Food tasted stale. Could not get any service from anyone to try to get napkins for our food or utensils which to eat with. A horrible experience for my family. Never coming here again even if it is the closest one to us.

We recently moved to the neighborhood and have visited this Sonic several times. Each time I leave, I think «well, maybe next time will be better.» It never is.
They’re ALWAYS busy, at all hours of the day. The service is super slow: from the time it takes when you press the red button to order, all the way to when your order FINALLY makes it’s way to the car: it’s simply too long of a wait.
The staff has always been friendly and we are always patient with them, knowing that the slowness probably comes in part with the amount of business and the shortness of staff.
Luckily I found another location not too far to visit when I have a need for a Sonic Slush.

Terrible. Horrible customer service. If you have nothin better to do but sit and wait for 30 min for cold tater tots and bad attitudes from the little girls that work here this is the perfect place. This was strike 3 for me continued to try them again and again but let down from messed up orders and longass waiting. I will go to the other fullerton location.

I guess if your hungry ur gonna eat whatever but if you have time and don’t mind to drive a lil go find another place!!! I came up just to drop off some goodies and family was starving and sonic was right next to us. Food wasn’t worth it at all plez plez go somewhere else can’t say you haven’t been warned! Hubby found hair on his burger (eyelash, pubic) whatever it was unacceptable period!

They did great when it comes their overall performance. I did like the fact that they made sure that the food is freshly cooked because in my perspective, a food should be serve freshly cooked or else we will a problem.
Although the service is not that good, they even end up delivering my food later than sooner.
They did apologize, although its accepted but its not enough for us hungry customers, you know what I mean?
Every is just good from the food but on other areas? Not.

This is seriously the slowest moving sonic ever! It has been almost an hour and still no order. This is ridiculous. And the people here are rude. Just as I’m sitting here I seen 3 people complaining to the manager. You would think something would be done to fix this. First time here and i wont be back

The wait time seemed a little longer than expected at the time we went. However, this is the closest Sonic to where I live and I would drive back 30 minutes to have some chicken poppers again!

NO STARS!!! This place is a joke! Service is horrendous! We pulled in and were greeted with a hello and would you mind waiting for a moment please? No problem. We waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. At one point a car just pulled into the slot next to us and their order was quickly taken. WTF!!! Finally after 20 mins they greet us again. We start to give our order and then all of a sudden «uh I’m sorry can you hold on for just one moment please?» You’ve got to be kidding me!!! We left immediately never to return again! Stay far away from this location or you will starve to death while waiting for someone to take your order!!!

Absolutely horrible. The employees park in spots where customers are suppose to be able to order at. There was only 1 person taking orders @930pm and the all parking spots were full. I waited 15mins and no one ever took my order so I left!

I would give zero stars. They take to long to take orders and had me waiting 45 minutes in the cold, I just left and I am not coming back. Hire more people or do something else you need to be more efficient in getting to your customers

Worse service in all sonics ever .
There always packed and I think it’s because they take forever to take orders that cars just line up .
We got here at 1:30pm and left because they took to long to attend us .
We came back at 6pm on our way home and it was worse .
There’s even cars honking that been here before me .
Crazy service .
We should all call corporate to complain.

Every time I go to this Sonics I am let down. If I could rate no stars I would. My last visit they were pretty much out of every ingredient for their Blasts and Milkshakes. Plus, it took a long time to get the two drinks that I had ordered.
This time their blast machine was not even working. I order one medium blue raspberry slushie and 30 minutes pasted by. Once 40 minutes pasted I left. It was only a Wednesday night and their drive thrus were only maybe half full at max. It should not take more than 40 minutes to get a drink! Ugh I don’t know why I made the mistake of coming back.

We came here close to midnight and the place was still kind of busy, there was a few available spots to drive up to. They have an extensive menu, so before you push the service button make sure you know what you want to order. Service was good and food came out pretty quick. I had the bourbon brown sugar shake, which was the only thing I really enjoyed. The chili cheese tots were ok, nothing spectacular, and the burger was pretty basic, reminded me of hamburger stand style taste. I would probably come back again and try something else on the menu, but definitely would try more flavors of their shakes. And also their steak and egg burrito is actually pretty good.

Slowest service EVER!
The workers have horrible attitudes, and the food isn’t what it used to be. Such a disappointment.
We wont be returning and I’ll be sure to let my family and friends know to avoid this location as well.

Tons of drive in stalls, tables for you to order at, and additional parking. This is perfect for everyone to fill in and wait an hour for the ONE employee to even take your order. Don’t even worry about the additional 45 minutes it will take for you to actually get your order. Milkshakes are currently half price after 8pm, good luck competing with all the drunk delinquents coming from the shady club next door. Moral of the story, if you want a milkshake, go to Norms or Dennys. Cause you arent gonna get the fancy shake AND satisfaction you were expecting. Atleast at Dennys you can get a decent shake and some better service.

Cold ass fries and tardy ass service. The worst fast food joint. Came here after Disneyland via Waze. This place is worse than rally’s.
My wife asked why is the food so cold?
Server: The wait line is too long. So the food doesn’t stay warm.
Me:
Server: okay, let me see if we can get the order fresh and hot.
Returns in 5 mins with hot food.
Food tastes exceptionally better. Smh

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst service, poorly managed. We sat at a service window for 10 minutes after ringing a bell. They never answered. We watched to cars pull up directly next to us recieve service right away. We drove to 2 other stalls thinking ours might be broken and still no service.
Worst ever. Never again. It’s a wonder they’re still in business.

I’ve never had a problem with the food, but often there is a 10+ min wait for takeout.
Biggest complaint is that they now charge about $ 0.30 for a cup of ice water even when I bought a meal. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that does that, definitely will keep me away in the future.

5 stars for the delicious shakes and slushes especially the banana cream pie shake but the food gets a 3 star at most. It’s nothing to really be sought if you’re hungry but if you’re thirsty they have a plethora of options. The food that they offer leaves a lot to be desired and once you see the portion sizes, the prices seem to be overly priced. The best aspect of eating here is really drinking here.
The half-​priced shakes after 8pm really makes everything worthwhile. Be sure to never order a small unless you’re really not thirsty or if it’s for a child.
The onion rings and tater tots are decent but everything outside of drinks can stay on the menu and off my order.

Bueno hoy quise tratar algo diferente y vine a sonics pero primero tardan mucho tiempo e tomar la orden unos 15 min más o menos y hoy no tenían slush de ningún sabor bueno sólo ordene una orden de french fries y tardaron casi 20 min en traerlas y estaban super frías pedi me las cambiarán y tardaron otros 20 min más para traerlas definitivamente no vuelvo a este lugar porque de fast food no tiene nada falta o más personal o personal más capacitado porque este lugar esta muy pésimo

I’ve been hearing about Sonic for years (and of course seeing the dopey TV commercials). Having never eaten at one I decided to try this location for lunch when I was in the area for an appointment.
It’s one of those places you order from and eat in your car (although there are a few patio tables available). I usually don’t like eating in my car, primarily because I’m a slob and it’s inevitable I’ll spill on myself or the car seat. Somehow I evaded this from happening on this dining adventure.
I drove up, chose one of the many spaces available and parked between menu boards (watch your mirrors if you have an SUV; it’s a tight fit!). I looked over the menu and pushed the red «call» button to place my order: a double cheeseburger, fries and a malt brownie blast.
Within 5 minutes my order was brought out by a friendly rollerskating worker. I was expecting her to hang a tray on my window like they did at the old-​time drive-​ins but no, she just handed my food in a bag.
The burger was a decent fast-​food burger. No, it can’t hold a candle to the plethora of gourmet burgers out there but it was as good as most of the fast food chains. The fries were the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Barely warm and as hard as cement on the outside. I wondered if they were leftover from the day before. I ate two or three and threw the rest out; I was afraid I was going to break my teeth! What pushed this up to 3-​stars was the malt brownie blast. It was really great, having a strong chocolate malt flavor and plenty of tiny brownie bites mixed in. It was also quite large, almost more than I could finish. Almost.
