Tried sbarro at Hilton Hotel. Food was okay, not great but okay. Had spaghetti with meatball. Also tried the zitti and supreme pizzas. Typical food. They could also work on their customer service, staff or servers were frowning and the cashier was a bit annoying and he gave me this look like i didn’t know what i was saying or something.

The pizza is just ok, not that good, the dough was a little raw. The price is not good too, a little bit too expensive for come slices of pizza, they get their money from desperate clients from the hotel. I would go again? yes, but acknowledging that will not be such a great pizza. The place has lot of tables so is easy to grab and sit They also have kind of a garlic bread, tasteless unfortunately, they need to learn a better recipe

A for effort — D for crappy pizza. When you pick up a slice it just folded down, ok I get it NY style but the cheese would slide right off. The crust was soggy and topping a little under cooked. As far a taste goes, not much there. And way over priced.

Now, I eat at Sbarro once a week in Long Beach so I was expecting awesome food and kind service at this location. This is not what I got. My pizza was cold(was not even placed in oven like other locations do, just flopped into a box), I was refused a coupon that I had from Sbarro corporate, and I was treated rudely. This location in previous experiences, was not well prepared for events happening and ran out of food. As someone that has a family that runs Italian restaurants, how the hell do you run out of dough and pizza? If you don’t have enough on hand, you call another location for back up. Or I don’t know, you see what events are going on and you prep for it. Don’t eat here. There is a 7 – 11 across the street and sadly they have better pizza.

Typical fast food Italian fare. This Sbarro’s has been here for years — I remember picking up a bit here from when I was attending conventions back in 2009. I always liked Sbarros(childhood memories) — and I never really outgrew the fact that their food is really just average. I came at the lunch hour, so food was fresh. This is important, because nothing is a bigger turn off here than noodles that are dried out/overcooked. The thing with Italian food is it has to be cooked just right, otherwise it’s really bad. I had the spaghetti and meatball combo which came with a side of salad and breadsticks as well as a medium drink for about $ 15. Pricing was understandable considering your location to the Anaheim Convention Center(you’re like right next door). Compared to the other food options in the court, pricing is reasonable considering the food you get. It’s better to order a combo than a la carte. All in all, nothing to write home about, depending on the time you come, you may or may not find the food to be fresh. Outdoor and indoor seating. Wifi is free on the City of Anaheim/Anaheim Resort Wifi Network.

Not that great. overpriced for what you get. WAIT… did I say overpriced? HOLYBATSTUFF, … 18 bucks for a slice of Pizza and a small plastic dish of baked ziti. I almost passed out when she rang it up. I was waiting for someone to come laughing and tell me I was on some kind of hidden camera show or something. After that sank in for a second or so, I realized she was not kidding, I didn’t wake up from that nightmare. It’s true, 18 bucks, … hmmmmm I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to eat this or hang it on the wall like a piece of priceless art and charge for admission. Reluctantly I decided to eat it. What a disappointment it was. It was,(the Pizza slice) very dry and tasted like cardboard. The Ziti was okay but the portion was really small about the size of a package of, … Ding Dongs. Yeah I know, … don’t say it, that’s a weird comparison but it did taste a little like the wrapper, so I think it’s a valid description. Low and behold, … they even threw in a bread stick. THAT was the best part of the meal, it actually tasted descent. Save yourself the heartache and find somewhere else to go. This place is NOT worth that kind of Dough!, … Hey,. that rhymed. See ya next time! It’s off to the next adventure. Signing off! Good luck

As a kid I remember loving trips to the mall because there was a chance we’d stop by Orange Julius or Sbarro. Nothing seemed better to my 9-year-old self. Then, somewhere in teenagerdom I was munching on a slice of pizza from here and I just stopped and looked at it. It was the most unappetizing piece of pizza I could remember having. Nothing seemed edible here. Greasy, floppy, heat lamp resuscitated poor excuse for Italian food. I never ordered from there again… Until last weekend. After a long day of walking the Anaheim Convention Center floor for Wondercon, and having to join a party in progress at the Hilton I was faced with the tough choice of eating here or going hungry. They were inundated with people just like me, but to the credit of the people behind the counter(who really looked like they hated us) they were at least efficient at getting the food out. I got a combination Stromboli… and you know… it wasn’t half bad. Far from good, and I agree with the previous reviewer who said it could benefit from some dipping sauce, but it did in a pinch. Ok Sbarro… you win this round… you served me something that didn’t make me want to wretch by eating it. That is a step up in my book.

Sbarro was a life saver for two weary travelers. The pizza is good(probably not great), esp. for food court food, & filling. They’re open pretty late. A bit pricy. I can’t wait to get one of their stromboli(hard to find where I live). Update – I’m upgrading Sbarro to a 4. The stromboli(spinach & cheese, in this case) were excellent! Even the leftover ones we saved that we served cold or at room temperature. They could probably be improved slightly by serving them with a marinara dipping sauce, but I can’t complain.

Garbage. Didn’t have pepperoni pizza, slices I did get were not well cooked and tasted terrible. Service was not helpful and borderline rude. Prices way too high for just a slice of pizza.
