Curves

Decided to visit Curves with no expectations. Never exercised in my life but needed to adapt a healthier lifestyle. What a wonderful and rewarding experience this has become. I can actually do this.
Very Clean, great location (plenty of parking) & Beautifully decorated in a Parisian theme. Colors are black, white & red! Plenty of TVs, variety of music, clean white Towels are there for those of us who need them. A complimentary water cooler and bottled water/​juices is available on an honor-​system purchase. Amy and all of the employes are just great, not a bad one in the bunch. They answer questions, assist you with machines, if needed.
When you first start you are shadowed for as long as you decide is necessary. Your comfort level to work each machine properly is of utmost important to the team.
The other patrons are just great ~ very friendly and some very interesting convos. A good Curves to join!
