Baskin Robbins

This is the 5 or 6 picture cake me and my family have gotten from this place. Here is another picture to add. Perfect cake! Everyone always compliments them.

Horrible customer service and phone etiquette. The girl on the phone was terribly rude and had an awful bitter attitude.

Came here for Labor Day, I was ready to order and all the three girls were having a conversation without acknowledging me and my family. I was standing there until finally one of the girls turned around and noticed we were there. Through out the time we were ordering the girls were talking among themselves. You would think they would have better customer service and have a small conversation with the customer. Over all it seemed like they didn’t want to be there, maybe because it was Labor Day and no one wants to be at work I guess I get. My sister ordered a double scoop and she only received one. Definately not coming back. ..

Your typical Baskin Robbins. This location is close to my home so I love it. The restaurant is always clean and full of people. This particular location is small, but there is a lot of outdoor seating.
Most everyone that I’ve had an encounter with here has been friendly and willing to let me sample anything on the menu. They also don’t get annoyed when I can’t decide what I want in the first ten seconds of arriving.
This location honors all promos, coupons, and always has lots of the ‘flavor of the month’.
This place is a little overpriced so I usually only make it here if the flavor of the month sounds enticing but all around great ice cream place.

I really love the ice cream and everything in your place. I hope you guys always be there to serve us. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Even to people that I barely met and know. I would love to eat all of the ice cream mixed together. Especially the one I love to eat with my family and friends. I will be back definitely not once and not twice, many more times than you think.

Genuinely friendly service, awesome dessert of course too. The two girls that served me we so helpful and patient. Got a little end of the night sundae for my girlfriend, she loved it. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cool dessert around Euclid. Has a nice big Forever 21next door too!

Never trust an ice cream server with a clean shirt. At this place the servers have dirty shirts, big smiles and great customer service. They make sure that you get not only what you ordered but that you walk away happy. I bought a two scoop and was offered a free waffle cone because two scoops would be too big for my regular cone. Now that’s service!

Was in area so stopped in for my favorite, an original cappuccino blast. Pleasantly surprised it was $ 1.50 cheaper for a small than the Baskin Robbins by my place ($ 3.99).
The blast itself was reasonably good tasting but lacked more of the cappuccino flavor accustomed to. It could’ve used more ice cream or ice as well. It was a bit more of a drink. I am use to it being ticker and icier to start.
The service was reasonable and it appeared to go through the line fairly quick.
Plenty of outdoor seating and parking around as in shopping center. The center itself is not in tip top shape but OK to just walk around and do shopping.

Walked in, 3 female employees standing and chit chatting. Nobody greeted me and my family of 4. Completely different experience from the San Diego location we visited last weekend. Atleast there, 2 employees only, but they both greeted us. There conversation must have been important because they didn’t take our order until after 5 minutes. I hope it was about work… Only good thing was that my kids were happy about how their ice cream tasted.

I love this Baskin Robins I’m here at least once a week. The girls are so nice and friendly. Keep up the good job Ladies !!! Jasmine is awesome

The ice cream was great but the place look so duty I see couple cucarachas I ask to speak whit the manager to let him know and the lady told me he wasn’t in the store I never caming back until you guys get terminex service

I came in on a Tuesday and surprisingly enough they still have the $ 1– $ 1.50 scoop deals! I was greeted by a young fellow he was courteous and friendly, got my fix and left.

Totally forgot there was a Baskin Robbins here. Got an ice cream cake. Feeds more than they tell you it feeds, unless you serve HUGE pieces. Received good service.

I ordered my usual Nutty Coconut on a sugar cone. The scoop she gave me seems like it was a kid size scoop. Now that I’ve read the 1^st review, I was right! I’ve been to many Baskin Robbins and this is not a winner. This one is jipping me with a kid size scoop for a single size price!

So, I came to the store today to fulfill my sweet tooth’s desire since I was craving my usual CHOCOLATE CHIP Ice Cream. Boy, did they disappoint me and my sweet tooth =’(
We came in and was greeted by this lady who was doing some transfer stuff in the back. Then she came in to the front and asked what we would like for today in a very robotic tone of voice. She then followed me as I walked through the Ice Cream selection. Then I ordered my usual Single Scoop Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, which was so little it didn’t even fill up the cup (as shown in the picture). I usually get my cup filled back in LA. I thought the portion she gave me was a kid’s scoop, which was too little for my desire. The price was even worse for what I paid for, I might as well have gotten the half gallon or gallon bucket at the grocery store. But I came here because I do like their Ice Cream, it was just not a good experience for the portion I got.
