We had a computer crash at our shop. I called David Soto, Owner, and told him we could not finish the day without this computer. He sent a tek right away, within a few hours! The tech had to rebuild it from scratch, it was all gone. He reloaded all of our programs. Some of these required a call to the program’s support line, which he handled! In a matter of a few hours, they had us up and running! I was quick and didn’t cost as much as I expected! All of my employees know now not to mess with anything and to call Fastteks right away! I also found out they repair Macbooks too. I am going to send him mine!
