Amber from Amber Event Production is seriously the best. I got married over 2 years ago and when I called them, she was beyond helpful. When I book a vendor, I make sure they will be pleasant to work with as well as good performance. She and her team had both. I knew already on the phone that she would do our lighting at Vibiana. 2 years later I am now in the industry and all the vendors that work with her love her. She has a great personality. Also, she was willing to work with us in every aspect. Extremely knowledgeable and admirable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If you’re having your wedding or event at the Vibiana and need good lighting, definitely go with Amber Events! They have done the lighting there for many different occasions and know the space very well. We had them do the lighting for our wedding reception at the Vibiana and the place looked beautiful! Even though the reception was in the same main hall as the ceremony, the place looked completely transformed like a whole new space. They really know how to create the exact ambience you’re going for and can do such a wide range of colors. We also got a really nice gobo for the dance floor, pinspots for the centerpieces and to highlight the cake and dessert station. Everything looked great! Highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough nice things about Amber! This girl knows what she’s talking about, she’s professional, nice and really does everything she can to give you the most while staying within your budget. She did the lighting, audio and draping at my wedding at the Vibiana and everything was absolutely beautiful! Their work is AMAZING! The lighting was not only perfect but the equipment they use is so low profile that you don’t even notice that they have any equipment in the room. She even called me a few days before the wedding to make sure it was ok with me if she upgraded a few of our audio options for free! The biggest worry I had about having my wedding at the Vibiana was the constant complaint from everyone that there is a horrible echo in the room while the music plays. Well, thanks to Amber there was no echo at all! All of our guests who had been there for other events were so impressed at the quality of the audio and just amazed that there was no echo. And the white draping in the back of the room was just dreamy! Amber and her team definitely exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t have been happier with their work. I’d highly recommend their services, especially if you’re getting married at the Vibiana!!!

Amber is great to work with and did an amazing job at our wedding. We used uplighting on the walls, pinspots on the centerpieces and for highlighting the cake, as well as dance floor and grand entrance lighting. Custom gobo really made the dance floor look cool. We also added draping behind the head table which was totally worth it. Highly Recommended.

What a difference lighting & draping makes… so I wanted to be americanized but the asian just came out in me. My fancy & I had our reception at Seafood Palace 2 in Westminster. I have a severe hatred for draping so I went with lighting, which set it off. I have a disgusting obsession with purple so it was everywhere. Check out my pictures because my review isn’t doing her work justice.
But to Mrs. Amber Yin… she has a great laid back style. She doesn’t say much but you can see in that her thoughts are going a mile a minute to make your wedding gorgeous. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t get an email from her right away because she’s to be trusted: P Extremely professional, detailed oriented, friendly, efficient, effective & GORGEOUS.

amber did our lightning for our wedding a few months ago. despite our incompetent wedding coordinator, amber was one of few vendors that was a complete joy with work with. she was professional, great attitude, willing to work within your budget, and most importantly, she values your business.
our wedding was a backyard outdoor wedding and she and her crew worked for 8+ hours and stayed till almost midnight to make sure everything looked perfect.
i would highly recommended amber and her company anyday!

AMBER is the best person to work with! Her and her wonderful staff set up a beautiful evening at my wedding. She provided lighting, sound and audio visual. Amber was easy to work with and met up with me a few times at my venue. She did some beautiful ambiant lighting, spot lighting, LED lighting, excellent sound with sound engineers and plasma televisions and projection screens!
She gave us a great deal and was willing to work with my craziness!
