Long line because it was in a hotel means loooong wait times. Told the barista I wanted room for cream, but she just decided to fill it up with cream for me, and filled it to the brim. Thanks, girl. Totally what I wanted.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days. They managed to not smile once and messed up my order all three times. I walked out on the last one. I ordered a chonga bagel and the barista wrote down plain bagel. I ordered a sausage sandwich and he said they were out. I asked what other hot sandwiches they had and he just said whatever is in the case. I asked if he could show me in the case, and he just pointed, said«the case is over there» and turned to get my drip. I had ordered a dark roast and when he started pouring Pike Place, I walked out.

The staff is very friendly & accommodating! I was here working the auto show & they seemed very well trained to keep up with the fast pace of customers coming in to order before heading off to work.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple times now. And every single time I’m disappointed with the customer service. I understand that the line is extremely long and that the same questions are asked all day long, but you work at Starbucks and a high volume one, so you should expect to do «tedious» things all day. But every single time I come here, not even ONE single smile from any partner behind the counter. Not even a «What can we get for you today?» Just a simple«next in line!!!» And no eye contact? I just don’t get it. I’ve worked for Starbucks for 6 years and I’ve worked at a high volume store myself. So maybe my expectations are high, but a simple smile would suffice. If you hate your job, quit.

Line was long, service was adequate, then I was told they don’t «redeem points» since I had a free drink via being a gold member(I do love gooooollllddddd). Store is huge, however there was pretty much seats everywhere since everyone’s getting coffee to go back to their rooms.

Really poor service. Trying to get coffee or food takes longer than it should, and there is always a wait no matter how busy they are.

Employees paying more attention to themselves than the customers and then «Do you want whip?» «No» 5 minutes «Mocha with whip for David»

Does Starbucks even need a review? They have nailed down the whole expensive coffee thing. Long afternoon ahead on a hot day and I need a pick me up. I don’t like to drink calories, so I get a plain iced coffee, perfectly fine, but the tall didn’t seem so tall. I do like to eat my calories and the new bakery items are a huge improvement. How cute is the cookie that looks like a coffee? With chocolate? Count me in. As you can see the line is sick! I guess I lucked out and didn’t have to wait long, but we are all Starbucks junkies now, there are thousands of people here, and one Starbucks, so yeah, the line is crazy long.

Almost a year later I found myself at the same hotel and the same Starbucks, but oh how things have changed. The location is renovated and quite larger now. There was still a really LONG line in the AM but the line ran smooth, quick, and the workers had a flow going on. I was very impressed with the changes and service. Great job!

Chronically understaffed, unfriendly, and error-prone. A typical day in my week of visits to this location included 50 people in line, two people on registers while one barista manned the coffee machines, half heartedly going through the motions. In a week, never got my order right or in my hand in less than 10 minutes after I ordered it. Desperately need to double staff and training on efficiency and tempo.

The line gets long it the morning during their rush. They don’t have anyone expediting drinks or asking for orders early. It took 20 mins to get through the line, order my sandwich and wait for my latte. Keep this in mind if you are on a tight time line. Also as many starbucks do they run out of Turkey bacon sandwiches at 730 in the morning. This is a common problem at Starbucks with no interest of management to fix as I frequent many starbucks. The stores repeatedly tell me day after day that they ran out.

Nice location and décor but not very professional or proficient. I went to this location while on vacation to get my wife and I a coffee. They confirmed the order when placed and also when I picked it up at the bar, and it had my name on the cup so I knew it was mine. Only problem was that my wife’s special latte actually was a plain black coffee — which I inconveniently found out after walking the half mile back to our hotel. If you get something here — check it before you leave. And Starbucks folks — it wasn’t very busy and it just shouldn’t be that hard to get right.

The nearest Starbucks to my hotel was this one. Came in and was rudely greeted by the cashier. The customer in front of me had dropped a few coins so she bent down to pick them up limiting my access to the cashier. I waited patiently for the woman to pick up her coins and the RUDE cashier said«Are you not ready?» What she couldn’t see was the woman pickin up her coins. When I walked up to the register, the RUDE cashier gave me attitude. She needs to fix her face and her attitude. She didn’t have a name tag on but I will describe her to you. She was the chubby woman with glasses. Horrible service.

How does Starbucks not have coffee at 10am in a resort Hotel? I waited in line for several minutes just to be told they have no coffee? Really? At a Marriot?

Have to say this was shockingly slow. Line weaving into lobby. Guys making coffee were fast. Cashiers were slow, distracted and chatting to each other sometimes guests. Quicker to walk elsewhere

The locations is very convenient, however it’s not one of the better stores. Limited on pastries and stuff. It’s great for a quick stop of coffee.

Went here the past weekend 7÷12÷14 since I was at the Anaheim Convention Center for an event. Line was moderate, only because the cashier was kind of slow at it. Then, they wouldn’t accept my Gold Card. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that declined a Gold Card. And their excuse was«It’s because we’re a Hilton Starbucks, not your ordinary Starbucks.» Give me a f**kin break. Starbucks is Starbucks. Defiantly never coming back here. Money on my Gold Card is same thing as cash(since it is for Starbucks use only), so I have no idea why I would have to pay with regular cash/debit. I didn’t mind, if their staff wasn’t so stuck up and snobby about it.

This place is incredibly slow. They have plenty of employees but they couldn’t keep up with customers. Ordered a cheese Danish warmed up. Cheese Danish was bagged cold and I was never told they didn’t have a way to heat it on the premises. Couldn’t return it because the line was way to slow and long. Also, we waited for the cheese Danish. I ordered a venti blonde and they handed me that right away. If they weren’t going to heat it, why did they have me wait to the side for five minutes? Coffee was stale. Warm, not hot. Splenda packets were soaked. Overall, very disappointed. Starbucks should close locations like this. Makes me second guess Starbucks altogether. Don’t stop here. Leave the hotel and hit up another!

Long lines and decent service. They didn’t get my coffee right but after mentioning it to the barista, she fixed it quickly and sent me on my way. The long lines move quickly and they don’t carry most of the food items that I usually see at Starbucks. I would another location before stopping here again.
