This place is awesome if you are in the area bring your car here. I use there groupons for the oil changes and they always do a excellent job. They are fast and friendly and they don’t mess around.

Richie and Darren (from Huntington Beach) were super nice and I will most definitely be coming back to have them repair my car. Richie took care of my sensor that went off and went above and beyond for me. I dearly appreciate it and will remain a customer now.

Used a Groupon for a 39.99 Full Synthetic Oil change. Done Quickly. They tried a small upsale on a tire rotation. I give them credit for trying, heck the oil change was a great deal. Nice people to do business with.

A friend of mine suggested Advanced car care to me for an issue with my suspension and tires. I had been to several other shops in the area who all appeared inconsistent in pricing, and did not seem to be very sure on the cause of my problem. In fact, the places that I went told me that I would have to wait over an hour for the techs to even look at it.
Robert (I believe he was the service manager) was a pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He took my car, and within a few minutes had my car up in the air for inspection. 10 – 15 minutes later Robert returned and described that my shocks were out and required replacement. He also told me that the bad shocks were the source the damage to my tires.
Unsure of what he was describing, I tried to get him to explain further. He then asked me to step into the work area and gave me a first hand perspective. I immediately saw that the shocks were leaking oil. From that point forward I felt confident that what I was being sold, was exactly what I needed.
When we returned to the counter Robert gave me several prices and different options on both shocks, tires, and alignment. I was impressed on how much they had on hand in the store. Robert was not pushy, and did not give me the impression that he was trying to rip me off. At the end of it all the pricing was about the same, if not, better than most of the «mom and pop» shops that I had already gotten quotes from.
I went ahead and asked Robert to get the job done. Robert gave me a time estimate and told me he would be in touch with me.
Since I had nowhere else to go I hung out in the lobby. As I waited, another gentleman (I believe he is the owner) came out to see if I was ok, and would give me periodic updates on the progress of my repair. This gentleman was caring and cognizant of how much time I was waiting for.
Once my repair was completed (sooner than expected), my car was returned to me in pristine shape. No more shaking, rattling. My car works great!

I came in for a wheel alignment, and tire rotation. Robert was very helpful and explained to me what needed to be done. Robert is an honest person with high integrity in my opinion. I recommend him to everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and friendliness of the staff here. I found them through a living social deal, which was great, and know I will be returning again for my next oil change.

This place is a rip off! don’t recommend coming to this place. All there worried about is making money not about there customers.

I gave them 3 stars because I was 15 minutes late to an alignment appointment that was close to closing time and they still took me. They had me in and out within 40 minutes, and they were friendly and nice. I couldn’t give them more stars though because after the 4 wheel alignment my steering wheel is still crooked. Very disappointed the job wasn’t done 100%

Took them almost 2 hours to preform an oil change… Are you kidding??? To top it off they kept saying they would be done in 5 minutes… 20 minutes later and they still aren’t done. Don’t waste your time.

I have done business with Advanced in their Huntington Beach branch because it is close to my work. I was pleasantly surprised when I rented my U-​Haul truck that this Goodyear branch was part of the same company! My first experience renting a U-​haul truck from them was fast & reasonably affordable. What I liked about the first experience was that the person who assisted me (I couldn’t remember his name) gave me extra time with no additional charge because it took me longer to move my stuff than what U-haul’s guidelines allowed. A month later, I had purchased some furniture and had to pick it up from a nearby furniture store. So I came back to Advanced, and this time, I was surprise to see a familiar face «Joey» whom I have known from the previous branch in Huntington Beach. He immediately rented me a moving van even when it was almost closing time. When I returned it, I said i might need to pick it up again because I was thinking of returning one of the pieces of furniture I purchased back to the store. He said just let me know because you have 24 hours for the rental.
I had to park the Van at their facility but hung on to the case in case I decide to return the couch I purchased. The next day, I dropped off the key and asked Joey not to re-​rent it until I call him to see if I would need it again to transport the furniture I wanted to return. I ended up keeping the item and called him to close my ticket. It was truly admirable how he went out of his way to be so accommodating to me with the utmost of courtesy. He never made me feel rushed or brushed me away in spite of his busy schedule supervising not only his mechanics in the back but helping the customers on the front counter. I highly recommend this branch of U-​haul to anyone seeking to rent a truck for a flawless and absolutely positive experience!

been coming here for all of major service for my ride. 00mazda protégé brakes. wheel alignment. & timing belt kit (TBK bought on amazon& saved $eighty and had them just for labor) Joey & Edgar are great reps and tell you like IT IS w/​no BS aside. I recommend bringing vehicles in early on weekends and they do offer drop off/​pick up service as well… (MOST IMPORTANT) save ALL receipts due to warranty issues
