Organized sample on the wall make your job easy… No more guessing… pick one from sample wall and go with it… recently remodeling my home. 3bathroom, pick a sample from displayed wall and do the same job on my home… it looks great. Friendly sales veriety of choice from well organized display… and tons of choice to choose from.

This company is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have used them 10 plus times. Recently, I called them asking for the name of a slate I ordered about a year ago. They looked it up in the computer and ordered more of it for me over the phone. EASY! Love this crew.

I use Unilocal a lot but have never left a review. I had such a positive experience with this store that I felt the need to let the community know… I hope my review passes the filter.
Tile Mile is stressful! Premium Flooring and Strictly Stones is an oasis. it became a one stop shop for all of my kitchen and bath remodel flooring and tile. They have a wide selection and excellent prices. Cab door and granite sample in hand Jan guided me to a beautiful and excellent priced porcelain tile. The following day I returned for backsplash and bathroom. At Strictly Stones Jan again helped me find a lovely marble. The price Tomasz quoted was only ¼ of something I had fallen in love with across the street. So I fell in love again. then I saw the honey onyx display and decided to do a whole wall of that too. 50 sq. ft and I’m still under the other quote. The staff at these stores is friendly, knowledgable, cheerful, remember you when you walk in, and seem to care about making sure your project is perfect for you. Thank you so much Jan and Tomasz!

I was surprised by the mixed reviews. I had excellent customer service with Tomasz! My husband and I have been to «tile row» on State College multiple times. We were very disappointed by the lack of interest in customer service we found at most of the other places on the street. The WORST was the large place across the street. There I was completely ignored EVERY time I went in. At Strictly Stones, Tomasz was attentive, helpful, friendly and worked with me on pricing when he was able. We got our tile when it was promised. The selection was among the best that I have found. It was a bit overwhelming but with Tomasz’ help, we were able to match various patterns into an innovative and pleasing arrangement. I have already recommended this place and Tomasz to others. I did not work with the woman but she seemed friendly when she was at the desk with us.

I have never written a Unilocal review but my husband and I feel so strongly about the service that we received here today that I had to warn anyone considering going to this place. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!!! The woman behind the counter (with an accent) was SO RUDE! We are remodeling our bath on a budget but wanted only a few tile pieces in real stone. She did not want to be bothered with us but managed to pull herself away from her newspaper to «show» us two possible options. She was gone before we reached the first option and went back to her paper. My husband and I couldn’t believe it. We realize that they would not made much money on us today but they also will not get any future business from us or our friends and family. In contrast, the big place across the street (Stone Age) were more than helpful, even for our small order and we got a great price. If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would!

These people are the biggest crooks and the most dishonest people with a lack of integrity that I have ever encountered. They charged me $ 1,697 to put 3 slabs of marble on hold, 10 days later I went in person and canceled the order, I was told they would reverse the charges. The marble was never delivered nor attempted to be delivered it has now been ONE YEAR and I am still fighting to get my money back for a canceled order of merchandise I still have never received.
They come across as nice and friendly, but will lie and rob you blind, WATCH OUT! I bought marble on July 2, 2012 and was promised by Danny the salesman that whatever was mismatched or defective I could return. Eight days later I rented a truck ($ 300) and returned 270 square feet of mismatched and damaged marble and was supposed to get back $ 1,957, they refunded only $ 88.74 and promised the balance would be refunded later. I still haven’t received any more of this refund.
Fraudulent business practices, lying salesman, and dishonest owner. The first purchase of marble had mismatched and damaged pieces leaving me with not enough to complete my floor, I was convinced by the salesperson, Danny to buy more marble than needed (2 more times) to ensure I will have plenty to cover my floor to account for any mismatched pieces and told to wait and bring all mismatched pieces back at the same time and promised a refund at that time. This time I paid $ 360 for a truck rental to take all the mismatched marble back and was told I was never promised that. I still have 1,381 square feet of damaged and mismatched marble that I am still incurring expenses on in storage fees etc.

Tons of medallions & back splashes to choose from. They can custom make your medallion too. Love the back wall of back splash samples… a mini art gallery to inspire us!
Staff is really friendly and you can tell they enjoy being there. Very helpful and non-​threatening. No one will hover but you’ll always find them if you have a question!

Excellent customer service (Thanks Tomasz!) and great prices and selection. Distributor messed up one of my orders and Tomasz made sure it was shipped directly to my house (by Fed Ex) and offered an additional discount for my inconvenience. Wasn’t their fault, but they made me a customer for life because of the way they handled it.
