OK… My pool was a disaster!!! Green, not filtering & UGLY!!! I tried fixing it myself with recommendations from the place I buy my chemicals. Nothing was working and it was getting worse. My friend/​neighbor recommended Aqua Systems. They were prompt with a reply and sending someone out. Patrick came to our house. He was friendly, informative and detailed, getting everything working and beautiful in no time. I can’t say enough good things. I was so worried it was going to be a massive & intensive fix. Trust your pool to them, honestly. Also, I swear I’m not related to them in any way. The first I heard of them was about 2 weeks ago. A+++++

I’m careful about who gets access to our backyard and I always feel completely confident having Jim work on our prior pools and our current hot tub. I’ve spoken to Jim at length, and he’s a family man, married for a long time with kids. That was important to me because I don’t want an unemployed thug between drug deals working around my family, like I suspected another pool services have sent to my home. And yes, he’s done a WONDERFUL a job taking care of our pools and hot tub.

Avoid them like a plague, I hired them for leak detection and repair on my spa, I paid them 250.00 for the detection and ask for a proposal to repair the leaks. I recieved a proposal for over 2500.00, when I look at it, I realized I needed more clarification. Some of the things they wanted to do gave me the feeling that they did not know how to operate my system, they came back and acknowledged that they missed diagnosed the leaks.
They spent an other 3 hours lookin for the leaks, which they said they found. I asked them for a proposal and a report with specific location of the leak, 2 weeks later I was not getting a report nor an estimate. After many emails and phone calls to Bob the owner and Tim his «pool expert» I got an email from advicing me that they were to busy to take care of my problem. At the end no report, no leaks fix and 250.00 lost and feeling being taken advantage by them.

This is an absolute lie. U were paid on time whenever a bill was sent to us. An email was sent to me requesting payment. I said next time for them to send a bill a presented a check for them the same day they requested service. They even came out and did a piss poor job of cleaning the pool the same day they picked up the check. Then never saw them again other then finding out when they went in my backyard and stole my pool creeper that they just admitted to «terminating my service» yet trespassed on private property. The court will love to hear this when we see u in court.

Aqua Systems Pool and Spa has ben caring for two of our pools over 6 years now. We love their service and, Jim Richie, who is our caring technician is the best! We have recommend their service to all our neighbors and friends.

Bob and the guys do an excellent job and are always reliable. I have been with them for a while now, after having problems with my last pool cleaner.
I’m super glad I found Aqua System Pools and have shared the business with neighbors whom now have them as their pool service company.

I have used this business for the care of my mom’s pool and absolutely love the service and care they give. They have gone above and beyond when she was having issues with a pump. You can’t beat the professional service of Aquasystems and their value is a bonus!!!

Aqua Systems Pools does a great job! Our pool has never sparkled so bright and clear! The staff is great also. I would recommend them.

Used these guys for years for my second home. James has been great and the prices are competitive. The best thing is I value things done right without corners being cut. I am not able to do this on my own anymore and trusting it done right is important to me and the grandkids.
The owners are friendly as well. Deena is very friendly.

This company is fair on price, but the care and maintence is the worst! They NEVER checked my pool chemicals and left me with gobs of algae problems. Do not use this company for pool cleaning services. Just because they install a pool sweep, (cheapest brand) does not mean they are taking care of your pool!

Aqua systems pool does an outstanding job servicing our pool in Orange. They are fair on their price, reliable, and are awesome to work with!
