In-N-Out Burger

Well folks this place here wow wow wow so dam slow over 15 – 20 minutes in drive thru and I’m being nice probably longer dam don’t come here if u short on time. By the way still in drive thru right now

I love their cheeseburgers and their fries ! Food is both fresh and delicious. Staff is excellent. Food comes quick. Only downside is the size of the place because it’s always packed leaving no place to sit for a while.

Location is so convienant and I’m glad they updated the turf to be more sustainable! Good is always good, love the animal fries however I think the sauce is a little overbearing with all the toppings so I usually just get animal fries no sauce. Double double is good if you are really hungry but usually just a plain cheeseburger is very satisfying.

I just love these burgers. Its just so juicy with so much flavor that you cant get enough of. Even though im full and already ate, when someone asks if i want these burgers, i can never say no. Its like im addicted to these in a way. The french fries are the best too. Its crispy, hot and flavored with just the right amount of salt. When my parents came from korea, i bought them these burgers, and then had to go back to buy some more. I really recommend this place to people who have never tried these before, and if ur a vegetarian, it wont really matter cuz theres a veggie burger and that tastes really good too. Even though there is a long line, the workers keep it going and dont stop taking in the orders. The burgers are something u can expect to be good.

Always hits the spot. Surprisingly not busy at all for a Saturday. Got our food pretty quick. Since I don’t eat red meat I ordered the grilled cheese animal style which is basically a cheeseburger without the party, the animal style fries which you can never go wrong with it, and to top it all off with a neopolitan shake

Make sure you repeat your order so the cashier gets your order right. Friend ordered an animal style fries for here, but received it as just well done fries in a to-​go bag. I myself ordered well done fries, but got the regular. On top of that, my other friend ordered fries but the order was lost and she had to wait for 20 minutes until she had to complain. Food and prices are amazing, but maybe service needs improvement!

Always a pleasure to come and enjoy In-​N-​Out. I have recently moved to CA so I’m excited to know that there’s one nearby, available at all times.
I think there are plenty of reviews about the food and the secret menu… blah blah blah — if you’re on Unilocal,you know what to expect from In-​N-​Out.
What I do want to do for this review at this specific location is to highlight the staff. While I was enjoying my double-​double animal style and my light-​well done fries, I noticed this elderly couple come in. I saw couple of other guests get up from their table to make room for this couple (I over heard the gentlemen say that the lady was 102 years old!!! And she’s still eating In-​N-​Out!!!), which was AWESOME. Holla at them.
What I then saw was multiple, not just one, worker come by and make sure they had everything they needed — condiments, napkins, drinks, etc. And maybe this is typical of all In-​N-​Outs or this location; maybe this is a testament of this location’s management or the company as a whole, but I appreciated the care I saw at this location.
I don’t give 5-​stars often (unless you read reviews from my Unilocal-​newb days), but because of what I saw today, this places gets 5 from me. Keep it up!

A good quality and flavorful burger that, for the most part, is consistent across its many locations. Why is this important? Because when you want a good burger, fries and a drink, you want a good burger, fries and a drink! The food is fresh and when the buns are toasted just so and the cheese melted just right, the burger tastes the way it should: Crispy, yet juicy with the right amount of beef flavor with toppings that compliment and don’t overpower.
In a time where fast food joints try to appeal to just about everyone with so many selections on the menu that not one thing is done right, In n Out focuses on their core product and does it exceptionally well.
If you want a burger that is done well, this place has it well done!

No complaints here, In-​N-​Out delivers every time and the staff are always polite. I waited in the drive-​thru line last night around 6:45 p.m. and had to catch a train by 7:20 p.m. By the looks of the line I thought I’d be cutting it close (who knows if the car in front of me wanted to order 20 burgers?), but I was out of the drive thru by 6:55 p.m. The inside dining area had no line and might have been a little faster or just the same.

Super efficient: we noticed that both the walk-​up line and the drive-​thru lines were super long. However, the workers didn’t fluster nor lose their composure. They continued to deliver great customer service. Food was delivered in a reasonable time, considering the continual influx of customers.
I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the lack of table space inside. I wish there were more tables to accommodate the large amounts of customers.

Nice, fast, fresh, yummy. Had a great experience except the place was dirty. Tables, floor, seats. I had a hard time finding a spot. I found one I can clean myself. Wiped my seat. Sat down and ketchup all over the floor. Took 40 min for someone to come and clean. Wasn’t too busy when we got here inside. Drive thru Packed. I love they don’t charge for their spread on the side. They’re not gready
They have security. The cashier gave my hubby stickers for his birthday. He was happy. Over all the experience was better then we had ALL day.

I am always amazed how every In N Out location is just so darn perfect!
The prices are so cheap, I don’t know anywhere else where we can get my husband, son and I fed for $ 20 total and we are all always satisfied.
Service is great, the restaurant always spotless no matter how busy they are.
Our order always right no matter how complicated.
Nothing beats an animal style burger and if you’re feeling really naughty or hungover the animal fries, the shakes are great, fries are good, by far the best fast food ever!

There’s always a line in the drive thru no matter what time you go. Last night, we went after midnight and the line was even longer than usual at the drive thru. We opted to go inside and eat there because the wait is usually shorter when you are inside.
Go to: cheeseburger animal style, regular fries, neopolitan shake, and we always ask for spread sauce on the side. Can’t forget about the hot peppers that they have next to the ketchup. The workers are ALWAYS refilling the hot peppers so it’s never empty in case you want some spice with your meal. The ketchup is never empty whenever I go as well.
Service: I can’t say enough about the customer service. Workers are always holding the door for customers who go in and out of the store. I’m always welcomed when I come in by people at the cash register. I don’t think that I wait more than 10 minutes for my food to come out. Then, some workers walk around thanking us for coming in and to have a nice day/​night.
I don’t think you can ever go wrong with In N out, especially this one since it’s so busy but they still keep customer service top notch!

I’m not a huge burger person but after spending time in the East Coast, an In-​N-​Out Burger sounded so good!
There’s always a line here (or any INO place, right?) so I took a chance and pulled up to the drive through. The line actually didn’t take that long. They had an employee walk to my car and took my order on a tablet, and it took about 5 minutes to pull up to the cashier. By the time I made it to the pick up window, my food was done.
I can’t really complain about this location. The parking lot can be cramped, but I was quite lucky to arrive when the line wasn’t wrapped past Lee’s Sandwiches.

This is the by-​my-​work In-​N-​Out. Another predictably OVERly swamped In-​N-​Out. Though ordering inside may be better than the drive-​thru.
To me, the best time to come to ANY In-​N-​Out is right at 10:30am when they open (despite this In-​N-​Out profile stating it opens at 8am, which is completely inaccurate [confirmed through their 1 – 800 customer service # on ¹¹⁄₇ @ 5:36pm]). Why? You probably won’t encounter a long wait.
Protein, animal, regular style burgers or grilled cheese’s. Regular, animal style or no fries. Shakes. Spread. Drinks. Ketchup. Grilled onions. Peppers. Pickles. If you’re a fan, you know what they have here and you know how to request their secret menu items too.
I just won’t prohibit myself from getting some In-​N-​Out. No matter how played out it has become. When I meet my cravings for this place, it’s always an edible symphony of bursting flavors in my mouth.
I need to come here less. My esophagus can only handle so much happiness.
