Adam is great! He found me a great deal, even with my not so great driving record! Worked with my buget and is really nice!

i am very pleased to have had the amazing customer service i did today!
Maria was very helpful in providing me the information i needed to insure my vehicle.
Unfortunately when i called to seal the deal today, she wasn’t in. BUT! Adam was there and he was just as helpful. He went off of everything Maria and i discussed and he was very pleasant on the phone. i felt as if i were speaking to friends i had never met! there was defiantly a very personable vibe and i dug it! Thanks again to both Maria and Adam for everything!

There are not honest people
I got the problem when I changed the insurance company through omnisafe, And the agent he forgot to cancel the previous decade, and remained pay by card for the two companies together,
When I wrote the problem in Facebook Ms. Director
responded to me she will fix the problem ‚
After long days of waiting, they responded to me they are going to send me a gift card as compensation for the amount,
But when the agent knew that I wrote in fb, I wanted to take revenge on me,
And what happened because of an error in my credit card, the amount is not paid to the insurance company for a period of three months, did not bother to inform me Mr. Agent And I was driving the car for so long without insurance ‚
When I asked him where the Gift Card?
He said because of you review on fb ‚!
And why you didn’t call me about the insurance cancellation ?
He said I don’t know about this !!!

Don’t be fooled guys! I know they have good ratings and such, but there PRICES are not the LOWEST.
I needed an sr22 to get my license back so I called to ask for a quote… I have a 1998 Honda Civic with 2 car accidents. Lakesha, Larkesha (sorry I don’t remember her exact name), but something among those lines, ran a quote for me WITH my driving records. She quoted me $ 275!!! That’s how much my BF is paying for his brand new civic SI with an SR22!
She went on to tell me that she had access to all the companies and all that other bullshit. I called and ask another place, wait for it…
$ 119 WITH my driving records hahahahaha I obviously went with this choice. Again, please just call around and ask. This was a joke! Thanks for a good laugh.

Let me start with WOW… Adam was amazing!!! He worked with my busy schedule with getting information over the phone and over texting. He found the best rate over many other companies I had spoken to. If I know anyone looking for insurance, Adam and Omni would be the first things out of my mouth!

Adam the manager of this place answered the phone when i called. He gave me a straight up quote no BS like other places. These people are people that stick to their word with no unnecessary fees. I am an ex AAA customer and ive been happy about the switch since the first day i did it. Adam looked for the policy that would suit my financial needs best. He saved me alot of money per month i am paying half of what i would be paying at AAA. Some heroes dont wear capes haha.

When it comes to insurance, there’s no better bet than Omni Safe, Adam in particular. He has been my personal broker for going on 5 years. Adam is very informed and know what needs to be done to get the best deal on exactly what you’re looking for. I prefer to keep a level of coverage that most insurers don’t carry but Adam knows just where to look. Not only does he get me what I want but he does it at a price I could NEVER find myself, and with a GREAT ATTITUDE!!! The whole staff is incredible and they go out of their way to serve you.
Everything thru Omni Safe is easy. I don’t live in the area but Adam has always been able to handle business over the phone or via fax. He does a fantastic job breaking down information and working with you until you fully understand your policy. He answers all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. Over the years I have referred many close friends and relatives to him and he never disappoints.

It doesn’t get no better than this place. I’ve been insured through Omni Insurance for 4 years now!!! I was recently informed that some tickets popped up and that my rate was going to increase drastically once my policy expired due to my driving record. I discreetly spoke to Adam about this all while I was at work, within 5 minutes he found an even lower rate than I expected and he was able to send the renewal documents for me to sign via e-​mail.
There are tons of insurance companies around BUT the top two main reasons I choose Omni is because:
1.The customer service!!! Adam is awesome, the most non-​prude and caring office manager I’ve personally ever met. He knows that I trust him but he WILL NOT go forth without fully explaining everything so that I feel comfortable. Also, I wouldn’t like to discount the other lady who works in the office– her name is Maria. Everytime she answers the phone which is most of the time… her tone is very refreshing and she is willing to take her time and help.
2. The convenience!!! I kind of forgot how Adam looks from the initial time I saw him 4 years ago. Everytime I renew my policy, I don’t have to drive to the office (which is on the other side of town from where I live). I receive everything via e-​mail and I am able to review details and e-​sign the documents with NO HASSLE.
I definitely reccommend this place to ANYONE. Give them a try, save some money!

I’ve been with Omni Safe Insurance for about a year now and I am very pleased with the service that they have provided for me so far.
I first had a Mini Cooper when I went through this agency and they found me the lowest rate, which was with The General, I could get for that car. It was high but it was expected since it’s a Mini!
My insurance recently got cancelled and today I got a call from Adam Hammodat letting me know what had happened but also that he found another insurance company and was actually much lower than what my current monthly payment is!
Very happy!
