Janet has been the most amazing sales rep! Very approachable, helpful and knowledgable in her field. She’s very proffesinal and builds gueniune relationships with clients. Janet and the customer service girls In the Anaheim store is the only reason I use and recommend gbs! P. s. Can’t beat the price and quality!

My company uses GBS linens for their laundry service. Every week they deliver linens that are not ours. Since using them, we are now missing several expensive linens. I have called many times and their customer service is very unresponsive. If you tell them you are missing a linen, they will check, call you back a week later, and say sorry we don’t have them. From there, I will get referred to someone else who does not call me back. I have asked to speak to managers, who then tell me to email them, and I never hear back. It is extremely frustrating. To make it worse, I stopped receiving invoices. I have been trying to pay our balance for the past 3 months and no one can tell me how much we owe. I would not recommend GBS for a laundry service.

Love this place. Quick and to the point. I would use them again

This is only for our driver, Ricardo, who is the single greatest asset this company could possibly have. He is on top of everything all the time, always nice, has great organizational skills and a genuine desire to make sure everything is perfect all the time. He always has a smile on his face, and is a super cool guy in general. He has fixed any problems I have had, and is the best driver I have had, and I have had like 6.

We were blown away by the quality of the service and linens provided by GBS for our daughter’s very special first birthday, at my MIL’s house in RSM. Even though his was probably a small event (~60 people) compared to what they usually do, they really came through for us as if we were a huge important account. Everything was perfect about our linens, from start to return– not a single issue.
Just by me sending them an email photo of the party’s theme (children’s book «Chicka Chicka Boom Boom») and a list of table sizes a bit before the party, GBS was able to match the colors perfectly and provide us with 6 beautiful bright fuschia and orange table cloths and 60 napkins of the same colors. There was not a blemish on one of the pieces; all looked brand new, and were thick and luxurious. See the pics, including the one of the book as a table centerpiece! We are still getting complements on this party’s layout about 2 weeks later. It was totally affordable when compared with any of the local competition. And it really is a ‘mom-​and-​pop’ shop where service is clearly an issue of pride… based on my interactions with them, I can’t imagine them letting a customer of any size down.
We were originally on the fence about getting professional linens for a smaller scale event like this, and thinking to maybe just go with plastic table covers. We are so glad we went with GBS instead… really brightened up the whole party! I’m a long-​time Unilocaler and feel the need to call out quality when I see it… GBS is a company I would definitely use again!

When they are on they are on, but when they are off dang they really screw up. My company uses gbs for all our laundry of our house linens. My biggest problem with them is they don’t always send back the right linen. Many of times we have received our order back with the correct amount of linens but not ones owned by us. gbs has chips in all their linen to distinguish what’s theirs and what’s not many of times we have sent out our linen only to receive their chipped linen in return. For awhile we never really cared till we were put on COD for $ 700 worth of unpaid linen. When we tried to explain the situation they said sorry there is nothing we can do. No problem that was our fault for not paying attention.
Their other big problem is everytime they get us new drivers we some how have linen disappear orders go missing something goes wrong. It seems like right after the holidays they fire their entire delivery team and hire a new team. It’s very frustrating and each year I have to send an email explaining my dissatisfaction.
The biggest upside to gbs is their mon-​wed-​fri delivery schedule with no delivery fees. If it wasn’t for that I would send all our linen business to signature.

We use GBS on a weekly basis and are always happy with the quality and delivery! Our driver is awesome and shows up at the same time every Tuesday. GBS has been patient and worked with us when we have forgotten to order linens, or accidentally ordered the wrong ones. Janet is our sales rep and she has made a point to make a trip out here and sit down with all of our Catering Sales Directors to go over new linen options and pricing, and even brought us some goodies! She is so sweet and helpful, we really appreciate our relationship with this company and Janet!

We arranged to receive linens from GBS Linens. After spending the necessary time to create an account and arrange for linens. We received the wrong linens. I contacted the sales representative about the mistake. He told me they would get us replacement linens for the function. Instead of sending the correct linens the assistant General Manger sent me an email, then called my cell phone wanting to talk to me about the problem. Since I was busy setting up and cooking for the party, I did not receive the call or email until the next day.
When I did talk with the Assist General Manager about the problems we experienced, she instantly took a confrontational and aggressive approach to me. While explaining to her the mistakes that happened she was not listen to me, she was think about what she would say to me when I stop speaking. This was obvious by what she said when I stop explaining the problems we were having. What she said was they did not make a mistake, I was in the wrong and it was my problem not theirs.
Wanting to give GBS the benefit of the doubt and understanding sometimes people are in the wrong position, I meet with the sales rep and driver to ensure mistakes would not happen again. I spend several hours of my professional time discussing how we could prevent mistakes from happening in the future and how to overcome mistakes when they happen.
The second time I contracted with GBS Linens it was a complete disaster!!! I expected them to make the delivery early in the morning. They showed up at 4:50 PM in the evening. I had my set up crew, on the clock then on break, for hours waiting on GBS to deliver the linens.
When they did arrive, the order was not correct. I was told that their office and plant closes at 5:00 PM and there was nothing they could do to correct the issues. The driver told me «.. . running all day, I am going home now, you have to call the office on Monday.»
Calling GBS linens gets one a series of prerecorded prompts, it’s a good 10 min process to get a person to answer the phone. Experience was been the phone representative have the same helpfulness and attitude as the driver.
The linen disaster increased our labor cost and required me to give our client a refund for her party.
As a culinary/​hospitality professional, I feel a sense of duty to make our experience with GBS Linens public. Public to the point we I have register the domain name
with the intention of writing out in detail our experience with GBS and posting under the registered domain name.

I have been using GBS Linens for over 10 years and they continue to deliver the highest quality in terms of customer service and product.
