One of the Managers Tony Giallonardo took the time to give us an amazing Tour, detailing his passion for the House of Blues, it’s staff(he waited quite a while to be part of their team)…the quilts that were a tribute to the Underground Railroad, the pews from an old church,(even the Mississippi mud Isaac Tigrett put under the stage as a tribute to his beloved Hometown), and the grace and love in which the«home-cooking» is made and served… Looking forward to the new Opening in November and hopefully seeing the old staff!

This place is closed, as is House of Blues. There was a sign on the House of Blues entrance saying they’re moving.

Had the greatest experience at Crossroads @ HOB Anaheim. Kassie is the greatest server on earth. Food was pretty good too. Thanks for the great vibes before our concert experience.

Stopped at the house of Blues Anaheim today after taking my son to the park. My server was Phil and I have to say he was amazing! He was very friendly and made sure we were all set, especially my son who is 1. I ordered the voodoo shrimp and juicy Lucy and was very pleased! Great food and even better service

Pissed off! We made a reservation 2 days in advance, and when we arrived were put at the top of the waiting list. Is this a Seinfeld episode? Doesn’t a reservation mean you held a spot for us? Then we were taken to a tiny two top snugged against a pillar at the door of the kitchen across from the busboy dump station. Really??? We requested, and were shown to another table, but then told it was reserved and we’d have to get up and go back out front to be put back on the wait list. What? Needless to say we left. What paltry customer service. Serious«reservations» about this place.

The food is good, but the service is a bit slow. Our waitress was really nice and attentive, but the food took over 20 minutes to arrive at our table. We were not there during peak lunch hours. I got the shrimp and grits, it had a good spicy kick, reasonable size serving. They also accept Disney AP for discount.

I came in on a Monday around noon with a party of 6, no wait. Ryan T came to greet us and even gave us recommendations, one of our friends has been here before and raved about the voodoo shrimp. My friend and I opted to share a meal and went with one of Ryan’s favorites, jambalaya, and oh my, it was delicious! It was my first time having jambalaya. My friends ordered the lobster Mac and cheese(AMAZING), half rack of ribs, and 2 orders of the voodoo shrimp. Everything was perfect. Great food, and great service from Ryan T! Will come back if we are ever back around Disneyland/downtown Disney

Our experiences at House of Blues had been pleasant in the past. I had reservations about this place, primarily for being inside downtown Disney. We were not disappointed. The staffs were very charming, and the food awesome. And since we were there late, our 4 year old had an amazing time watching the fireworks from the house of blues.

Remarkably good, especially when expectations are quite low going into any place in Downtown Disney. They sat us down within just a few minutes at a patio table. Great beer, wine and cocktails selection. I had the fish tacos, wife had the streak salad, son #1 had fried chicken and Son #2 had sliders. All came out relatively efficiently and with good quality. Watched a little girl who just had too much«fun» at Disneyland projectile vomit right at the entrance of the restaurant. I was impressed with how well the restaurant staff dealt with it. Cleaned it up efficiently with little drama and fanfare. Overall, great staff, good food and decent atmosphere.

House of Blues is a lively Restaurant that appeals to all the sense, this is where the spotlight is shared by dishes that are pure Americana! House of Blues is truly the place where food, music and Art intersect! We came a group of friends and everyone had a great meal. I was great to have dinner right before the concert that took place there shortly after! ;) ” When there’s music in your soul, there’s soul in your music. « Best Wishes for Peace and Joy this Holiday Season!;) Health, Happiness, Love & Prosperity!!;)

We dined here after 6 hours of walking Disney. Was so happy to come in out of the sun. Daughter was so thirsty and the ‘matre d’ let us sit and wait by the bar and told the bartender to get her water while we waited for a table. That took about 20 minutes but it wasn’t a bad wait. The food was delicious. Hubs had the Jambalaya which I tasted and tastes better than what I’ve had in New Orleans or other creole type restaurants. I had the St. Louis style ribs which were fork tender and the meat fell off the bone. They were very meaty and satisfying. They came with cole slaw and beans. The baked beans were delicious too. I had the tomato basil soup prior to my main course. I thought it was too cheesy but ok. The waitress tried to be helpful but missed that mark, maybe due to being so busy. Hubs asked for water with no lemon. It came with lemon. He took it out and gave it to me. I put it in my sprite. When I was out of Sprite she thought I had water because of the lemons. I mentioned to her that I was drinking Sprite and she refilled me with water. We asked for two TOGO boxes and she brought us one. We just combined our leftovers and off we went.

First time here with my boyfriend, happened to be at Disneyland and were planning on coming here for a concert next month but anywho… We came in around 7:30pm, were asked if we wanted to dine inside or outside in the patio(they have heaters) and we decided to wait and dine inside. Got seated about 3 minutes later, perfect, our waiter was really nice and they helped us customize our order since my BF and I are pretty picky. He ordered the build your own burger, and I got the order of buffalo hot wings and had them replace the coleslaw with French fries. I personally had a bite of his burger and it was EXCELLENT. Fries were perfect, and we also had a side order of chicken tenders which were also good. The wings were a 7/10, the sauce was good but the wings themselves not so much. We are definitely coming back because the staff is extremely friendly, fast, and the rest of the food was amazing!

Eat here if you are visiting the Disney Parks in Anaheim. Cool atmosphere, great food! Best of all, an above average selection of craft beers(when compared to the surrounding restaurants). I ordered the«Juicy Lucy» which is an angus burger stuffed with cheese, topped with bacon and a chipotle mayonase spread. I complimented this tasty meal with a wonderfully hoppy Tricerahops I.P.A. Definite return visit here next time I visit the parks.

Food was good but totally not worth the price! & very little portions… was very disappointed in the staffs lack of event info! Made reservations 3weeks in advance for their advertised Valentine’s Day free live entertainment & special menu… found out when we got their at 6pm that the live entertainment doesn’t start till 8pm!!! & reservations were only for 2hrs per table due to holiday so all we got was a blah dinner & no music & that’s why we booked this reservation so totally killed our romantic vibe we ate quick so we could at least make or 7:30 movie!

The little restaurant/bar at the bottom of the house if blues. The stool is hard to sit on comfortably. I was there during happy hour and my one drink was $ 7.50. I would go back but everything in downtown Disney seems to be expensive. I do not eat anything from here, just went to the bar after the De La Soul concert.

Wonderful place to eat. The décor is «interesting», and the food was great. Aaron Sanchez at his best! We started with the pulled pork sliders, which were great. Our entrees were shrimp & grits and the lobster Mac & cheese. Both were excellent, but our favorite was the homemade pickles they serve there. We finished the night with the bourbon bread & banana pudding, with warm bourbon sauce on the side. Simply put — to die for. Our server was excellent. This location is in Downtown Disney, and it is worth the hassle of driving into the theme park area. We had been at Disneyland and left the park to come here for dinner(reservations required if you do not want to wait for a long time). The only downside to this place is that there are not many seats in the bar — very crowded. We will be back!

Let me start by saying I have extreme celiac disease. Let me continue by saying KRISTINE is an angel and without a doubt started reading labels with the whole bar staff when I asked if they had any gluten free beer. I’ve never had any waiter or waitress not just assume I was another fad following hipster. This was the first time someone genuinely took my word and went to work, almost an hour after and I still feel great for the first time I ate at a restaurant worry free. I wish I could give her a better rating than 5. 1⁄64 of a teaspoon can give a celiac intestinal damage. Thank you Kristine for taking me seriously.
