The Flame Broiler

Honestly you have one job… I asked for white rice not brown! I just came out of the hospital starving and all I wanted was some white rice!!!

This location is so convenient for me and I am never disappointed. They always get my order right and the chicken is never dry or too charred. The girl who works during lunch hour is always so sweet and makes sure to log in my order for the rewards they have.

Great food here, a little pricey, but good food, good selections. An open for delicious tastes if in the area, from the pre-​cooked warmed up food.

Dem chicken veggie bowls with brown rice — what a tasty treat! Customer service is always on point and the price can’t be beat. I would recommend a wet floor sign when mopping their floors — just as precaution.

This is definitely one of my favorite Flame Broilers. The workers are very friendly, and typically my bowl is ready before I even have a chance to sit down. Portions are nice and the quality of on par with other locations. If you like Flame Broiler, you’ll have no issues with this spot.

I have been to this flame broiler many times, the service is great and the food is exceptional. If you are looking for a healthy choice at a good price, this is definetly the place to go!

Flame Broiler has always been exceptionally fast when making your food and their level of consistency from location to location has always been great as well; however their service doesn’t quite translate similarly between stores.
This flame broiler is no exception, having me in and out in under 5 minutes. The service received was sub-​par though as I stood at the counter for the majority of the five minutes completely unacknowledged. The cashier who helped me out asked me «what do you want?» and then didn’t say much more to me other than «no drink?» and «$ 6.47». I probably won’t be coming back to this location and would rather opt to go to the location in downtown Anaheim.

We were driving by this place about lunch time and thought we’d give it a try. It’s the first time any if us had ever eaten at one if these places.
I can’t say I was overly impressed. I suppose I’d eat it again if there wasn’t much else around. I guess classic burgers are just more my style.
The food was ok and I ate it all and it filled me up. So if that’s what you’re lookin for than give this place a shot.

Service was poor. Came in today at 12:50 PM. Cashier (skinny male with a tattoo on his left arm) got my order wrong and paid more attention to the soccer game on TV. Cook also was preoccupied with the soccer game and didn’t start cooking the food when the order was placed. Stay home if you can’t put the customers first!

Ive been in other flame broilers and twice in this one. I like their inexpensive lunches that are supposed to be healthier and the fact that you can order brown rice at no additional charge.
Parking is pretty easy and so is getting a table. However, the two times ive gotten my chicken here it has tasted a bit burnt, like they dont clean the grill often enough.
Other than that, its a good lunch option in this area!

This is by far my favorite Flame Broiler. It’s in a pretty convenient spot with a decent amount of parking. The food is always fresh and they always give you a lot of chicken or whatever your favorite meat is. The staff is always friendly.
The only thing I could complain about is the bathroom. The few times I’ve been in there, it’s been really disgusting.

Quick and easy. Get in, order lunch, and get out. Food is 3 of 5.

Good, cheap meals. Made to order, the place is clean, theres three (maybe four) different choices of sauces, and each time I’ve been in there, the employees were super nice! Love that it’s under 5 bucks for dinner, there’s mini bowls and regular sized, the mini one is always plenty for me!

Food is always great but the employees always seem bothered to have to help you out.

A good choice for a health quick lunch or dinner! They now have brown rice available too!

This is my first time eating here! This is a new Flame Broiler; although just because it is new does not mean it is great. The service is not very good. The beef was very low quality and chewy, gross! I would rather eat my dogs food. If you like tasty food go somewhere else.

i enjoy flamer broiler’s healthier options and quick service, but the layout is a bit odd, just like jerome w wrote.
this location is in a small strip mall. the unit it is not set up for a restaurant – not even a quick serve– and it causes major traffic jams inside. there is limited seating and the drinks, condiments, napkins, utensils are located to the side of the kitchen in a hallway and just in front of the bathroom. i’ve been here a few times and have had my order made incorrectly once (ordered mini chicken with brown rice and got a mini works with white rice)
if you are looking for a quick lunch that is a reasonably healthy option, this is an ok place if you get your food to go.

I was all excited when I saw this place. Could it be? A new Flame Broiler just down the street from my house? I had to check it out. Now I wish I hadn’t. Why can’t all Flame Broilers be the same?
It’s in a busy intersection, but ample parking is provided. On the inside, the restaurant looks clean, but the layout is rather awkward with the fountain beverages and utensils located in an odd walkway towards the bathrooms. But the worst part of my viist was the service. The girl at the counter had NO IDEA what she was doing. I can honestly say that after placing my order and messing up on the change, I saw one customer after another walk in and she messed up every single order they placed. She was either dumb as a doorknob or totally on something.
Not a happy camper. Needless to say, I’m not coming back. That’s OK FB, I’m still gonna beef-​bowl, just not here.
