LOCATION IN LAS VEGAS, NV — Company will send out a technician to diagnose a problem, recommend a new transmission (quote $ 7000), and then charge you $ 340 for the misdiagnosis when another company diagnoses AND FIXES the problem for $ 260. Most ridiculous and poor service I’ve ever received from a business in my life. Will never use or recommend them again.

Sends out techs without permission then charges for 5 minutes of someone coming out and not even turning on the forklift. Terrible customer service from the man that answers the phone in Thousand Palms. Such disdain in his voice, as if he can’t be bothered to do his job. Doesn’t give written out quotes for whatever needs to be replaced. Just tells you they’ll order the part and be out whenever they feel. Will not be asking them to come out ever again. They feel they have a «monopoly» in the area or something and are entitled to screw you with prices.

Orange, CA
Misleading company that nickel and dimes you once they start working on your forklift. They don’t ask for authorization to do things like oil changes, filter changes, even though its clear on their «contract» that all work is to be authorized. Spoke to Tony and he told me one thing and his worker told me another. Very confusing. Very dissatisfied with this company.
