Great place to get your Jalapeño Ham and Cheese fix. They have good hotdog Kolache –type things, as well as pretty good«vietnamese style» iced coffee(condensed milk with iced coffee) Donuts are fresh and tasty. Nothing really to complain about it.

went in this morning and bought a medium coffee. The man said $ 1.69. I said excuse me this has always been a $ 1.25 but he said prices have gone up? Nothing special here. I work by a Donut Star so i am used to great muffins, donuts, even sheet cake in the morning with Hot Coffee in pots(not half cold air pots sitting on the counter). The donuts at D’s taste like they are a day old. I went in today Saturday morning at 9:00 and not another customer in the place. Common sense, there is a reason no one is there. Prices are high coffee is lousy and I don’t care for the donuts.

Wow… They charged my credit card twice by mistake and they are giving me a hard time reimbursing me for one of the extra charges. I will have to resolve this by calling my credit card company since it seems they will do nothing about it. They even hang up the phone while I was complaining about it. I called again and they picked up and hang up again. Shady!

Been going to D’s for a few weeks now because my job site is right around the corner. However, this morning was the last. I was eating inside and noticed a baby cockroach crawling up the wall. I walked to the cash register and requested my money back due to what I saw and the lady at the front just hit it with a fly swatter and didn’t even pick it up! She didn’t apologize or even act like it was a big deal, if I only saw one. how many more are there?!

Seriously amazing donuts for a great price. Normally glazed donuts leave kind of a weird taste on the roof of my mouth, but these definitely didn’t. They really made me wish I had a bigger stomach so I could shove more into my face hole. 10⁄10 would recommend

I recently moved to Anaheim Hills from NY and I was looking for a Dunkin donuts only to find out there was no such thing in this neck of the woods! I came across D’Donuts by accident and what a pleasant surprise it was! The ladies are very nice and their iced coffee is SO good ! They have a huge selection of donuts and different pastries, I tried the blueberry doughnut and it was delicious!

Went over here after subway next door was a huge disappointment. I got a ½ dozen donuts and an apple fritter. Took them home and everyone enjoyed it. I got myself a coffee which was average, but good. The customer service was excellent. It was my first time in here and the lady was very helpful. They had a lot to choose from and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back here when I am in the area.

There is a special place in my heart for jalapeño ham and cheese croissants. Since moving out of Irvine, I’ve started to miss Seaside Bakery in Newport. Luckily, D’s Donuts hits the spot. While it isn’t open 24 hours or conveniently located next to bars, it’s one of the better donut shops out there and provides some nostalgia of when I came here as a child. Be wary of the influx of preteens around 2pm-3pm, though.

I go to D’s all the time because I live right up the street from it. Normally I get my mediocre coffee and head out. On a very hot day I asked for the ice coffee. I have had it before and remembered it was way to sugary and sweet. I asked for it to be only black coffee. One lady said ok no problem, and gave me exactly what I didn’t want.(my friend said same and also got a very sugar filled drink). After I was confused, they said they do not do regular iced coffee black. Ok, no problem, I will take two hot coffees instead please. Another rude lady who didn’t even take my order said, ok but you have to pay for the ice coffee too… WHAT!!! After I told her no, I am not paying for something I didn’t even want, she said fine. Two coffees are $ 5…uhhhh lady, I am not dumb. I didn’t have time to argue or go somewhere else so I paid and left. However, I will never go back to this place. How ridiculous that she charged me for the ice coffees after I told her I didn’t order that and wouldn’t pay for them. She lied to me after I asked, really? $ 5 for two hot medium coffees? She responded, yes in the rudest manner… So rude and won’t be back because of the horrible customer service and straight up lie. Nice guys, way to lose customers who go to you all the time and live right next to you… dumb

I’m particular about 3 things. Soy allergy, but these don’t make me itchy. Crullers 5 stars: Craveable but small. basic cruellers are what cruellers should be. The icing on some are not. The pink icing is superficial tasting. With icing, they’re too sweet for me now. I need to pre order plain ones next time. Donuts 3 ½ stars: I really wanted to like this, but I miss the gluteny feel of a great glazed donut. Not craveable to me. Applefritters 5 stars: Craveable. Large or small, crunchiness lasts all day, but not greasy. Just perfect.

I grew up coming to D’s Donuts since the early 80’s. Without a doubt, I’ve travelled the world but no other donuts are as good or satisfying as D’s donuts. But the real best part of D’s donuts is not the donuts, it’s how the owner remembers you and cares about her customers. She always makes you feel welcome and chats you up like a long lost friend. Love to support great people like her.

I don’t eat donuts too often. And honestly I didn’t think there could be a big difference in donuts until I tried D’s. They were soft but with good consistency, even the cake ones. The best part is that a day after, they were still nice and soft to eat. I know I am not doing a very good job describing them. But the fact that I forgot to take pictures before I ate them shows how good they were! If you are in a mood for some donuts, give D’s a try.

What can I say about this place except Damn good! My friend had some at her soon to be mother in laws house and told me I had to try her favorite donut from there. It was a marble glaze and after one bite I know I wanted to marry this donut if it were legal. I asked where she got such amazing donuts and when she told me I was shocked. It was right down the street from me. How could I have gone 7 years of living down the street and have never tried it. I am usually the one who finds all the good desert/breakfast places. Well since then, I have been going there for our donuts because I know they are fresh and if I take my son in, they will give him free samples of their donut holes which he loves. If you pay in cash, they will not charge tax either. So thank D’s Donuts for being friendly, fresh and always having a smile on you faces when we come in.
