Helpful friendly knowledgeable staff! Looked into issue and resolved it. Explained everything and gave me all my options! Great location in Anaheim hills! A lot better location than the orange store and staff has better customer service. They go above and beyond! Couldn’t be more happier with my iPhone 6s Plus and the service I received from this store, every employee I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable, and great a resolving issues. I would definitely recommend ditching the large T-Mobile stores and checking this location out. Will be coming back and will be referring others!

Received my new Iphone 6s plus and was having difficulty setting up the phone. I took the phone in and asked if they could help me get the basics set up. The guy working that day went out of his to set up my phone, get all my pictures set up on Google Photo’s, set up instagram and showed me the new features of the camera. After 40 minutes of helping me get set up & pointing out features I left feeling confident with my new phone, it was great experience!

I always think if you want something done correctly, in-person, face-to-face guarantees there is no miscommunication. This store FAILED me so hard. I had purchased a phone with T-Mobile in March of this year(6mos ago), so my phone was still under warranty. I spoke with a T-Mobile Chat person online because I couldn’t get my phone to even make a call and they said they would replace my phone and that I could go pick up a loaner at a local store. Great. I show up during my lunch break and I am first thankful that it’s empty. Speedy I presumed. I hand over my phone to the rep(the taller of the«K» guys) and he inspects it as I tell him what is going on. He kind of chuckles and says«Oh yeah, this is frustrating, I could see how that’s a problem»(my touchscreen wasn’t working and the phone was going bananas). He saw that I did a factory reset, he inspected the phone and said that yes, I qualified for a replacement. I asked about a loaner phone and he said«No, we’re out, we only carry one phone and I just processed it out to someone else» — crap. Ok, so I plea with him about what I can do because I NEED to have a phone; I’m at work, I have kids in child care and one in school — I need to be able to be contacted in case of an emergency. The other guy grabs my phone and says«What’s the problem, it looks fine» and the other guy in his language(they spoke a different language to each other) and then he just tossed it back. He assures me that all will be fine because he will process my order for next day delivery. In his words«Just hold out until tomorrow, you will have a phone in your hands by end of day» — I’m still nervous about not having a phone and that I find it funny that I had JUST paid it off. I ask if I could get a discount on my bill since I won’t be able to use my phone and he says«Maybe like a couple of cents, but no, we don’t do that» — which I find discouraging since I’m paying for the plan I can’t even use. He offers me an old sim card(mine takes Micro-sim) when I mention I might have an old phone laying around the house. He keeps telling me, «I’m sorry for the inconvenience since there’s nothing else I can do to help you, but you’ll have a phone tomorrow, I promise» so I head out. Lastly, being thankful that I can at least look forward to a new phone when I get home from work tomorrow. The next day I check my account for an order status or some kind of tracking. I do another online chat because I don’t have a phone that works. The rep there gave me the tracking and I told them I needed to have the phone TODAY(I remember because I did caps LOL) and they told me, «don’t worry, your phone is on it’s way and will be out for delivery» and I checked tracking and there was no info. They told me «Give it an hour and it will update». That day came and went, and nothing. The next day I got my phone to work after doing 3 factory resets, but I knew it was a fluke since my phone had also previously been turning on and off by itself. I was rushed to get an answer because I didn’t know if I could call again on a good connection. Let me remind you this is day 3. I felt I needed to talk to someone instead of chat because I needed answers. The rep told me «Oh, it’ll be there by Wednesday» — my heart sank and my frustration was through the roof! I had to ask her again what she said, because I couldn’t believe my ears. ONEWEEK for a replacement phone! She kept telling me the same crap I was given before, «Go pay the $ 50 fee for a loaner phone» — um, no, I’m not paying(even if it’s refundable) or driving around to fix their mistakes. I told her how I was told TWICE that it was next day delivery. She said«Oh, it’s because you don’t have the purchased phone insurance» Um, hello, this is a TMOBILEPHONEUNDERWARRANTY, I should not be treated differently just because I don’t pay the extra every month for insurance. I found it really rude that she’d even mention that. She said the best they could do was credit me for the mistake they made. She even said«Oh, it’s cause our warehouses are backed up right now» — how about hire more people, lots of people need jobs. I finally got a manager and he admitted it was a huge T-Mobile fault and lots of errors were made along the way, including them lying about the shipping method. I got them to do a refund of what I had just paid for this crap phone. I was glad for my refund and was ready to go buy a new phone when I was thankfully loaned a phone over the weekend. I’m so sad that the company I have been with since the beginning(14 years loyal) and this is how they’re treating us; with lies.

This guys are Great! Helpful and knowledgeable about the business. I did my transaction online but got complicated, Dean help me figure out the easier way and less expensive way to do the transfer. They help me with my trade –in paper works and packaging. Highly recommended.

The employees are nice enough, but my experience at this store was pretty awful. I walked into the store to drop off a phone. There were 2 employees in the store helping customers. I figured I’d wait 10 minutes and be out of there. 50 minutes later, the 2 employees were still«helping» the exact same customers. By the time I was helped it was too late to process my drop-off, but I was told I could leave the phone and they would process it first thing in the morning. I called back the next day around 5pm to check on it and they hadn’t done anything and had the nerve to say that they shouldn’t have accepted the phone the night before. After some complaining, they said they would handle it and and to call back later. This went on for a couple days until finally they dealt with it. Unfortunately, I haven’t been to any other TMobile stores for comparison, but I’ve dealt with both AT&T and Verizon dozens of times and never had any problems. The most I’ve ever waited is maybe 10 minutes, if at all. I will not be returning to this store, and recommend that you avoid it as well.

Nice, quick service. I went on two separate occasions to add members to my family plan. I try to go when there are no customers, since it is a small shop; but I had to wait a few minutes. Didn’t bother me. I was able to finish what I accomplished. It beats driving over to Brea Mall or Orange to the big T-Mobile stores. I’m pretty satisfied with T-Mobile and this outlet.

I have been coming to this store for 2 years now and have always had a great experience with Ozzy and Dean. Both are very knowledgeable and have always helped me deal with all my phone issues, troubleshooting and ordering new devices and switching out my phones. Any time I get a new phone, they help me transfer all my information over and get me up and running on my new phone. Ozzy is very tech saavy and is very nice and funny. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store!

I wanted to upgrade my tmobile phone and went to this tmobile agent store. The staff at this store were very knowledgeable and explained every detail with patient and showed me all options. I got my htc one smart phone and they prepared the rebate documents which I submitted immediately and received my rebate on time. FRAUDFRAUDFRAUD! Ozzy the manager processed a FREE upgrade phone for me … when I did not receive my rebate in the mail I called TMobile customer service to find out this store is a 3rd party and ISNOTAUTHORIZED to process the free upgrade rebate. In addition they had no record in their system I was charged $ 330.00 for the phone. Tmobile customer care said I would have to go to the store to get my rebate refund. When I went it was a nightmare! Ozzy the manager left me and my two toddlers at the desk to go outside and smoke while he was on the phone with Tmobil customer care. When Tmobil told him he was not authorized to process the rebate transaction and that is why I did not receive the rebate he refused to refund my money! DONOTSHOPHEREFORANYREASON! FRAUDULENTTRANSACTIONS!
