping the already customers they are only interested in helping whoever is upgrading or buying new phones!!! not coming here no more…

Long lines, super long waits, no Bueno, nice reps tho, will not go back, unfortunate because it’s really close to me! I prefer good customer service over location:(

Christian was really helpful. I had some questions regarding the prepaid plan vs simple choice plan. In the end, I added my boyfriend onto my existing plan because we wanted to use the phones internationally on an upcoming trip. Christian made it simple and quick. I would recommend talking to him for straight forward answers to your questions.

Had a billing issue that could not be resolved over the phone and had to have a store rep look into instead. Jeannette was super helpful and very professional in getting my issue resolved. I definitely recommend this location to others if they need help or are looking to switch over to T-​Mobile.

Been here and reviewed it before but they just keep removing my reviews so here we go again
I went here to pay my bill, i was in & out quick.
Amazingly there is always parking here.
As before if you got more than 2 or 3 people in there, you may have to wait a bit but this time none there & I was done quick.

Please go see Cynthia for your phone needs. She is smart and quick to address your phone needs. We needed to add two lines and upgrade two phones and she had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Now, that’s speedy service! Thanks, Cynthia!

I’ve been to other locations & so far this is the one with best customer service and support.

I had a great experience at this tmobile store. Every single associate that was working was very courteous and very helpful. If you get the chance, ask for tony or jackson. They helped me out with the million questions i had, helped me figure out what phone was the best choice for me for my budget, and helped me with setting up and activating my phone. I definitely will be back. Thanks alot tony and jackson!

This store does not even deserve one star. We are a family of four and wanted to switch our lines to T mobile. I went to the store by myself one evening and talked to a Lady and also a Guy (didn’t get their names, as nobody was wearing a name tag in that store!) They were somewhat helpful and provided me with the informations i needed. So i decided to go back next morning with all my family members and i did.
The moment we walked into we were welcomed and did wait 10 minutes before the clerk (or jerk i should say) named Victor came to «help» us. I never ever had a such bad customer service experience. So rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Even my local liquor store clerk knows way better customer service than him. Wondered T mobile hiring this kind of people !! Walked out not buying any phone from this store.
We ended up going to another store in Fullerton (Euclid and Orangethrope). The guy Elisio was super friendly. Had 4 new phones (loving my LG Flex) and lines without having a single issue.

Pretty good service. Staff is helpful and they approach you to assist you.

Passed by here during lunch for a new sim card because I lost my cell over the weekend.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Location: Its right by a local yogurt place, next to the plaza with a huge Target. The parking/​street is connected so you can drive through without going on the streets again.
Service: They were quick & very friendly. The store is decent size with not much people there during lunch.
