Great food at a great price, especially since there are a ton of food options in the area. Fun atmosphere… sports on multiple TV’s around the, one room bar. The A.B.B.A. Burger is huge! And delicious… I won’t have to eat for the next two days! I will be visiting again soon!

This is a great sports bar with plenty of tv’s, but more importantly a full bar and plenty of craft beers on tap. The crowd is different depending on the time or day of the week but never a disappointment. Love the caddie margarita and 805 beer on tap.

Came here a couple weeks ago now for a business lunch. It just so happened to be taco Tuesday to our pleasant surprise. I ended up getting one of each of the tacos and was not disappointed! My absolute favorite was the potato & chorizo! Highly recommend! We also shared an order of what I believe were garlic fries with Parmesan… to die for! I was thinking about those fries for a week after we left. Our server/the bartender was great also although I sadly can’t recall his name. He checked on us regularly, food came quickly and he was very friendly. Atmosphere was fun and super casual. I could see this being a great place to grab a beer & burger with friends after work. Can’t wait to come back for those potato & chorizo tacos again!

Amazing bartenders!!! The food is amazing! If you want an amazing burger and even better tacos with melted cheese in a crisp tortilla then this is the place! The beers are perfectly cold and the mix drinks are exactly what you need after a long day. Havent even mentioned their great happy hour specials!!! Everyday is a special day… and Karaōke Thursdays is the best… no judgement zone for sure!!! I love this bar!!!

Came here with a friend for Monday night Football, and it wasn’t busy! Which was great for hanging out, eating, drinking and watching the game! I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere! Waitress was awesome and honest which I appreciated! They had a Cucumber Jalepeño Margarita that did sound awesome, tasted awesome, but it was just a huge drink… The waitress took it off the bill for me when I asked for a beer instead. Definitely great service just for that alone! Will definitely be back!

So this is the deal… I’ve lived in Anaheim all my life(and yes I’m well over 21, but not that old) and I’ve never been to this spot till recently, I never stopped in prior to this place being Lopez & Lefty’s and I’m not sure why since we frequent Angel games, Duck games and other events at the Honda Center. The only thing I can think of is the location is a little awkward. Anyway, I’ve been back a few times since my original visit and it’s cool. OtherYelpers seem to take the minor things and turn them into negatives. Overall Its a cool bar, decent food and cool background music. We’ve had the nachos which were to our nacho standards(we live nachos), a few people had the burgers which they say we’re pretty good as well and they have homemade fries. Food prices are decent and good drink specials. We met a cool guy… Mitchell. Yay Mitchell! He’s a great server and overall a nice guy. If your looking for a spot to chill, grab a cocktail and appetizer before a game or concert I would recommend you give this place try. Remember Unilocalers this a bar in Anaheim, not 5 star dining.

Stopped in here for happy hour before attending a show at The Grove(if you wanna drink this would be a good place because drinks at the theatre are pricy). The service was nice, the happy hour special wasn’t great, and the food was alright. The jalapeño margarita was strong, my friend and I enjoyed a few patron shots and a snake bite. As far as food goes, we got some chips and salsa, a wet verde burrito and the avocado salad. I think chips and salsa should be served with no charge, the burrito was good, the avocado salad was literally a bed of lettuce with avocado on top(nothing special, don’t get it). The vibe for a Wednesday night was decent, not crowded just some folks watching the game. I wouldn’t go here for the food per se, but if I’m in the area and looking to catch a game and drinks, sure.

Great food and friendly service, would definitely recommend this place. Great burgers, fantastic onion rings, wife said her cali style wet burrito was amazing. Can’t go wrong with with a beer to wash it all down!

Be careful what you order. Hamburgers are massive and very filing so much so I couldn’t finish. We also had nachos that were very tasty. All in all it was good and nice to have a laid back meal.

Good: This is a cool little spot to hang out and grab a beer in the area that’s not a dive bar or crowded with tourists with a not so stocked Full bar. I had a burger and it was very good. Bad: The back bar they have extension cords running everywhere. There is a second bar towards the back, but when I went, it was used to store crap. It looks like they have an idea to have lots of beers on tap, but they’re just left it without even putting handles on them. 30 seconds after stepping in the place I know there was no captain or not a very good captain to this ship. Ugly: The guacamole has to be one of the worst I’ve ever had. Have you ever ordered food and the waitress won’t even look you in the eye because she already knows? That’s what happened, it was darker inside and I had to pull out my phone to see that then entire portion was brown. Not just on top, all the way through. They make their own chips at this place, which if your on the border, I’m pretty much just eating chips and salsa. Pressed this, and cooked fresh! Not here, they cut corn tortillas in ¼s and then deep fry them to death. The young girl gladly replaced them, the second time around I ate more chips and it kept tasting funny, I shared and asked for others opinion. It became clear that they made a batch and it’s been sitting for a while in the fridge. It was very cold and the tomatoes had fermented. The chips were barley alive again. Even though I enjoyed the burger, The pickle was ginormous, but was awful. McDonalds paid millions of dollars to a company to study how it could save money, the answer was to reduce the amount of pickle slices from 3 — 2. People didn’t notice the difference. I would follow their lead. I don’t know if they made it, or it was as old as the guacamole. I see hit and miss reviews on here, I would like to see some consistency in food prep. I throw away product that is sub par, because it’s cheaper than losing a customer that will tell 10 people not to but kettle corn. I would learn not to order so many avocados. Yes they are $ 1 a piece, expensive lesson to learn. I fell uncomfortable with eating at a place where nobody tries the food, communicates with the cook and works with him on fixing it. It brings the question to mind, what else is nobody checking on? Cleanliness? Over pouring? Expiration dates? Theft? Spaces behind the appliances? The bacteria build up on the ice machine outlet? If the cook severs me brown guacamole, what else will he Serve me? Something he sneezed on, sweat dripped from his forehead, something that fell to the floor? I should not have to think about these questions. Moving on, the office is right next to the bar, no partition, just a messy office. So I imagine behind the bar and kitchen looks the same, if that’s the example the manager is setting. Would I suggest this place to my friends? The answer would hands down be, No! Would I go if invited and give them another shot? yes, but I’ll be stopping by Del Taco first.

Bloody Mary– I ordered it spicy. Not too many fancy trappings just three tiny olives and a generous lime wedge. The mix was a little watered down– but I drank two so I can’t complain. Left Coast Asylum– delicioso!!! This place had a very respectable beer list — I would not have judged it to be so based on appearances. Cheese and beer dip– this would probably be enjoyable to others because it was made with true cheddar cheese– but I typically desire a creamy, American cheese consistency in any cheese dip. Got the pretzels and the chips instead of choosing one or the other– pretzels were little rolls that were stale and tasteless but the chips were thick and crispy. Not one of my favorite cheese dips unfortunately and I didn’t taste much if any of the proclaimed beer ingredient. Black Bean Burger, Baja style– came with a big giant pickle on top! Burger was quite tasty itself, sometimes those things can be arid but this was cooked in a lovely manner sealing in a lot of flavor in the patty. The toppings were respectable as well although the tomato and lettuce were a bit tired, and the brioche wasn’t bad. It also came with spicy ketchup on the side *nods head appreciatively*. However, even that couldn’t spruce up those sad, smooshy, and cold fries. Basically, it was a good not great burger for $ 12. It’s pretty divey on the inside. Happy hour on Fridays is 4 – 7 and is only $ 1 off beer or wine(for which I don’t feel it is worth changing your order). Service was superb– every employee was friendly and very genuine. There was a big giant happy hour group there and they looked to be having a great time as the seating is ample and service is pleasantly provided. It was an A-OK place in my book that I stumbled across because I was hungry and in the neighborhood but definitely not a destination restaurant.

Wow, I’m so confused after going here. Let me delineate; the food was the worst that I have ever paid for. I’m not sure how you burn fries, but they were severely burnt. When I asked the server if they generally serve burnt, cold fries, her response was«yes, but they aren’t burnt.» Please reference the picture! The server tried to be helpful, but was clearly under trained and not of age to serve us alcohol. –slow service –wrong sign outside displaying incorrect specials –horrible food –ordered medium rare burger was actually burnt –wrong prices on check –drinks were horrendous –ordered burger with avocado, they didn’t put any on there, yet I was charged for it Probably the worst dining experience ever. If you feel the need to try this establishment, id be safe and order the domestic beer buckets for only $ 15, they certainly can’t burn them… But you never know!

I went here based solely on Unilocal reviews. It was a great find in the area. The atmosphere is super casual/dive bar. All the bartenders and waitresses were awesome. They have outdoor seating. Additionally they leave the doors open to get a nice breeze in the place. There are tv’s to watch sports on and the staff will gladly change the channel to your game if the place is slow. I saw a lot of weekly specials but did not notice any Sunday game specials. You will not leave here hungry. The hamburgers are huge. Beer prices are a little high for a draft. Overall, a good out of the way spot.

First of all they’ve done an excellent job remodeling this place. Last time I was here a few owners ago the place was a dump. Actually a scary dump but it looks nice inside and out now. I had the burger as you can see by my picture. It was called a A.B.B.A. Burger, it comes with avocado, bacon, blue cheese and I forget with the last«A» stood for. Quality bun, juicy patty and excellent presentation BTW. Truth be told, I probably would order a different burger myself in the future as I didn’t care much for the combination of blue cheese and avocado. Love both ingredients separately but together, not so much. I can’t fault Lefty’s as it was clearly spelled out, on the menu. My bad. The menu is diverse so I’ll be back and try another burger or some Mexican food I saw on the menu. The seasoned barmaid /waitress was super professional, great customer service. I was here for a weekday lunch but the place looks like a fun spot at night or to watch a game. I’ll have to stop back by and check it out. Good vibe, friendly service, quality eats and a nice looking bar. That equals four stars in my book.
