Official Termite Solutions really pulled through for us. We were a week away from closing and needed emergency work done so that close of escrow wasn’t delayed. Andrea worked hard to find an opening for us and the crew pulled through! They did amazing work, were professional, and got the job done on time. Highly recommend, even on a tight (and critical) schedule!

Very fast and easy to work with even when there was a snag with the removal of tenting. Office manager Andrea was most helpful and having them also take care of the wood repair made for one-​stop shopping. I had obtained other quotes and there pricing was competitive. I chose them because they offered the capability to do all of the work including the repair. Other termite contractors were hesitant from doing repairs that were also needed.

Very happy with their work. Came out very quickly to give a quote, and showed me exactly where the «beasties» were swarming from, and didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge.
Found 3 different locations, and took care of each one of them, and I haven’t seen one since. Very professional and friendly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Official Termite is an exceptional company with impeccable service. Highly trustworthy and do great work at very reasonable prices. They saved us nearly 50% from a quote received by one of the «big players» for a tenting. The whole process went off without a hitch and they even do the wood repair!
