I walked into the store & was greeted right away by the employees, they let me know about the sales they were having that day .The store was neat and organized. Staff was very helpful in finding sizes for me & was checked out by a nice lady named jasmine. Karissa was also very helpful ! Coming back very soon

I shopped this center for the first time this past weekend. My wife and I being Carter’s customers had to pop in and check out the sale. We were pleasantly surprised how neat and clean the store was despite how busy they were. The employees were friendly and even took the time to help us find a size we needed.

Horrible customer service!!! When I was ready to make my purchase, I stood where the registers were (nobody was behind the counter). I saw the sales rep (name was Marina) at a counter folding clothes but she failed to see me waiting to purchase. A few minutes later, I walked up to her and said I was ready to purchase and she points for me to stand at the area that says «line starts here». She then looks at the counter where another lady had just walked up to purchase. The sales rep goes and helps her first even though I have been waiting for her. So I stand in line (already upset). When it was my turn, I told her I was actually standing in line first. All she said was «I didn’t see you»…no «I’m sorry».“thanks for being patient”…she didn’t even care to sound apologetic. That is just horrible customer service. not to mention she was obviously incompetent. I am never going back there again!

They were having a sale. I feel like they always have sales… but I’m not mad! Lol. They had an extra 20% off clearance items. A few of the pajama onesies were $ 7.99 plus the 20% off. I found two really adorable ones, and I bought those for my baby! I was walking up to the register, and the only employee in the store asked if I was ready to be wrung up. The total for two pajama onesies: $ 13.80. She was nice, and soon, I was on my way. I was very happy with my purchase!
