Waited almost two hours for them to work on my car for 15 mins and charge me $ 100 for a simple oil change. Never coming back here again.

The guys here are fast, informative, and efficient. Even though I had a bad experience with another Jiffy Lube location in the past this location got my trust back. Brian at the front desk was great.

Ended up coming here after I went to the one on Lincoln and Brookhurst. The last guy refused to service my car bcus I wouldn’t get synthetic oil. I came here and one guy, John, was super nice and actually checked my car and said I can do regular or synthetic. Synthetic is recommended but not a necessity.

I’ve gotten very good service here the several times I’ve stopped by. It’s usually for an oil change but a couple times I’ve gotten the gas filter cleaned and battery cleaned too.
I always get the full synthetic on my car which keeps the oil good for around 5k miles. Price is a little steep but they always have some sort of coupon either by mail, email, or on their website that you can use to knock a couple bucks off.
I get the oil changed on my mustang about every 3 months and ever since I’ve been coming here I’ve been very satisfied with the good and fast service which is why I keep coming back
They also show you on the computer how many miles till your next check up on anything from transmission to filters which is a helpful way of showing you they’re not just trying to make you spend on unnecessary things.

Vey quick and friendly service. Cheap conventional oil change with the coupon provided. Highly recommended

Great service and fast too, went at 8am and was out by 830am ! If u can use a coupon from the mail it’s only $ 24.00! For an oil change. Great pricing. The tech was very friendly and helpful

I have been a frequent customer for many years at Ball/​Gilbert Jiffy Lube. I am always impressed with their professionalism and thorough explanations. I appreciate that at each visit includes individualized time so the customers truly understands what might be needed. Also, as most people are extremely busy and short on time, this site is sure to get your car completed in a VERY timely manner.

Dont waste your time here, i came in with the intentions of getting my brakes taken care of, 3 hours and 300 bucks later im leaving with the same fucking problem. they try to justify it but saying they had to replace the parts before determining what was the problem, how does that make sense? if you dont know what the problem is or if your «mechanic is not here » then dont touch the car simple as that. instead of screwing over a paying customer, but hey thats what the say right? They always screw you…

Going to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and brake service was by far one of the most horrifying experiences I’ve had. First they did my brakes and my left the shop my car seemed like it was falling apart and the wheels are about to fall off. I immediately took the car back they tried to tell me that there is nothing wrong with it. We both took a ride in it and he noticed that the car was not running properly and therefore they decided to fix the problem according to them. They came back with the verdict of they put in a faulty part that was broken and they apologized and said they would put in a new part. So about 1000 miles after my oil change my old gaslamp comes on and my car just starts puttering and the engine begins to sound like a Harley Davidson and eventually just stops. Clearly they did something to my car either they didn’t put oil in it or did something wrong but when I try to speak to Jiffy Lube the corporate office regarding this and as well as the employees at the Jiffy Lube they did not care and the office never even returned my phone call. One of the employees offered services outside of Jiffy Lube for cheaper price which I thought was very very sketchy. I declined. I’m pretty sure I got ridiculously ripped off and I just want to warn other people that this place is not a very good place to take your car. I own a very simple car a Toyota Corolla it’s very hard to mess up something on the Toyota and that’s what I’m being told by my friends who are mechanics. Basically at this point my oil pump is not working and that ended up killing the engine and basically frying it. I also killed my transmission because of the implications caused by Jiffy Lube. I’m thinking about filing a small claims lawsuit, especially since their corporate office never even returned my phone call. I live off of Social Security disability and I make very little every month to survive. Having my car taken away from me and such just horrible way is making my life very difficult and I think it’s unfair to be ripped off especially, but I tend to notice discrimination towards me as a woman and as a disabled person. I paid about $ 600 for the brake job in the oil change and I paid cash. It’s not fair that I now have no car because of some mechanic who purposely or carelessly ruined my car.

I usually go to my dealership and pay a premium on car service for «peace of mind» that the Toyota techs are working on my Toyota car. But I am trying to watch every penny now so I decided to go to Jiffy Lube on Ball in Anaheim (with a coupon) that my wife goes to and always has good things to say about them.
I went in to have my oil changed. I was greeted by Andy who introduced himself with his name so I knew who I would be working with. He got all the particulars and a tech going on the vehicle. He made suggestions on what the tech found but was never pushy on any add ons. What I like about this location is there is a large window between the service bay and waiting area. I watched the tech work on the vehicle so I knew what was really looked at.
To wrap it up the time given to complete the work was accurate. Andy was thorough and ensured I knew what I was getting and costs involved and my car is running great after the service. Lastly, I was encouraged to use social media to honestly describe my visit without a request for a good review. I have never been asked that by any automotive service business. This showed the confidence of this Jiffy Lube staff they have a customer satisfaction routine in place and are following it.
I will definitely be returning for future auto service needs.

So I went here wanting a transmission flush and a fuel injection clean and I found out other parts of my car needed service. They gave me a great discount since I drop 4 bills. Great customer service and professional. I use my g35 as a über driver to make money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve been getting my oil changed from this place and today I come to find out from my main mechanic that they haven’t been changing my oil at all. It’s the same oil that he changed for me a few months back. For some reason when I go in it’s like I upset the staff even though I’ve never had any type of confrontation with the people there. Avoid this place at all costs

I’m not a car person so I depend on these places to take care of my car’s needs. But I also dread those horror stories about paying more than what you actually came for.
I came to Jiffy Lube for the first time this morning. I pulled right up and told the guy what I needed. He was very friendly and very helpful to me and my 2 babies. Since it was my first time, the cashier walked me through the details of the service and explained that the fluids they are putting in my car was what was recommended by the manufacturer. They did A LOT to my car which made me feel a little better. Especially since having a dependable means of transportation is very important to me.
My car was also due for servicing so they were able to accommodate whatever else needed.
The only other place I went for my car before was CarMax. While they are also great, they are also a pretty big establishment so you don’t get that welcoming feel and sense of security as if the mechanics will treat your car as their own.
The service was great at Jiffy Lube and the workers were very friendly. They even recommended I come back after my long trip so they could do free touch ups! That’s not «special service» because they also told the customer before me the same thing.

Great fast service with great customer care. I was in and out in 15 minutes and there was no downtime and no unnecessary sale push. Returned again and was shown what I needed and was given a manager discount. Very thankful for the great customer car.

I frequent this place. I won’t anymore. I bought my battery here only because the attendant told me I would never have to buy a battery for my truck again. The time came to replace it and the attendant said that it was only under warranty for 3 years. I specifically bought the battery only because of what the attendant told me. I even said «I’ll never have to buy a battery for my truck?» And he assured me I would never need to as long as I came back to jiffy.
I will never come back to these liars again.

Went there two different times for a top off, and was told it would be about a half hour to 45 min. Wait, considering there was only 1 car in front of me, I’ve come to a conclusion, their just to lazy to give you a top off, but would gladly take your money for a overpriced oil change. They should be happy to get 2 stars from me.

Gave very poor customer service. I didn’t take any of their suggestions as far as my car and their whole attitude changed towards me. He told me my car had no oil… wth, do I look stupid? No oil means my engine would be destroyed and my car was fine! Hate that mechanics try to take advantage of women. Quickest oil change I’ve ever gotten, unsure they actual gave me the whole service I paid for but I’m Never coming back here again! What a disappointment.

Read the reviews and came here anyway. These guys seem pretty fast, helpful, and professional compared to other Jiffy Lubes I’ve been to. I got an oil change for $ 40 so of course on the pricier side but that’s what I was expecting. Came in on a Saturday late morning and was done in 15 minutes. They even topped of my coolant for free which I know isn’t a big deal, but one less thing I have to worry about either way. They do try to upsell you as they do at all Jiffy Lubes but after you nicely say «No thanks» they totally understand. Maybe the bad reviews are from people who have a hard time saying no …
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t mind coming back to this location. Can’t say that about other Jiffy Lubes I’ve been to.

So my right blinker was blinking fast but my blinker was still working. They offered to change it for me for $ 7. Figured might as well so we can get the blinking taken care of. Drove a few blocks down to find that the problem still didn’t go away. So I had to drive back and let them know. I got there and the mechanic got really defensive, pointing at my right turn signal to show that it is working, but it was still blinking fast. How would I know then if my blinker wasn’t already working and the blinker was just blinking fast. The only thing the mechanic could say to me after that is «That’s weird, sorry.» So now I feel like I paid for a service I didn’t get. Went to my regular mechanic and they fixed the problem for free.

So immediately after leaving here the second time, my car starts overheating. What the hell did you do to my car?!?

The most expensive Jiffy Lube in Orange County. If u care of your car then don’t use this place for any reason. Cesar is the manager of the place that evening. Unprofessional and unreliable. I’ll never use this place again.
