Pizza was good fast prompt delivery. Delivery was nice and fast. Will definitely order from this place again. On a lazy day when you don’t feel like getting out. Just call and have a delivery at your door step.

This place is in need of some refurbishing. Very run down. The food was hot and everything tasted great, but I sure hope the kitchen was clean!!! I guess you don’t want to think about it because the pizzas were perfect!

I love pizza hut but I got to say this is the worst one. You know that think fluffy pizza that pizza hut is known for you definitely won’t get that here. I don’t know if they’re trying to save money or what’s going on. At first I thought maybe they just were transitioning into something else but I went to another one and it was exactly what you would expect. It is honestly like buying little ceasars pizza. This place always disappoints.

Let me begin this review by saying that I am a restaurant manager for a high volume restaurant in San Diego and know that things don’t happen perfect all the time but good customer service will prevent people from boycotting locations and writing negative Unilocal reviews. If there was any rating lower available to choose from I would unfortunately. I am from San Diego visiting Disneyland for a couple of days with family and after the drive up everyone wanted different things so I ordered two pizzas from my Pizza Hut app like I do often in San Diego. After what was supposed to be 15 minutes or less it turned in to 40 with no apologies. I got back to the room and the very specific pretzel crust that my mom had ordered had a regular crust. I called the Pizza Hut back and could not speak with a manager at all. The young man did not understand what my issue was or care about a solution. He said he would start a new pizza for me but no apologies. I suggested that a desert be ordered and comped for me having to wait more then an hour or that it be delivered to my hotel room. He said he would send a driver with my correct pizza and that I could meet him in the parking lot and trade the mistake pizza with him. I am offended with the poor customer service and would never go back to that location if it was the only place open. I do not recommend anyone on vacation around Disneyland to waste your time or money. Hopefully the management team will raise their standards in the future. It’s now been an hour and a half and no pizza :(

My previous review was 4 stars because the sauces i had ordered were delivered only after i called to complain that i never got them. They did deliver them after the complaint. Now i have orderd and again no sauce. Im waiting for them to be delivered but since thats 2 orders in a row that i had to call and i cant give anything more than 1 star.

Fast and very helpful, whoever complains about not being able to deliver to your location needs to know that this location is in a very busy place near disney, and they have to respect delivery routes, for other companies too. Always get what i order the right way all the time.

Worst customer service ever. I actually had an MOD tell me that my wrong order was made the way I had ordered it. If he had just looked at my order then he would have realized that the sauce requested was in fact not the sauce that was on my order. This entire escapade began shortly after 5pm on 2 July. We had just received our delivery order and were sitting down to enjoy what should have been a decent dinner. Instead we were greeted with a pizza with the standard tomato sauce… not the garlic Parmesan sauce that was ordered. So I did what any regular person would do, I contacted the store and spoke with the MOD. He promised a new pizza with 20 to 30 minutes and also gave me a credit of $ 10 against a future order. 30 minutes goes by… maybe they are really busy. 60 minutes go by… is this really happening? 90 minutes later I call back asking where my pizza is. Now MOD… and no pizza replacement order was ever placed, but I had a $ 10 credit for a $ 14 pizza that I cannot eat. This MOD was the least helpful and failed to satisfy this customer… He offered a new pizza, but the rest of our food was already cold from waiting on the new pizza. Empty apologies fell out of his mouth… he was not saying the right words. At this point it would have been over 2 hours if I received anything new… I was done. Nothing short of a refund was going to quell this issue. I got nothing but continued empty apologies. I took to Twitter… I took to Instagram… I took to Facebook. Every single one got an empty«fill out this comment card» crap and did nothing to resolve the issue at hand. I even included a snapshot of my order as it was placed showing I did not in fact order incorrectly but rather the inept employees and their equally inept MODs did not know how to properly read the order but actually tried to shift the blame on to me. I have now decided to openly put the challenge out to any of this company’s competitors to see if they can win my business where this company has managed to completely lose mine. They have managed to fail to deliver on an agreed upon contract, but had no problem collecting the money for it and are refusing to return that money.

What a joke only 1.6 miles from my house would not deliver. When I called other Pizza Hut location they said they could not also deliver due to area. I will order dominos pizza from now on sad I think !

What a joke. Called in to order pizza, had asked to see if they had any medium pizza deals, was told no. So I ordered a large with a soda. What do you know as soon as I got the pizza and began to eat it a commercial for Pizza Hut come out on tv advertising that ANY medium pizza, topping etc… for 6.99. Called the store to speak to the manager. All he said it’s an online deal only. Not once does it state that you had to go online for this deal. He never even apologized for his workers not explaining it to call in customer. To me this store manager is out to rob customers to boost his store profit line. Re: Commercial. You would think that the actor would say that this is an online deal only. Very disappointed in you pizza hut. Lost a customer for life. Domino’s here we come.

Order at your own risk. Today we ordered a medium pizza. Nearly half of our pizza has long black hair all over it and melted into the cheese. I then disgusted called Pizza Hut to let them know of the issue. What does the guy on the phone say? «Haha yeah it happens». Seriously?! Yeah they’ve lost a customer.

Not very good service I walked in to the building and stood there for way too long there was plenty of people who saw me standing there and they chose to stay back in the back I had to just walk out with no food I was really disappointed

The night management has offered extremely poor customer service the past three orders. This company has lost two customers because of her. Never ordering from here again. Already sent my complaint through the pizza hut website but need to put it out there to other customers that this place is an extreme disappointment. Pick a different pizza carrier, it is not worth it to have to deal with the poor management.

Worst experience! There was something about an inch and a half long, and sharp in my pizza and cut the inside of my mouth. Throwing this pizza away and never ever buying from you all again. How the heck can you let this happen, that’s food safety and you all are not practicing it! What is this had been consumed by a child or elderly person? I’m completely ashamed of this company. It will take a miracle to get me to purchase again from Pizza Hut. Never again!

I love Pizza Hut. Well, I love my Pizza Hut here in Fresno, California. I came to Anaheim for Disneyland. I needed a cheap, delicious dinner to take back to my hotel this past Friday. Duh, pizza! Called this location, placed an order and guy says to come through in 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes since the phone call to a line of people in an incredibly tiny lobby. The girls working the front registers were talking to each other while checking guests out. Which I thought and I’m sure everyone else there thought was really inconsiderate. There was 2 people ahead of me in line but somehow they happened to check out 5 people before they got to me. I was standing right there! Rude staff, pizza sucked, thank god this isn’t my go to Pizza Hut! Stay away from this location!

This was one of only a few places that delivered to our hotel(either this or Domino’s). We ordered the Super Supreme and it arrived with the ranch(50¢ each), parmesan and chili flakes(no extra cost) that we requested. Not the greatest pizza on the planet, but it was nice that we didn’t have to leave the hotel room.
