Jack In the Box

I stopped by this Jack in the Box on Orangethorpe and Harbor in Fullerton to pick up a couple tacos due to some runs I had to make in the OC. The restaurant was clean and had the fancy Coca-​Cola kiosk but the service like most people said could improve. Also the drive thru is tight for those with large vehicles. Only go to this Jack in the Box location as a last resort or if you are really THAT hungry. There are plenty of other locations that kill this particular one when it comes to customer service.

My husband and I came to this Jack in the Box while we were out of town tonight and I asked simply for jalapenos on my burger. I reminded the girl at the window and she said they’re on the burger. They were not. They couldn’t get that right. Our food with cold. I called and told the manager about the jalapenos and he said come back for the $ 0.40.

Oh my god we went to try this Jack in the Box food was cold and it wasn’t properly cooked french fries were old restaurant was all dirty and there was nobody there eating at the restaurant when we got there all the employees were out in back messing around

The bathrooms are just gross, cleaned hourly? Well that’s a joke. Maybe a new paint job? And to keep it clean maybe do a token and only for costumers that pay.

I went the other night and some guy name Sergio helped me he was really nice and I didn’t have to ask for what I needed everything came in my bag never in my life has that happen good service and fast he was so nice and very helpful good job good service

The girl couldn’t seem to figure out how to charge me for a burger and fries with no drink.
Night crew is a hit or miss
It’s really cold inside so i stick to the drive thru

Horible service and the night crew give a bad name to all the high school drop outs out here. How hard is it to get an order right? 5 out of the 7 times I’ve gone this month my order is wrong. They give y I u attitude and act like they can’t hear you. Fit the burger flipper stereo type. Things need to change!!!

Manager on deck was very poor with us service. Didn’t pour the entire drink full either. He didn’t look very friend and pretty much looked like a jackass the whole time. Not the biggest fan of it.

I usually go drive thru but decided to dine inside today. Immediately the whole place smelt like a restroom i think because they just mopped but it was gross to eat in. The eating area is arranged very strange, the cash registers are almost hidden. And theyre lemonade dispenser didnt work so i had to settle with diet coke…

Good fast breakfast if I am early for my train. I like the Breakfast Jack (served anytime, how about during the Renaissance?), hash browns and coffee combo! Hit the drive thru and have time to catch the train!
I also like the Bonus Jack — it’s not sold all of the time. so when it’s time I try to eat frequently.

Quicky for a food break with one of my kids– This place has a tight drive thru– watch out!

Laura the supervisor is very rude. Idk how anybody could have such an ignorant racist person as a supervisor. She gave one price through the drive thru and gave us another higher price at the window. we called manager but he didnt care never coming to this dump again. food was not up to par with other jacks .I love jacks but not this one .dont come to this place.

So this is the worst jacks anyone could ever go to. I went thru the drive thru and the person who took our order got the amount we had to pay completely wrong and we asked her multiple times if she was sure that that was the price we had to pay and she kept saying yes so when we got to the window she gave us a higher amount. We confronted her about the mistake she made and she came at us very rudely and she was the supervisor! So we called the manager and he said he was going to talk to her but he didn’t sound so convincing. Never coming back again. And the food was poorly made.

Worst jack I’ve ever been too. Very dirty. Employees don’t care about keeping the place up and clean for the patrons. We walked in and there’s food and trash all over the floor, the empty tables were filthy. We asked for some napkins so that we could clean the table so we’d have place to eat and they handed us 3 napkins. Anywhere else they would have said «we’ll have some one come out and wipe down the tables for you»… Food wasn’t very good either. And I really like jack in the box food…

Anything particularly special about this location? Nope. Your standard JITB. Next to the movie theater and Chik-​Fil-​A. So why am I writing a review about this place?

All I have to say is 99 cent tacos. A few of these suckers and I am good to go. as much as I have cut myself down on eating a Jbox, I had a craving for the tacos today and as always they fit the bill for the moment.

Meh, Food was ok

the manager was rude I had asked for a raspberry Ice Tea, with my meal. she gave me regular Ice-​Tea instead. OK when I went back to have my drink corrected, she not only didn’t want to talk to me but she send the cashier. She said, «that if I wanted a raspberry Ice-​tea it was going to be extra money!»
and that besides they didn’t sell that kind of drink at that location… lol! it was a circus excuse but what ever I will never eat their again!
Ive never had such a horrible experience in a Jack box location.

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and an egg roll. TWO items. What did I get? A cookies and cream milkshake and an egg roll. It wasn’t busy and there was only one person behind me in line. And it’s not like he misheard me, my receipt said vanilla. In my opinion there’s really no excuse for careless mistakes like that.
Also I had to wait around to ask for sweet and sour when he should have given it to me automatically. Terrible service and the food isn’t good enough that they can get away with that.

Typical J in the B. Great for late night munchies, Open 24 – 7

This place always seems to get my orders wrong when I go through the drive-​thru. The food is decent, but it kills my eating mood when I have to go in and get my order corrected. It has happened far too much. It’ll be better for my health to stay away from that place anyways.

I am not sure what you are expecting when you go to jack in a box! its cheap okay food. I am sure you can get other decent cheap food, but this place is good for late night! Food is average as far as other Jack in a box i’ve been to. All the times i’ve been to has been drive through so i can’t say much for the inside. The drive through staff was pretty friendly. So if you are in the mood for greasy food this is your place.

No your eyes are not deceiving you… it’s two days in a row of Jack in the Box… this time the location near my work. My co-​worker convinced me to accompany him to Jbox so he could use the «free chicken fajita pita with purchase of large drink» coupon. I printed off another coupon for myself and away we went.

this location is always full of crazies… What’s up with jack in the boxes and nut-​jobs? Are they attracted to the clown? The outside was full of those freeway off ramp guys counting the money they’ve con’d out of drivers and the inside was straight out of «One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest».
Anyways… The chicken pita here was much better. The pita bread was intact, it was stuffed full of seasoned chicken, and it came with nicely caramelized onions. Topped with some salsa made for a tasty free meal. $ 4.19 though is way too much for this item, not worth the cost if I had to pay for it. Had a couple of taco chasers to finish off the meal. WTF is it about these tacos? There isn’t much filling in it, the cheese looks like it came from the government, yet they are so damn good!
Ok… That’s two jack in the box in a row. I think I’ve met my quota for the year.
