Chet Desai, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai for many years, starting at his office off St. College! I am still a patient even though I have moved from Orange County to Riverside County — Beaumont to be exact. I allow 2 hours for my drive and I feel it is well worth it. My husband is also a patient. Dr. Desai and all the ladies in the office are wonderful and very caring. I wouldn’t make the drive if I didn’t think so.

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai for close to 20 years, and wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else. He is professional in every way, taking the time to explain everything in easy-​to-​understand language. He is aware of my financial limitations, so he gives me long-​term advice but doesn’t rush me to get treatments ahead of time. Karin in the front office is a delight, always personable and friendly. The hygienist Dana is excellent, takes her time and does a wonderful, thorough job. You cannot go wrong booking your next appointment with Dr. Desai.

I have only been to two dental places in my entire life before checking this place out, and this is hands down the best place to go to for your dental care. I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist because they’re always uncomfortable and sometimes even painful experiences — for something as simple as even a dental clean-​up. This dental experience was exceptionally wonderful and painless.
The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were really friendly and welcoming. This is not your typical place where you go in for a quick clean-​up, you’re told to brush better, and then sent out the door. I was extremely impressed with how thorough and detail-​oriented they were with the check-​up and clean-​up processes. They have very high-​tech equipment and machinery to work with, so they are able to check through the health condition of each and every single one of the teeth in your mouth. Heck, they even rank the health level of each of your teeth! Communication between the patient and the staff is excellent. Both the hygienist and dentist are very knowledgable and you walk out understanding the current health state of your teeth better. As the hygienist is cleaning your teeth, she also walks you through everything that’s going on during the process. The dentist takes the time to explain the current health state of your teeth and his strategy plan on how he can improve them and the steps you can take to better care for them.

I have been going to Dr. Desai for over twenty years now, and my husband, children, and father also see Dr. Desai. Dr. Desai is excellent. He only does what is absolutely necessary, and he does not try to sell you unnecessary dental work. The entire staff is friendly and awesome.

First time visit and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was very sociable yet very professional. The office was very inviting for a dental office. Karen got me all situated with my paperwork quickly. I was early and still was in the chair before my actual appointment time. Dr. Desai was very easy to talk to and went over the X-​rays with me. Dana the hygienist was next and she did a wonderful job on my cleaning. Look forward to my next visit. When is the last time you heard that about a dentist.

Chet and his staff are amazing! They always run on time. I am never waiting and the pain factor is virtually nonexistent. They have a great bedside manner, and are highly sensitive to their patient’s needs. They have a nice facility, state of the art equipment and play cool music in their office. I cannot say enough about them. I tell all my friends to go to him.

I am pleased to have found such a wonderful dentist and his team! They are very efficient and very professional! I always have a pleasant visit all the time. I recommend Dr. Desai! Best dentist I have ever been to! The entire team is very friendly and wonderful!

Finding a good dentist is SO difficult!!! When you find a great one — you know it! I have had cleanings, fillings, and veneers done with Chet Desai. Everything is top notch. I have referred many people to him with dental issues and everyone was thrilled. I never write reviews, but know how important a good dentist is!!!

Great staff who are always helpful and timely. Knowlegable dentist who I don’t mind seeing when I usually avoid dentists. I love this office so much that I drive her from Ranch Santa Margarita!!!

Could not be happier with the service… Great Dentist and staff. Fixed my tooth had my check up and cleaning done can honestly say I am looking forward to my check up in 6 months. Best Dental office ever !!! and no waiting when I get there.
