The food is average. Customer service, however, is way below average. Stone-​faced receptions made me feel I was not welcomed there. Dirty tables and stick floor made me want to get out of the there ASAP.

Worst damn service I’ve ever had. Understandable, it’s a fast food place, but most the time my friend and I will come to the drive thru and they almost always have us pull to the front to wait an extra 5 – 7 min for our food. Usually to find out they still messed up our order (which is never difficult). Came back in today, and I will be saying this is my last time. Only my friend ordered food and they gave her the completely wrong thing, and told her what she ordered is something they don’t have anymore. Why didn’t they tell her that to begin with? Jessica, the cashier, was extremely rude and we’ve had her in the drive thru another time before with the same attitude. Didn’t even offer to give her money back or anything. Never coming back

Came here to try the new Nashville hot chicken. Well, after waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes my order was ready. Came home, and to my surprise they didn’t put any pickles. Very disappointed since they are included in the recipe and on the receipt but at least the chicken was good.

I was just here and the service is so slow! They have 5 people working and they can’t even get a simple 2 piece meal. Waited over 40 minutes! This place sucks!

Ugh! Never coming back here. Came to get lunch real quick and the employee (Rachel) whom took my order sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Sounded very blah. Now I’m not saying have a super bubble attitude, but at least sound happy, when I ask the cashier (Dominique) if it was her. I gave her my complaint and she just shrugged it off. Now I regret purchasing my lunch from here, but unfortunately hungry calls. Never again will I come here. Customer service is the front line of ANY BUSINESS including fast food. Smile n be happy, you have a JOB!

Apparently they are understaffed after waiting 5 minutes to order I left. If avoid this place unless you feel like waiting forever. They also where out of chicken items. This place is the definition of slow. Hire more people

Fast and reliable quality/​taste. Very hard to hear them through the drive-​thru, though. After a long day at the theme parks we just wanted a quick easy dinner. Everyone loved it and we were thrilled with the quick service.

Went there at about 6 pm today (big mistake !) But thought I’ll try once more, went inside one lady in line and a worker was talking to another and acted as if he was not caring about anything else, he stopped talking to her and went to the back waited about 5 minuter behind the lady in line, I decided to try somewhere else since Ky. Fried did not want my business !!!

I went to this location expecting it to be the same as just any other KFC. Boy was i wrong, this is one of the best locations i have been too. The employees are very welcoming and nice. They are quick and ready to get your order and are patient if you are not ready at the register. When my food was served it was very warm just like it should have been. The mashed potatoes were delicious as was the corn. And obviously the chicken was great too. I totally reccommend this location and i will most likely be coming back here soon.

Never had a problem with the service here. Food is hot, crispy, juicy, and ready. I’m really loving this location. There are places to shop and eat, in case your kids or someone isn’t feeling KFC, within walking distance. WAY better AND safer than the KFCs on Magnolia and Valley View!

After reviewing my dissatisfaction with my experience at the Euclid KFC, I was promptly contacted by KFC about my experience and an apology which made me change my stars to three since they obviously have people that care, unfortunately I didn’t see it on my last visit, but I’ll give them another chance and post an update.

Used the drive thru service. Chicken tenders were half warm, apparently had been sitting awhile. The serving of mashed potatoes was adequate, but not enough gravy. I like the idea of a $ 5 meal, but they need to improve on the quality of the food. It wasn’t freshly prepared.

It was alright. Waffles were so dry and not hot. My margarine wouldn’t even melt. They need to use real butter. it’ soaked up all of the syrup like a sponge. The chicken was good. Next time I will try their food.

I am writing this review for two reasons. The first is because I was so very entertained by the two previous reviews — hilarious! The second is because I have been to this kfc several times and have never had a bad experience. The cashier is always prompt and polite, the food comes quickly and the orders are correct… it’s a typical kfc! It’s a four star, totally typical franchise fast-​food joint. To deserve a one star it would have to be almost apocalyptically bad… don’t compare fast food to a sit-​down restaurant, then of course it’s a one star. Any-​who, eat chicken and relax! And please learn diction and spelling my fellow reviewers!

I stopped by at about 7pm on a Friday. I was craving a Pot Pie on a cold rainy day. So I pill up to the drive threw and there is about 6 people in front of me. Not a big deal, It is raining after all. So it’s my turn to order, after they tell me my total FOR the order they inform me that it will be 10 minutes for my pies. Really? Well at this point I am blocked in and either I wait the 5 minutes in line just to drive away or I can order It and wait 5 minutes for then to cook it I just think they should have been more prepared for the rush of business since this is our first real rain storm all winter.
