Love this place. I miss the Greek Grandma that works here. She is a hoot. I always have food left overs here.

I like everything, the burgers are delicious and the breakfast are so good. Very busy during the weekends for their breakfast. Affordable prices and very friendly employees.

As alway’s service is great, even with the place constantly packed. Cheese burger and pastrami delicious as alway’s. Keep coming back after all these years.

Just tried Angelos for breakfast and was very impressed with the food, service, and easy parking. Will visit again.

Reviews don’t lie… this place is legit. I ordered the ½ lb double hamburger and added cheese (50 cents extra). The total was about 9 bucks for the combo after tax. The thing was ferociously large. You could feel the heftiness weighing your hand down. It was SO good! Its your normal burger joint but the difference had to be in price in my eyes. Taste was already there. If you’re in the area, its a must try.

Came here for breakfast while on a disneyland trip. Just had to come back the next morning too! Their «short stack» of pancakes is deceiving — at only $ 4ish, its actually 3 giant pancakes that my two boys couldn’t finish together. I had the pretty good huevos rancheros the first day, and couldn’t finish it — it was a ton of food.

Great food. Good service. Had the carne asada plate and was pleased. Plenty of food for a hungry man. I will definitely go back.

This is my favorite spot, the most amazing asada fries ever ! Meat is so flavorful and tasty cooked to perfection and very good portions. All employees @ this location have great customer service also very clean

I have lived in this area my entire life, and for same reason just started coming here a couple weeks ago. The prices are great, the staff is genuinely friendly, and food is amazing!
The perfect place for me to get food before class!

Love their gyros here. Good portion of meat and sauce is bomb. And it’s not paper thin meat. Zucchini is always bomb also. Second choice is always pastrami with grilled onions.

It’s been a year and we just had to get a Angelo’s burger with zucchini fries. Took our daughter for her first time and she loved. This is our Anaheim go to burger joint for sure.

As far as I am concerned this is the best burger joint in the area. The food is fresh and cooked properly and the staff is great. I have had breakfast lunch and dinner here and it’s all good.
In case your wondering I only give 5 stars to super good.

I’ve been here twice and both times have been very satisfied. I really liked how much avocado they put on my burger. And it was fresh so very delicious. I will probably be coming back here to try more things. Also, both times my fries were very good. Warm and fresh.

I was THRILLED to see Angelos was in the OC! Whenever we used to go to Oceanside to visit the hubby’s folks, we would always hit up Angelos off the PCH, and we would always get their gyros. I know, they’re more known for burgers and breakfast, but I’ve NEVER had either. I always go for their gyros special… what can I say? When I find something I like, I stick to it!
Anyway, I was in Irvine for work, and decided to hit up the old Vons on Chapman, for old time’s sake, and was tickled pink to see Angelos. I walked in and there was my gyros special, which I happily ordered ($ 8.99 for my meat-​packed gyro, a ton of their yummy fries, and a refillable soda).
The place was clean, they take AMEX, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I look forward to returning to this location again and again, every time work takes me to the OC :)

I’ve seen this burger joint for quite some time now whenever I would go grocery shopping at Vons. Finally one fateful night I was starving for a burger so I decided to roll through here being that it was the only burger joint (that I haven’t tried yet) that was still open. I ordered a burger and some fries from here as well as onion rings. It took a while but they finally informed me that they were out of onion rings which was ok. They ultimately had my burger ready and I was up and out.
First bite and I wasn’t impressed at all. I thought a Carl’s Jr. burger would have been more satisfying but you live and you learn. The burger was bland and lacked any sort of flavor. The fries were the only good part of the meal. I had to dip my burger in lots of ketchup just to finish it. The burger itself wasn’t too big either so I was disappointed with that. The patty was decently average.
Customer service was pretty good. They were attentive and professional. They ran out of onion rings and were courteous enough to ask if I wanted fried zucchini as a free replacement. However, with such a flavorless tasting burger I probably wouldn’t return.
PS should I ever return, it would be due to the customer service. Great great customer service.

This place is soo different from the Angelos (newhope/​westminster) next to my house. It’s ridiculously clean. It even features a modern coke machine which I only typically see at the amc movie theater. My breakfast special was cheap ($ 6) and delish. First restaurant to cook my eggs correctly. Next stop, their steak and eggs!!!

Love this place and love their food but today was a disturbing site to see the cook standing on the counter near the stove cleaning the hood above. Then gets down and starts cooking on the grill where his disgusting shoes were just standing. How about a spray of simple green or something but I guess that’s why they call these place truck stops and hole in the wall places.
A greater person than I would’ve called the health department but Se la vie.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ll go back another day and hopefully all the cleaning was done the night before. «Outta sight outta mind»
