Used to love this place but the last 3 times I’ve gone my order has been messed up somehow. Tonight was the last straw. Ordered a turkey burger for take out. Got it home, took one bite and discovered the meat was entirely undercooked. Turkey meat should NEVER be pink/raw. Crossing my fingers and hoping to god I don’t wind up sick from the bite that I did take.

Fair food, average priced, disgusting bathroom, lack customer service. Enough said. Came in Friday@11am, place was dead, I asked if they still serve breakfast, rude front counter service. Said he would not even ask the cook, made us feel as we’re incovienenced him. Plenty of other options if you spend same amount of $$.

Poor quality food, expensive for what you get. Good place for kids. They have some games and it has a country feel(probably because it’s in a barn lol). My salad was wilted and old, my husbands pastrami sandwich was a far cry from a pastrami sandwich as it only had to grilled pieces of meat. Not worth the price!

Pretty standard food for a fast food restaurant. 1) Cobb salad: I paid how much for this? The salad came out to be pretty disappointing, especially when I saw the meat was just sliced deli meat. And the side garlic butter bread was disappointing as well. 2) Onion rings: The fried exterior was a lot harder than I expected. I’m not talking about a likable crunchiness. it’s been over fried. 3) A good, clean bathroom says a lot about a restaurant and leaves an impression on you. In this case, it left a bad impression on me.

I’ve been meaning to try Knowlwood for quite some time so when the opportunity presented itself via a long line to get into see the Hunger Games movie, I was kind of excited. Unfortunately, I don’t think this is a place I would necessarily come back to. While the place is kind of cute, our whole Knowlwood experience was really just okay. We ordered 2 burgers, a Pastrami sandwich, fries and I had a cobb salad. I heard the burgers were A-OK but I was told the pastrami was really fatty and then my salad was pretty disappointing. The lettuce was cheap iceberg lettuce with lunch meat turkey, salty bacon bits, canned cut olives, egg, blue cheese and tomatoes. I subbed the chinese chicken salad dressing which was actually a really good choice but I didn’t have enough of it to cover the overly processed taste. The food was by no means cheap and it took a good 20 plus minutes for a takeout order. If I’m ever in the neighborhood for a quick bite before a movie, I’d probably prefer California Fish Grill but if everyone wanted to return here I would still come back.

Ben is awesome! He made sure our food was spot on and he had a smile on his face the entire time!

Such a disappointment today! Normally, I am a big fan of their burgers, onion rings, and Irish nachos. You order at the counter and grab a seat. Quick & easy. That was all flipped upside down when we walked in this morning for breakfast. You’re thinking, breakfast at Knowlwoods? Yep– that was my first mistake. Breakfast requires for you to grab a table and someone will come take your order and wait on you. Service is already subpar at Knowlwoods and was glaringly evident when we actually had to be waited on. My server, although very kind, was simply not competent. Our coffee & water was only refilled when asked, she completely forgot to put in our food orders, dropped one of the plates so we had 4 out of 5 dishes(after a long wait), took forever to bring out some syrup(we actually had to get up and ask the person at the counter). The service issues aside, the food was even worse. It was bland and tasteless. I felt ridiculous eating it. My bacon(see picture) was poorly cooked and not crispy at all. It tasted like microwave bacon. My blueberry pancakes had an overload of tart blueberries. I could only eat half of it. It’s pretty hard to screw up breakfast, but they managed to do it I can’t remember the last time I had such a bad breakfast and I would never return for breakfast. Lunch on the other seems like a different restaurant.

I went here for lunch with my Husband, and it was a solid three star experience. He went with a chicken sandwich, and I had the Frisco Burger. We shared fries and onion rings. The chicken sandwich was decent, and the Frisco burger was huge. Fries were just eh. And the onion rings were cooked to death. Seating at picnic benches, and a few tables. We had a hard time finding a table that wasn’t totally drafty.
