Our family just completed Pool School this weekend. What a great idea to get our teenage boys to help properly care for our pool in between our weekly service dates. We learned the hard way just how damaging unexpected– Santa Ana winds can be on our pump and motor so it was very helpful to learn more about our equipment. We learned several easy & valuable tips that will inevitably save us money in the future as we will be able to avoid unnecessary«emergency» service calls because we better understand our equipment and how it works. The owner Bryan was prompt, very warm and patient with us and he went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that all of our equipment was clearly labeled–(even though it was recently installed by another company that didn’t even show us how to turn our spa jets on and off). He also made sure that we asked all of the questions that we had before he left. I feel confident that he will help us take care of our investment moving forward, but now our whole family also knows how to make sure that all is good in-between their visits.
