Panda Express

This Panda Express seems a little nicer then the average Panda Express. The food however is all the same. Fast food Chinese style. I try to not get here around lunch time and have always found a table to sit at. Parking lot is pretty crowded

This location sucks. Like really Bad. I always try to order online to make it easier on everyone. That’s the reason you can order online. so you don’t have to wait inside the restaurant for your food like you have to if you just walk in. Right? Nope. After 3 chances at this location and my order never being ready, I will never go back. My most recent order included 2 side of the cream cheese wontons. When I got there at the exact time my order said it would be ready on their website, none of my food was. They started getting my meal ready then at the end of it all realized they had no wontons ready. So they threw some in to cook and asked if I would wait 3 mins. I said sure. They got me my order shortly after. And then I ate a wonton and it was COLD in the middle. Like I had to finish cooking the food I paid for to be cooked by them. I was bummed. Oh well. Won’t ever go back.

This Panda Express is always busy. I like to sit back and watch the execution behind the counter. I admire their quick service and attention to the detail on the food orders. I really like the recent show of diversity behind the line. Great service. Thank you.

Very bad customer service! And other Unilocalers are correct; employees here do not care about customers, very unprofessional. The cashier was sarcastic, very sarcastic. The food server looked like shes counting the orange chicken pieces; lastly it was dinner rush hour and the food looked really bad– orange chicken was hard; steak was burnt; mushroom chicken and kung pao were overcooked! Not coming back !

whoooowh corporate should really do something about this panda its horrible! The food lacks flavor and the rice is dry. The customer service is 10 times worse than the food and Melissa has horrible service!!! talk about a ghetto B#$@h, she needs to get fired like no joke, she cant even get an order rite, she dogs you and is so blunt and her clothes is linty! eww. she bent over near our table and we saw her a@s crack filled with lint, gross I lost my appetite icant believe I had to pay for food that tasted days old and crappy service. Avoid this place go to chipottle no joke they are really nice and know what good food is!!!

Came in around 650. The workers were slammed so I understand they were under pressure. But the lady who was helping me was pretty mean. She kinda barked at me, so my conversation with her was pretty abrupt and to the point.
The customer ahead of me was fighting with the cashier and what’s worse, the cashier was actually fighting back! He was totally giving the customer attitude. It was pretty bad.
The food was on point for fast food «standards»
But yeah I would not recommend this place

I love Panda Express … This experience at this place was so unprofessional. Andre was laughing at everything and everyone like it was a joke. Horrible customer service avoid at all cost (this location)

SUPER SKIMPY! I remember a time when a plate of fast Chinese would have been enough to satisfy 2 people… this Panda must not really like that idea… I don’t think they even want 1 person to get full of a single plate. Way to go who ever owns this Panda, for making sure we don’t over indulge ourselves. Thank you

It’s unfortunate because the food here is good however the service is rough. Today I was rather disgusted when I saw an African American male employee walking behind the counter and rubbing his hands all over what little hair he has and then assist a customer without washing his hands. Needless to say I had no choice but to walk out and will never return here

I like Panda Express, this one is my favorite. I come here before work sometimes. Still wish they give more food like other chinise places, but it’s okay.

2 Months ago I ordered 8 «large plates» through the website for pickup at this location. My pickup time was 12pm. I arrived shortly after 12 to pick up my food and was told to wait. 40 minutes later, when I inquired about the status of my PRE-​ORDER, I was told that they gave my order to someone else and were waiting to find out if they would bring it back to the store. After informing the staff that this was a health department issue, she reluctantly remade my order. I tried to contact customer support and received no reply. I will never eat her again, ever.

I like this panda. Not sure if it’s cause I live in Anaheim but for some reason the spicy dishes here like the Kung-​Pao chicken seem to taste spicier than other locations say, oh, I don’t know, Cypress or Tustin. Anyway, Panda is decent. I don’t love it, I don’t hate it but it comes in handy if you are hungry and don’t trust the other hole in the wall Chinese joints.
Only bad thing is they are continuously trying to make things «healthier». It’s greasy ass chinese food. They switched chow mein recipe for «whole grain» noodles. Now the flavor is off. They claim there is a «shortage of eggs» so now the fried rice does not contain it and has replaced it with corn. Please, there is no shortage of eggs, rather you don’t want to cough up the extra $$$ to buy the eggs. Don’t try to replace it with another yellow thing. Put some damn tofu in it or something. The corn tastes horrible.
Seriously, just go to panda if you absolutely are burned out on everything else because their food is meh.

I just come here for teriyaki chicken, brown rice, and veggies plate.

I think the meat is very low quality. Kind of eerie to put it in my body. #gonatural.
All in all, it’s cheap, but also low quality food… Kind of a shame that it’s what some are left to eat, cuz of affordability.

Had a wonderful experience with a cashier named Melisa. It seemed like she was having a bad night because she seems to think it’s ok to yell at customers. I have never been so disrespected. Word of advice lady you don’t like your job do something about it instead of taking it out on customers since your clearly unhappy at your job. Here is her picture below. Beware of this employee she’s rude and nasty. She disgusted me enough with her behavior I walked out and decided to go somewhere else. Word of advice to management keep continuing to hire trash like that you will continue to lose business.

Um… we wanted to leave about halfway through ordering, but I’m the type of person who would feel bad for doing that. It’s like she couldn’t keep up with the orders, even though it was me and the fiancé and just one other person in line behind us. She got the orders all mixed up, and almost put my second entrée in with his first… it was bizarre and unorganized. I asked for teriyaki sauce on my rice and went to grab a table, fiancé brings the food over and she had actually given us (and charged us for) a plate of teriyaki chicken… he didn’t realize what she was doing in time to stop her.
I know that Panda Express isn’t exactly the epitome of gourmet food or top notch service, but I’ve been to several locations that were clean and efficient with fresh food… this location is none of these things. We will not be back.

Disappointing, rude service and waiting for about 10 min just in line when only 2 people were in front of me, the shrimp is under cooked, spare ribs to crispy, and orange chicken over spicy… not return g to this location

Not happy with the service! Been waiting 20 mins for my food! The servers are rude and when I went to pay the lady skipped
me and went to the next customer.

Normally I love panda express, but this location when I went there the food was really bad.
I got the orange chicken and it was pretty burnt and did not taste very good, the chow mien was dry and also was not very good.
The service was fine.
The lines were pretty long, maybe because it is close to Disneyland.
