In the food court near the convention center. Much better quality subs for a chain restaurant. The dark bread is excellent and everything is fresh sliced.

Hey, it’s food, and better than Subway, that’s for sure. But didn’t think there was a whole lot of flavor. But a 12 inch is pretty much two meals.

This place is somewhat okay. We needed a quick place to get a fix before we headed over to the Franchise Expo. So we stopped here. The bread was disgusting and the sub itself was tasteless. I had to add in extra condiments to get a somewhat of a flavor in my sub.

This restaurant was somewhat of a blessing in disguise. It wasn’t the best sub sandwich I’ve ever eaten, but it was one of the healthiest meals I’ve had during my stay at the Hilton. There was a time during my stay at the hotel that I didn’t have time to go out and buy lunch. I was doing art work for a team event and I wanted to get the work done without driving or walking far. Lucky for me, there was a food court in the hotel. I was surprised how fast the service was, and even though I didn’t eat my sandwich until an hour later(I was doing art work in my hotel room) it was pretty good. Not quite the best sub sandwich I’ve had… just better than Subway. If I have one gripe about Submarina and the rest of the food court: I wish they would open up sooner… like for breakfast.

A-OK sandwich. One thing I really liked was that they had squaw bread. It’s not very common, at least at the sandwich shops I’ve been to. They also had not only the long narrow sub style available, but also the sliced loaf version of the bread. Typical condiments(avocado is extra) are offered and sauces like Subway. Service was fine, just a loooong line since there were so many people and they make everything to order. There’s some seating nearby and a few tables outside but it was all taken and it was cold & raining. We had to find a random table in the hotel lobby. The place was packed because of the MD&M West convention(which literally took up all the convention center exhibit halls).

Ehhhh… not a terrible sandwich, not a great one either. Better than Subway? Yes. This location is strictly take-out, no inside tables. Service was pretty good efficient. The strange thing is that my sandwich was oddly just kinda tasteless. Not sure why? Next time I’ll pay closer attention and make sure I get all the right stuff. The coolest thing was that we ask over at Cinema Fusion if we could bring a sandwich into one of the +21 Screening Rooms. They said«your not supposed to but, yah… go ahead». Nice. Can’t really add stars to this review though for that?

Yay I’m a fan of the sandwiches. It blows away subway, prices are reasonable, and everything from the bread to the freshly cut in front of you meat is super fresh. This particular location must be pretty new because it’s not listed on the directory. And, because this center was designed by a crackhead, it says it’s on level 2 but it’s actually on level 3(per their website). There’s no inside seating, which really sucks on a hot day. I feel bad saying this, but the girl who made our sandwiches had a lazy eye and her head wouldn’t stop bobbling around… she seriously looked like a human bobble head. She was super sweet and I hope she doesn’t read this — but It made me uncomfortable to look at her. I kinda just kept my head down the whole time. The floor was really clean. Then when I paid she said, «were you going to sit outside?» Now, call me crazy, but I’m assuming if there are no chairs and no tables inside this place, than I can’t eat in there, right? My response was, «well, yeah, I kinda have to, right?». And she just smiled. Odd. Just like this center. *Cue the twilight zone music*
