Their services were worst. When I ordered Pizza by phone, they put me hold for 3people that took my order and giggled each other and finally they hung up the phone to me. I was so mad and I will not order Pizzas from Pizza Hut any more!!!

Ordered pizza hut a billion times and never had more disgusting food. Never had burned but yet cold food. Never had HARD cheese. Never had the delivery driver refuse to come to my door. Never will order Pizza Hut from here AGAIN. I’m totally not a big complainer but wow… I will forever think twice about ordering any pizza hut from any locations again.

Ordered a bunch of pizzas from this Pizza Hut this past Saturday (7÷26÷14) for a party we were having near Disneyland.
We ordered 7+ pizzas for delivery to our hotel at a very specific time, and they arrived hot and ready just like we ordered. All the pizzas were correct and delicious.
What really impressed me was that we were already a bit tipsy and running around like crazy, so after the fact I couldn’t remember whether we had tipped the delivery driver or not for such a large order. We called the store to make sure, and they were completely honest and told us that we had in fact tipped them and they even thanked us for calling. It would have been easy for them to say we forgot in order to get another tip without us ever knowing, but they did the right thing instead. That is rare enough these days that I wanted to post a review here before I forgot!!!

So I ordered a large pizza and everything looked great when they showed me it. Not until after I paid that the cashier told me that they didn’t have any more red crushed pepper or parmesan cheese. Who sells pizza now a days and doesn’t have the essential condiments to go on the pizza???

This review is strictly because of the horrible service I saw Marlete give. I ordered my pizza to go. She was yelling at her employees (I’m assuming she’s a manager or something). I actually used to work at this Pizza Hut 14 years ago. And the way she was treating her employees turned me off so I walked out. But not before telling her and her employees why. Pizza hit employment. Marlete is a mean little girl who needs to learn how to treat her employees.

Ordered a large pan crust after long day at cal. adv. and didn’t feel like driving anywhere so opted for delivery. Guy on phone was friendly. It was just after 11pm and was told to expect in about 45 minutes. took only about 30 – 35 minutes. Pizza was hot and delish. Only downside was no parmesan/​pepper or plates offered.

Their bbq wings taste really weird. And last time I called in the person was very hard to understand. Finally, how hard is it to design the online system to not accept orders once they stop doing deliveries. It gave us a time and everything! Person who called was apologetic though.

Just off the corner on Euclid street, about a mile away from Disneyland… this Pizza Hut is open a little later than usual places & makes it convenient for those late night snack runs. Though this is not your usual sit down and eat pizza hut. You can only order and pick up. Place is fast and typical, clean and in order, but if you are not familiar with the area… one may think this place looks a little shady or scary. If you are not a local, I suggest going with another person (if going for a late night order) Over all pizza taste like pizza hut… nothing special, but it does hit the spot on a hungry tummy.

I ordered a pizza at 2030 using their online ordering page (as I have done many times) and 2200 rolls around and still no pizza. So I call. Apparently, according to the twit on the phone, it is all my fault I do not have nourishment. You see, I seem to have forgotten to put my apartment number and my phone number in while ordering… Despite the fact that you can not have a profile nor can you make an order online without one. Avoid.

Went ordered 2 large stuff crust pizzas one supreme and one hawain dumb me forgot to check my order. Got home with the supreme being jalapeño and bell pepper neither of them were stuff crust. Learned my lesson always double check your order lol.
