They have good food but the four stars is for the fact that I can get a diet root beer in the drive thru. They have a coke freestyle. They also have yummy churros. Enough said

Located near Disneyland, this Jack in the Box became our salvation when we needed to make a quick trip out of the park to get some supplies. We ordered a variety of sandwiches and chicken nuggets, just to tide us over. Service was fast and the staff friendly. It was here when we needed it.

Typical Jack but located close to Disneyland which usually means super crowded and more expensive than other Jacks. This wasn’t the case. Our food was prepared quickly and the staff were quick and friendly. Perfect place to stop and eat if you are on your way to the park or leaving for the night.

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been too the whole place smells like a restroom, the whole floor is sticky, and it takes 20 minutes for a breakfast jack and very rude/slow service!!!

As I said in my tip excellent food and drive thru, but everything else was bad. I don’t think I’d ever go out of my way to go back to this location. So why am I giving this place a two when I like the food. Well I had an awful experience inside this location that almost ruined an otherwise good day. I don’t feel comfortable giving details on Unilocal, but I will say that this location should be more observant of what’s going on inside their store. I don’t feel comfortable coming back here and probably never will unless I have too.

I was sent to grab food at 3 something AM today. I forgot I needed ranch and this dude psychically knew. I thank you for being on point. That’s 10 less bucks I gotta spend on flowers. Give this man s raise. Seriously.

Terrible customer service. I visited this location after their lobby hours ended at 12am so that meant I had to go through the drive thru. I was staying at a nearby hotel that was about 2 min away so I did not drive here. It may sound silly, but during my single teen and twenty years I have seen people walk through a fast food drive thru on more than one occasion. So, since this place was so close and being forced w/only one option, I swallowed any embarrassed notion and literally stood in line behind, and in front of, cars in the drive thru line. I patiently awaited my turn, and when it had arrived I was unable to place an order as I called out twice to no response. Soooo, I proceeded to walk to the pick up window. I spoke to the two employees stationed the situation and that I had patiently waited my turn in line and all I wanted was two Oreo shakes(very much unlike the complicated order the car in front of me had placed). I was then informed that they would not serve me because I was not in a car. Really? Maybe me being upset by this might sound foolish to some, but think about it this way– for all they know I could have had my car stolen, impounded, not own one due to some sort of circumstance financial or otherwise. And, there are no signs stating if one goes through the drive thru without a car they WILLNOT be served(at least there was none that I could see). Again, maybe some might think I’m being silly w/this, but they couldn’t just serve two shakes to some dingus walking through the drive thru after midnight? I felt embarrassed enough already without them refusing service for something that could possibly be construed as discriminatory. Unacceptable.

Disappointing — mostly due to(lack of) their«service». We were staying close by and this was our closest to any Jack in the Box — which is a few blocks from Disney. The first time coming here, we just waited and waited for someone to take our takeout order. I can understand being busy or being short staffed, but a little courtesy for the customer in saying something basic and simple like«be right with you» or something along those lines shouldn’t and isn’t that difficult. But there’s only so much that excuse can be used — it wasn’t that busy(only 2 in the drive thru the first time and one the second time) and it’s not short staffed since we were made to wait without a word both times we were here. So basically this Jack in the Box has just poor work ethic I assume. The first order was fine and food tasted what I assume it should, though the cheesy bacon wedges were pretty weak and I’d get better luck from a frozen mircowave. The guy who took our order was fine, even though a «be right with you» wouldn’t be that difficult to say. However the second(and last time ever) time was just putrid all around. Of course we waited and waited without a word until the cashier decided it was time to actually work. Not sure the girl’s name, but she needed to be told multiple times what we were ordering — again, pretty standard and basic which I assume is a problem for them and especially her. Yeah, $ 15 an hour she deserves… sure. She even gave us an extra drink cup when it was not required and then tried to cover her mistake. Sure I could have had a free fountain drink from this place, but I chose not to and decided to not steal(though this employee didn’t seem to care one way or the other — nice hire by the way). But she refused to acknowledge her mistake(one of many from her) and just took the cup back. Getting back I wasn’t too please to see that my order was messed up — further indicating that the most basic of basic here is too much for this location — as I ordered an «ultimate bacon cheeseburger» to see I had a double cheeseburger. Though this girl was completely inept in every possible facet of her job, I’m pretty easy and was able to eat what I didn’t order just because I didn’t want to go back there and just because I didn’t want to experience that terrible customer service.($ 15 lol! yeah…) To be fair, I won’t judge other Jack in the Box locations by this one, but I certainly won’t be going back to this location ever. The menu choices seem pretty decent for fast food, but I’ll have to wait for my next trip to California to sample anything else — it just won’t be at this putrid location ever again. And I’d advise all Disneyland traffic to stay away from here unless you don’t care about quality — both basic customer service and food.

LOVE Jack in the box, but this is hands down the worst i’ve ever walked into. Dirty platters sitting sloppy above the trash cans, soda spilled with only a napkin over it. Staff chatting away in the back. Sat in to eat and were there close to an hour, with no one coming in you figure they had the time to catch up with their cleaning… nope! great food, terrible staff. chat on people, hopefully this will help to improve yourself.

Not a bad location. I stay at the next door Days Inn Maingate and go to this place for dinner once a while. Huge clean restaurant and customer service is good. Food tasted good too.

Friendly staff is always good and they won’t make it until you order it, south of Disneyland theme park on harbor blvd, parking is limited, and the value meals are 6.00 plus tax comes with a drink and up can upgrade your drink to the large for a few cents more, not bad

Jack in the Box + Green Burrito. Located about 2 blocks from the Anaheim Convention Center. Was slammed after the D23 Expo got out on a Saturday night. Got the trick done. Seemed a little more handicapped friendly as the drinks station also had drinkware(straws, lids) at about the 2.5−3 foot level and a nice sign that said the employees would be happy to provide additional assistance. Not exactly the friendliest people. They might have not met Disney’s standards, hence working here. Would take your stuff to go…

So I went ice skating and then I got really hungry ice skating so I decided to go somewhere and eat. I asked my friends about restaurants nearby and they told me about this place. I went there and I ordered curly fries. It took them about 6−7min. To get ready which was pretty fast. The curly fries was the best fries I ever had and I’ll go there again soon:)

Jack in the box is jack in the box. Sometimes I wait awhile and something I get my food quickly. However, I don’t like it when they forget to give me condiments that I asked for. I end up having to turn around to get what I asked for.

JUMBACOISALLYOUNEED! Jumbo Jack, two of the most sickening yet glorious tacos ever, small fries, and a Coke. $ 4.62 after tax. The cashier at the window is beyond courteous(even after I abnoxiously yelled I want JUMBACO, JUMBACO instead of the Jumbo Deal). He gives ample ketchup and TACOSAUCE too. CAN’T GOWITHOUTTHETACOSAUCE, BABY. Why so serious? Have some fun! GOJUMBACO, JUMBACO!

Because we don’t have Jack In The Box restaurants where I live eating at one is sort of a treat for me. I really like their breakfast sandwiches and smoothies and their mini sirloin burgers and chicken sandwiches are also great. Prices at Jack In The Box are either on-par with other fast food or a little cheaper sometimes.

The burgers here were pretty good. They also had quick and friendly service. I enjoyed their new iced coffee. However, their burger did have a funny grill taste to it. It’s just a different flavor than what I am used to. I’m sure other folks would like that. So let’s just say better than McDonald’s and Wendy’s but not five guys. I liked the Jack in the Box artwork inside…
