I’ve been here so many times, and I’ve had mixed experiences. There was a time where I check the receipt and realize I was charged twice for a 59¢ Baking Soda, and another where they charged me for 5 cans of drink when I bought six(not that I’m complaining about that). I guess they don’t train the employees? Either way, it’s what I expect for a Dollar Tree, or any bargain store. Many times you can find a lot of people buying stuff around closing time. You can find 42 ounce Arizona Iced Tea for just $ 1, which is double the typical 20 ounce 99¢ can. You can find a lot of chocolates and other cheap snacks. I end up avoiding 95% of the stuff there due to trans fat(partially hydrogenated cottonseed/soybean/vegetable oil), but there are a few good things like Crunch® and Kit Kat®. I recommend buying cleaning supplies like sponges here, as they work as well as brand name equivalents in grocery stores.

I have never encountered such rude and bad customer service. I requested to use the restroom and the cashier(no name tag except the letters GTE) said no the bathrooms close at 7pm. I asked her again and she said, I’ll give you the key but you need to leave some type of collateral, an ID or even a BRACELET. WHATINTHEWORLD? Then she says you will need to see Sharon the store manager. I ask Sharon for the bathroom key. Her response? I can’t give you the key because we loose keys all the time. WOW! So I said, ok no problem don’t give me the key can you go and open the bathroom door for me and my daughter she needs to use the restroom? No, you have to be a paying customer to use the bathroom. OMG Really? I explain to Sharon that my husband and I are still shopping 10 min later finally I get the key. Not before I get the roll of the eyes from both of them. I take the bathroom key from Mrs. GTE and then accuses me of yanking it from her and starts making a big scene. I return the key to after using the restroom and say THANKYOU for giving me the key. As you shop you hear them yelling on the overhead giving announcements and threating customers about watching their kids, and security PRETTYSCARY. I pay for my purchase and as I am walking out the door Mrs, GTE snaps her teeth at me and rolls her eyes. Yes! I just paid 2 hours of your wages the very least you could say thank you! HORRIBLE!!! These two DONOTBELONGINCUSTOMERSERVICE. Find them a job in the back warehouse away from the public eye. If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star, such a shame the store is a nice newer store. They both make it ugly.

I came back to this store to return a defective light bulb. Sharon, the assistant manager, refused to take it back. I was willing to accept store credit or just exchange it, but she accused me of trying to rip of the store. I am VERY unhappy and will not shop here again. Hard to believe, but Dollar Tree really just lost a customer over a $ 1 refund.

2 stars for the fact that the managers are rude. Other then that store is cleaner then most dollar trees. Most of the cashiers are friendly.

This could be a better Dollar Tree, they just don’t carry a wide enough selection of items for me. I am pleased to see that they finally put in a fridge/freezer section in the back, but I have yet to grab something from it. It’s the closest Dollar Tree to my home so I do come here frequently for things and I will compliment them on never having long lines to the point of me getting agitated. Also, it’s one of the neater and more organized Dollar Trees. Just wish they would have bought more property space, but at least it’s bigger than the Dollar Tree on Ball & Magnolia, that one is so small most people probably don’t even know it’s there.

A lot nicer and cleaner than most Dollar Stores I’ve been to! It is probably because this store is fairly new. It opened a few months ago, along with Harbor Freight. Parking is not bad at all here, though not too far from the crowded area of Stater Bros. The store appears cleaner, more organized, and roomier, possibly because there weren’t a lot of stuff on the floor or scattered boxes, or those items for sale that crowd the aisles. I was in need of glue sticks for my glue gun, and did not want to spend $ 4 at Michael’s for pretty much the same quantity. I headed over to this Dollar Tree, since I was in this area, and actually had trouble finding them. They weren’t located by the tape and glue in the stationary aisle. I asked a sales associate, and she was kind enough to lead me to their Craft Section, which was actually towards the back of the store, close to kid’s toys. Perusing the store, I also found possible décor for my wedding shower, which was vintage housewife-themed. I did not want to spend a lot of money for a small party, and was thinking of Coke bottles as centerpieces. I found a variety of Coke glasses, even an interesting Coke can-shaped one. I might just return and get the smaller glasses, though. I also bought tissue paper, to try my hand at making pom poms. I was looking for red and teal, however, there was only white, or multiple colors available in one pack. It could be a possible craft failure, so I only bought one. Not a bad place for décor for a small party, as well as craft materials. I also buy transfer paper from here, but they advertise this as something your supposed to line your drawer or cabinets with, LOL. Give me enough glue sticks and I could rule the world!
