BikeCraze and Board Shop

Went in yesterday to check out the selection of fixed gear bikes. Left with the perfect one for me, Got a Purefix and couldn’t be happier didn’t get off it the whole rest of the night. Thanks a lot guys and I’ll be seeing you very soon for anything I need because you guys had it all, for great prices too.

My friend of mine, who is a serious bike rider, strongly recommended this shop when I was searching for a bike as a gift to my wife.
I called and spoke with the owner Scott. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He asked a few questions about what my wife was looking for in a bike, and gave a few suggestions in our price range.
This evening we went in and met Scott’s son Chad. Like his father, he was super friendly and obviously knew a lot about bikes. The selection was amazing with LOTS of bikes (including custom electric models). Chad steered us toward a nice 3-​speed cruising model that looked like it was Italian. Beautiful, yet solid and well-​designed. The price was amazingly low for the quality.
My wife got on and Chad went through his professional evaluation process — adjusting the seat up a little, and moving the handlebars to the best position. He schooled us on the advantages of the bike, and why he thought it would be a good match for her.
Hooked her up with a high end bike lock and a nice helmet as well.
It’s obvious that customer service is very important to this shop.

Woohoo! As good as it gets sums this shop up nicely. Father and son team who have a great selection of bikes and do custom bikes like you have never seen before. Chad and Scott know their stuff and were super to deal with. My bike was a breezer 8 speed that had to come from New York but it arrived quickly and they soon had the bike fitted just to me. I wouldn’t hesitate sending family or friends to this shop

Great shop. Service is excellent and super friendly. I don’t know much about bikes but my bf is into them and they are always super helpful. Had a flat in 2 tires I couldn’t fix myself and they were able to help me on the spot.

Great shop with an awesome, knowledgable and friendly family running it. Picked up an Olive Drab Stol3n H3ist from Chad & Scott today, hooked up a great deal and super friendly and fun to talk to.
If they don’t have what you want, they can get it. The store is loaded with BMX, road bikes, mountain bikes and electric bikes and fixies… they also have a huge selection of accessories and skateboards/​longboards.

Initially you step into a store for their selection of bikes. You look, decide and maybe go and compare somewhere else or think it over for a while.
What sets this place apart is the ridiculously amazing customer service. There won’t be a need to look anywhere else. I immediately regret not buying my first Kestrel from here.
I came looking for a specific bike and after careful consideration and expert knowledge from these guys I walked away with an amazing bike at an ever greater deal on top of it.
We searched, test drove and they patiently listened to all my concerns and needs.
I will be back and recommend this place to all my Tri buddies.

Rad bikes, nice people, bike was ordered and assembled faster than expected date. They have tons of bikes, and anything with wheels for great prices.

There are plenty of good bicycle shops in O. C area. Depending on, particular shop’s expertise and bicycle line-​up. We came here for our boy’s first BMX for a good reason. Scott is a wonderful gentleman, friendly and very accommodating. WOW! Chad is the SUPERSTAR here! Previous reviews are fact checked. Boss-​lady Shery gave us a great deal could not pass up. Highly recommended anyone visit in person for BikeCraze experience.

Great store. Picked up a KHS fat tire bike yesterday. Love it. Awesome bike. Owner installed pedals. He had option to sell me some expensive pedals, but he sold me more affordable ones. Store has everything you would need: strong locks from ABUS, helmets, gloves, etc.

I came into the shop not quite knowing what I wanted. After talking to Chad he helped me determine which bike was best for me and I got a great deal. Chad is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend coming to him here at Bike Craze for any of your bicycle needs. I am a completely satisfied customer, Thank you Bike Craze!

I ordered two different bikes from their website, but both times they send me an email that bike is not available in my size. It was clearly available when i placed my order, it was available when I was asked for my address and credit card information. They even send me order confirmation email and placed a temporary authorization on my credit card. The bike is still listed on their website as available.
Now i have to cancel my credit card, because the whole scam was clearly setup to get my billing info. Lesson learned, I am not going to order from their website ever again.

I called the day before to see and test ride a high end electric bike, when I got there the day of the test I was treated by the worst attitude I have ever seen in a retail environment from the owners son. He treated me very poorly even though I was there to potentially purchase a 10k bike. Although I got to test ride the bike in low power, he would not let me try the bike in the high power mode… even though that’s the reason I traveled 30 miles specifically for that purpose. It’s the manner he acted towards me that was very un professional. …I left there and I will never go there again. I am planing to call the manufacturer and let the know the type of people that are representing them. I do not recomended this store based on my experience.

Super nice guys. I only had a limited amount of cash on me but was super interested in buying one of their bikes, and they helped me out. Very informative and helpful on making sure I purchased what I needed. They also have a lot more bikes online.

They’re easy to spot from the street. Pull into their parking lot and found spacious parking. Helpful service and a packed shop with some cool finds.

I had been looking around Orange County for a couple of weeks and decided to check out this shop. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by friendly and welcoming employees — which is such a change from the other shops I’d been to! Scott was incredibly helpful. He took into consideration what I was looking for and recommended a bike for me. He made some adjustments for me and let me test the bike out. I walked out of there today with this awesome bike and at a really good price. Scott even made sure that I knew how to remove the front wheel so that I could fit it into my car! I would recommend this place to anyone. There were tons of bikes to choose from and everyone there was incredibly helpful! Not to mention that Scott is a Green Bay Packers fans! Go Pack Go!

This bike shop is amazing everyone is very helpful and you really get a good deal here. Walked me through the different road bikes and made sure my bike was perfect and ready to go as I purchased it. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here and shop if you are looking for the best deal.

Great place… earned the 5 stars… good bikes, great prices and they helped me put my bike rack in, kid seat on, the whole bit. Really impressed with the product and the service. You don’t find this kind of family feel much anymore. Highly recommend.

E-​GO Cruiser!!! just got my electric longboard from them. Great customer service, friendly, and helpful. Great board and very fun to ride around the beach and parks.

I came here to look at a bike that they had posted on Craigslist. I had called in prior to visiting the store to ask the owner (s) if they would do layaway on a certain bike; to which the female owner said no. That’s fine, I get it, it’s a limited edition bike, she stated she’s got a few calls on it and that «couldn’t find anymore of this model anywhere»… I said ok no problem, how bout I leave my name and number in case it doesn’t sell right away, even mentioned I would put a 50% down pay on it. She said no again, wouldn’t even entertain it. The other owner (I believe the husband) was totally cool, but the wife was so adamant and really came off rude. Made me feel like they weren’t just interested in selling that bike cash, but not interested in my business at all whatsoever…
Well, turns out Dans Comp had the same bike (SHOCKED) and it was $ 50 less. Not only that, I found a 15% off coupon online… Plus free shipping !!! Total cost $ 630… I’m so happy I got the bike I wanted for a great deal (even though my wife wants to kill me for buying this bike lol)
I will never ever return to this store… They treat potential customers like s**t !!!

We were looking for a commuter bike for my boyfriend and Chad was very helpful with helping us select an appropriate bike within our budget.
In addition to helping us find a bike Chad also picked out the appropriate lock that would go through both tires.
Chad has amazing customer service and he even helped us load the bike into the car!
