This store is so big and beautiful. With pretty home décor and wonderful Christmas decorations, this is a lovely place for some great holiday items.
I hadn’t been here in such long time. I had forgotten what a nice selection of things they have here for the home. They had wall art, frames, lighting, and even some furniture. They had the largest selection of candles I’d ever seen. They also had pillows in every color imaginable.
I really loved the Christmas décor here. They had beautiful holiday gift bags, ornaments for the tree, candles, dishes, and Christmas stockings and wreaths. They also had some cute holiday-​themed toys. You could probably spend hours looking at all the wonderful holiday items here.
There are some things that could be improved here though. This store needs to hire some extra a holiday staff. The employees that I did see here just weren’t very friendly or knowledgeable. They seemed too stressed to be helpful or greet the customers with a smile.
Other than the overworked staff and some fairly high prices, this is a nice store. It’s a great place to pick up some unique, one-​of-​a-​kind holiday items.

I went to this shop several times. I thought the people were very helpful and friendly
But when I visited this shop in March 2015 (I believe it was weekend), I got a memorable experience.
When I took my items to the cashier, the shop staff (African American female) called me «this Asian».
Since I came to America, I noticed that a lot of minorities such as African Americans and other minorities discriminate Asians (of course but not everyone) so is this the American culture???
But anyway, I guess for this shop stuff, it was important to respect herself by insulting me rather than respecting her customer.
Very uncomfortable experience.

On Sunday, I just purchased over $ 1000 in merchandise from this location. The manager working was super unfriendly and more interested in doing her inventory. My $ 299 lamp had the wrong top piece so I had to go get a different one that actually matched my lamp. I bought 4 chairs and they asked if I needed help carrying them out to my car instead of having their clerks each bring one out to assist me which happened after I suggested it. I have to get 2 more chairs since they were out of stock but I definitely not be returning to this location.

I’ve literally walked into this store 4 times to look at pillows, cocktail tables and home décor for my newly purchased home and absolutely no one even asked if I needed help. I saw the same lady walk by me 3 times as I was looking in the same area and did not even give me a smile. I was a little intimidated to even as her for help. It’s just terrible customer service to walk into a store and have no one ask if you need assistance. I would understood if everyone was busy but 3 of those times it was pretty empty. Disappointing. I love pier 1 products, but would rather drive further and have better service than coming here again.

came here to look around and food a display accent table that I felt would go perfectly in my living room. I was told that it was a final sale and they would give me 10 percent off bc there were scratches. I was excited to bring it home but unfortunately I couldn’t fit it in my car. The manager didnt give me a hard time even tho it was a final sale and refunded my money back. =)

Line waits here sign? The cashiers do not abide by that cuz other people were helped before me. Ugh! Bad first experience first time shopping there.

This was a very lonely pier 1 store. In the parking lot besides my car there was firetruck. I love the stuff in the store but I can’t afford it. If only my tax bracket was 3 levels higher then I’d go on a shopping spree here. For now I can only dream. one day owl you will be mine.

Wanted to send a quick thanks to her for taking her time to walk me through a few different options and especially just minutes before closing! Thanks Polly — my friend loved the pilsners, and you know we’re getting great use out of them this summer!

Love this store for candles and pillows, they always have something unique and I always find what I’m looking for. Friendly staff, the store in clean and organized.

This Pier One store in Anaheim Hills has the usual assortment of P1 stuff: table top décor, colorful pillows, etc. Plenty of parking and the staff is helpful.
