Not professional at all! They promise delivery of a dress on a specific day, that day comes and no dress, no date as to when it will arrive nothing! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else!!! Unprofessional!

This place is would have been great except they dropped the ball. We went there to order a dress and paid the deposit. Normally that would mean your dress is coming right? They tell us today (2 weeks before the wedding!) they not only don’t have the order they don’t know when the dress will be available! Thanks a lot! All they did was refund the deposit. After wasting our time an putting us in a huge bind. So unprofessional and disrespectful. I only wish I had checked Unilocal before hand and seen their score we could have avoided this pathetic place!

This place is horrible!!! Dresses look nice from the outside window. Inside is disgusting, dirty and not a very good selection at all. It looks like a mini mall with a few dresses and regular clothes as well. Do not waste your time or gas going here. Would never recommend it. Customer service is horrible, no one came to assist us. Finally I asked for help and this lady just looked at us like to she was off in another world. Don’t understand why this place is even open. If I could I would give it 0 stars.

Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. They don’t keep their word on when dresses are going to arrive. They had me calling and asking them when my dress was getting there and at the end my dress never arrived and they tried to make me get a smaller size and add a corset to the back so it would fit and I agreed and when I arrived to get it the next day it was just cut from the bottom but it didn’t have the corset on the back and I had specifically told them I was leaving out of town for my occasion that weekend. I don’t know why they don’t keep their word very unprofessional. I didn’t get my dress and my husband and son had already bought clothing to match my dress so I will have to go exchange that in less than a day and also get a new dress that fits and is sized as well.

Pretty dresses! Good service and reasonable prices. After visiting multiple bridal shops and malls, this was the place. Came here a week before prom and found the perfect dress. It was a little under a 100 and the fit was right. There were plenty to choose from so it was difficult for me to decide. The shop is huge and they sell dresses for all occasions.

Daughters prom dress need to be altered. Seamstress came down to fit the dress. She said it would be done I and ready in 3 days. Along with them fix beads and rhinestones that were loose. We went back 4 days later. Bead work not worked on. Dress was still too big. They said sorry a million times and that main seamstress Monica would work on dress not her assistant. Come back Monday at 7pm and dress would be ready. Dress not ready at 7 she was still working on it. Dress still didn’t fit properly. All they said was sorry she can pick out a new prom dress. Well by this time my daughter was in tears and walked out the door. They do not give refunds. They really didn’t seem to care since the dress had to be paid for in full before alterations. Honestly iif my petite daughter had to get an ex small altered on one dress and they couldn’t actually fix it why would she go through the whole processadgain to be disappointed yet again. Sorrys just didn’t help at this point!

Bought my daughters sweet 15 dress and let me tell you I HATED having to go in there. Just to make a payment, it would take them an hour! Theyre under staffed and make you wait FOREVER once they know they have your business.

the store policies unprofessional at all, no exchange no return
i bought a dress when i left i saw that the dress ripped underneath i came back later to return it, they said no return no exchange, and i kept telling them the dress ripped, they didn’t know anything but «no exchange no return» 2 hours later i back to the store and the manager finally here, the difference between her and the staff that she said no return you can exchange !

It’s in the same plaza as that big mexican super market.
Right when you walk in, there are HUGE purple dresses on your left. I was like WHOA. They have lots of options for bridal dresses, prom and etc. Organized by colors and styles. They even have wedding dresses and tuxedos but not that many. the prices are decent. they are only for sale. Nothing for rent but it’s about the same price to buy it as to rent it compared to other viet bridal places in Bolsa.
I will come back again with my bridesmaid to try out the dresses. Hopefully this will be the spot to buy the bridesmaid dresses.
