Although this location is not as eye catching or put together as others, it’s huge! The first floor mainly has all their clothing lines (active wear, contemporary, men, intimates, basics, etc), shoes, and accessories. I appreciate how they dedicate the 2^nd floor to sale items. Speaking of which, I seem to always find nice sale items! If you pay attention to their emails, there are days with BOGO sale items and this location is perfect for that! They have multiple areas of fitting rooms but only the one on the first floor is opened. Also, their check out line moves a bit slow and I was told it was because their systems are slow… Lol.

One of the nicer Forever 21 stores that I’ve been to! Two story building, most sale items upstairs and a nice men selection and non sale items downstairs. This Forever 21 seems to have more selection than any other stores. At 28 YO, I was starting to feel like I can no longer buy from Forever 21 but unfortunately I had some leftover store credit and needed to spend it. I found this store had more clothing item that targeted a slightly more mature age group with some business causal items appropriate for work and other social events.
Ended up with four tops: a white cardigan (8 $), a tan cardigan (13 $, originally 27 $ I think), two blouse each for 6 $! Quite a steal in my opinion. Wish this was closer to Ventura county so I can shop to my hearts desire. Be prepared to spend about 1 – 2 hrs here if you want to go through all their selections.
Tip: no available dressing rooms upstairs

I feel this place is too big to be a Forever 21. There’s so much space upstairs and downstairs and they seem to shove all of the unwanted «sale» items upstairs. Forever 21 has gone down the drain for me. It used to be a place I could trust for the best styles and cutest trends, but now it has just become almost like a Ross Dress for Less, except more pricier. Their clothes are made with the worst material. They will most likely lose a button, shrink and/or change colors in the washing machine. In my case, all of the above has occurred. Their shoes/heels/boots are all very uncomfortable as well. They look fake and awkward. Like, wannabe trendy footwear. I’m sorry, I can go on for days.
Oh! And their return policy SUCKS. No money back via cash or debit/credit card, only store credit. Boo!

When it first opened, it was one of my favorite location but it has only gone from bad to worse in the last few years.
Workers always seem unwilling to help, whenever I ask for a specific type of item they voice a general area I may find an item. The store just seems overall unorganized. I asked if I could find black jeans somewhere and they told me they weren’t sure.
Today I asked the cashier where I could find a restroom. She simply said «upstairs». When I got upstairs I was told bathrooms were not public and I’d have to go out in the plaza somewhere to try to find a bathroom.
That’s fine, I will be sure to take my business else where.

When you see a two-story store, you think BIG! This Anaheim location is attractive to the eye but honestly isn’t anything special but in size.
For a huge store you’d think there would be better selections and customer service. The only great spots in this whole store would be the Women/Men’s section along with the shoes all located in the front of the store. Everything else, especially the sale section upstairs just seems like they stock just about anything to fill in the space. This Forever 21 isn’t terrible, I’ve just been to better two-story locations with friendlier employees. I admit their jewelry and fitness section is quite nice with a lot of good pieces making it the last good parts of the store.
This Forever 21 definitely has some great items and I have my closet prove it. I just suggest to stick towards the front because it’ll take an hour to find basically nothing when browsing the rest store in the back and upstairs.

The associates stand around unwilling to help customers. The girl who checked me out, I think her name was Diana, was rude and wouldn’t give me the time of day. The dressing room attendant was really strange and wouldn’t say a word. I don’t know if she was mute or what. Not to mention the make-me-wanna-burn-my-eardrums-out horrible music they blast.

This forever 21 is awesome every associate makes sure your finding what your looking for. Elsa is super amazing she always greets everyone that walks through the door and is super nice and friendly. Thank you forever 21 for making this my go to store.
