The issue here is nobody acknowledged my email inquiry that I submitted over a week ago. I had to leave a comment on Unilocal just to hear back from someone. Small or large business … returning someone’s email inquiry or phone call is just simple business etiquette. Instead of apologizing you defend yourself. I’m just a normal customer like everyone else you’ve served and it would be nice to be treated equally.

Awesome churro cupcake… Delivered to the Birthday party location ahead of schedule. Huge hit with the kids. Very accommodating. odating when I had to switch the party date. Definitely will order from them again…

Absolutely delicious cupcakes. Ordered 100 for my daughter’s first birthday and they were delivered on time and extremely fresh. My guests are still raving about the moist and delicious cupcakes with the perfect frosting. Thank you!

Delicious cupcakes and so easy to deal with! I decided to go with Fairy Cakes for my son’s birthday party. I ordered everything on the website using their form, they sent me a quote with total cost, & I was able to easily pay online. I emailed and asked if I could use my own pre-​bought cupcake papers and where I could drop them off. They offered to pick them up at no charge. Then they delivered the delicious cupcakes on the day of the party on time and in my cupcake papers. It was seriously the easiest process! I never left home!

AMAZING CUPCAKES! I planned a last minute baby shower, and literally contacted Fairy Cakes the week of my event. They were wonderful, and even delivered! Took a burden right off my hands! I ordered cupcakes for my Christmas party and they were amazing!!! They delivered to my door which made my life so much easier. The cupcakes were moist and so yummy! I will use the again for sure!

I did not eat these personally so I cannot comment on how they look or taste. I ordered a dozen for a friend as a «Thank You». They were delivered on time to her place of business. Everyone raved about the cupcakes. They said not only did they look amazing but they tasted amazing too. I was really impressed at how easy it was to order from them too. The delivery fee was only ten dollars and other places were asking thirty dollars located in the same area. I was very pleased that my gift went over well and the next time I need to send cupcakes in Orange County I will for sure be ordering from Fairy Cakes Bakery!

You can try to find a better cupcake but good luck! Talk about taste and quality, Fairy Cakes Cupcakes are without question the best cupcakes I have ever had! My favorite is the Chocolate Peanut Butter, followed by the tradition Black & White with Cream Cheese frosting! You can’t go wrong with either of those! Actually, I have tried most of the flavors available for order and you can’t go wrong with any of them! I have been a loyal customer ever since I first heard of Fairy Cakes Bakery a few years ago. Once you have tried these all other cupcakes will pale in comparison!

I ordered cupcakes for Valentines Day which were delivered to my husband. I ordered a dozen carrot cake cupcakes. They are amazing!!! My husband loved the cupcakes so much that he didn’t even share them with his co-​workers. He brought them home and our boys and myself have devoured them. The cream cheese frosting was to die for. The cupcakes were very moist as well.

I always loved birthdays during the school year. At my school, when a birthday came around, everyone got a treat. Someone’s mom would bring over cupcakes, rice crispy treats, or brownies for everyone to share. Cupcakes were (and still are) my favorite indulgent treat. So when it came time for husband’s birthday recently, I wanted to surprise him and his small office with some cupcakes. I just didn’t have the time to bake 3 dozen cupcakes and hand deliver them. That’s where Fairy Cakes Bakery came to the rescue.
Fairy Cakes Bakery specializes in gourmet cupcake deliveries. Brilliant! I e-​mailed Kerena at FTB on a Sunday and she responded immediately. I needed the cupcakes on Tuesday, which was no problem. Kerena was very helpful via e-​mail and they delivered the cupcakes when promised with very cute packaging and a hand-​written note. I ordered red velvet, black and white, and raspberry vanilla, which were all a huge hit with my husband and his co-​workers.
My husband brought one of each home and I thought they were pretty good. The cake part was a tad dry, which I find to be such a common problem with most cupcakes, but the icing was delicious. And at $ 2.50 a cupcake, I thought they were a deal.
Two downsides: There is a $ 15 delivery charge BUT they do hand deliver them anywhere in Orange County and the Inland Empire. It’s the cost of convenience, I say. Also, when you order a dozen cupcakes, they must be of the same flavor. That wasn’t a big deal for me, but it might be for others who might want more variety.
I think Fairy Cakes Bakery is a great way to go if you want to surprise someone with a treat and/​or not deal with going to Sprinkles or Susie Cakes (and spending at least 50 – 75 cents more per cupcake).
