Horrible service ever! I ordered a chicken Alfredo but they sent me a said instead! I demand a refund or credit at least! I waited for an hour & and a half when it’s literally down the street from my house

JUNK! Pizza was raw, and the manager says it’s our fault for not checking before driver left. Bread sticks burnt, spaghetti cold, THEY SUCK, they blame the customer for crappy food

At first I was worried the order would take a while, but it was done and to our room within 25 minutes! Plus the pizza is amazing! This is the Buffalo Kicker Pizza! Definitely will reorder

Order large pep, pineapple, UNCOOKED jalapeños (papa Johns refuses to do this which I HATE) and light sauce and 8 pc buffalo wings. Total $ 29.84

Food hot and Delicious!!! (totally unexpected from the reviews and since it could be a sketch place, but luckily they were on Unilocal w reviews and photos)
Provided paper plates, silverware and right amount of napkins!!! Woww totally unexpected too!

A little greasy, but who cares it’s130am when we ordered! You’re lucky they are open, they deliver AND food tastes great!!!
Would definitely order again next time we are in town.

I stopped here at 1;00 am was still open I was hungry and want try it out I order the 10 inch pizza with mushroom it was good deal it came with drink for $ 5.99 plus tax it took about 10 minutes and it wasn’t that busy the pizza was OK the sauce was bad as soon i took a slice the whole think collapse cheese and all came down it was OK little ceaser even better but I guss when you hungry everything test OK They humberger the girl at cash register she said the pizza is good here and humberger I don’t I have to try it out, it’s close to Disney land.

This place was bomb! Came here tonight with my bf and a few friends and it was delicious! The fries and the cheesy pizza that filled both of us for 10 bucks so good definitely coming back!

Came home tired and late from Disneyland. was gonna order papa John’s but saw a ad in the room decided to try it. Happy we did. Food was so good. I am the pickiest person when it comes to pizza so is my 4 year old and he loved it. Will be eating here again. The delivery guy was really as was the lady that took our order. Everything was fresh and hot.

We checked into our hotel late and was super excited that this pizza place delivered till 3am! We got the kids settled and ordered a 3 topping pizza with sausage, ham and extra cheese also 3 chicken strips with fries.
What arrived was a pizza with sausage, and pepperoni… Cold fries and cold chicken… The pizza was even cold… I felt like it was left over food… It was not worth the money at all I don’t care if they were the only place open I will drive to jack in the box… I could not believe that within 45 minutes of ordering my food was cold and wrong! She even repeated it back to me…

Order fish and chip the guy who delivered was 7 mins early but he took off with my change and never gave me a chance to see if I was going to give him a tip or not I don’t know if I’d recommend this place to many people I was here at the motel 6 in Anaheim Disney Way good place to stay but don’t order the food The Hideout pizza and grill

We are staying at the embassy suits and called to place an order for 3 Large pizzas and the person on the other line hung up on us two times and when questioned about the price difference between what’s on the flyer and what he is charging us, he yelled at me and said it’s the price I can’t help you anymore and hung up. Horrible customer service. And terrible management. If he was the owner, then he needs to take a lesson on educate.

Delicious and convenient.
We ordered the family deal, it was more than enough for my family of four (2 hungry boys and my husband). The cost was perfect, we can’t eat anywhere under than $ 50.Salad, pizza, pasta, garlic bread, soda and dessert under $ 50, amazing! Also, the delivery time was about 25 minutes and the delivery guy was extremely professional. We have found our «go to» pizza joint, when visiting Anaheim.

I’m kind of confused. I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times when staying at a hotel. It’s pretty decent in my opinion. I was driving by and decided to stop in and get a pizza on my way home. So here I am on a Thursday at 3:08, when this place is advertised as being open at 3:00pm, and the girl nonchalantly says «oh you have to wait 15 minutes to order, we’re not open.» What? No apology, no explanation. Terrible service. Not that any establishment should have terrible service, but in this situation, the food is not nearly good enough to deal with «oh yeah we’re not open right now.»

Stayed at the Motel 6 near this place. Saw their flyer in the room I was staying at. Medium pizza was $ 10.99 plus tax. Thought to myself, well, it can’t be that bad. First of all, it took them almost a hour to get to the room I was staying at. Then, the delivery cost about $ 3 and they charged me $ 1 due to paying with my debit card. Pizza was small. Very dry. NOT worth $ 18.00 for a crappy pizza. Never ordering from this place again!

Honestly the most unsatisfying service I’ve encountered from a pizza joint in a long time. The pizza was no better than little Caesar’s pizza, a blend of crap called sauce and onions that weren’t even cooked. Now for the BBQ wings??? Let’s just call it burnt chicken on a bone caked with BBQ sauce, no thanks!!!

I come here semi regularly and this place is awesome.
I love their dinner deals they have. Less than 7 bucks for your own personal pizza and a soda !!!
The pizza here is really good too. Their specialty pizzas rock. I haven’t tried anything else from here but I’m sure it’s good as well.
Also a plus, this place is open til 3 am!!! The people who run this joint work hard and are very hospitable. You should absolutely try this place out !

Tuesday night and had to wait 1.5 hours for a medium pizza which cost almost $ 20 plus delivery, tip and credit card fee!
I decided I was better off going out to grab my own food since I’d end up getting my dinner sooner.
I decided against ordering the pizza and informed the lady on the phone that I didn’t wanna wait that long and to go ahead and cancel my order.
She got all upset saying OK FINE And phone was slammed shut!
If you plan on maybe me calling you back since I’m staying here for more than a week, I suggest you be nicer to your customers!!!
Key word in any business is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Which that employee definitely lagged. There for I wouldn’t call them again!

The price is what is getting this place bad reviews? Really. If you want food delivered to you its going to cost you. #CommonSense
*Were in California, There’s such thing as «Mile Reimbursement» that the companies have to pay their employees for deliveries.
I walked in to get a pizza and it was 14″ for 7 $, I added garlic bread for $ 1.50. The pizza was super yummy and the service is great. I have no complaints about this place.

Well, they are open till 3AM…+1 Star for that, the delivery guy was nice +1 star for that and my boyfriend liked his burger so +1 star for that.
we stayed at the marriott and needed some food after a wedding we attended so we ordered some delivery from Hideout. I am NOT too fond of the fact that they were SUPER expensive! Here is what we ordered:
2 water bottles, Chicken Alfredo, ½ lb cheese burger with bacon and fries = $ 50.00 (including tip)
YES.WTFFFF…I would be fine with it if it was actually good but my pasta was floating in oil… I had to maneuver around it.
If I knew, I would just have gone out and got some mexican food.

I stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Buena Park, and dinner Saturday night, I did not feel like driving out. I’m on vacation for the weekend, I will do what I want, right?
I usually patronize privately owned restaurants and pizza places, being a resident of Boston, we have a lot of those, and they are usually pretty good! There is a TV guide in my room with the menu and some specials, and I decided to order the Large 3 topping pizza for $ 13.99 + tax.
I asked for sausage, pepperoni bacon on the whole pizza, and half with mushroom. I kid you not, they nickel and dime you for everything in this place, which is why I found it laughable for my bill to end up at $ 25.00, which did not include the tip.
* $.99 for cutlery PER PERSON. They do not tell you that it is an individual pack, however they stack those flimsy paper plates, a fork, a knife, two packets of hot peppers, 2 packets of parmesan cheese, and a couple of napkins. You would think that they would provide these for free like most pizza places do. Well they do not.
* When I said I would pay with a card, the guy on the phone says that the delivery driver will have a portable credit card machine with them. Oh and that this is another $.99 charge. Wow…
* He doesn’t even tell me how much the mushroom was on HALF the pizza for a topping since the menu had no pricing list for the toppings.
* Delivery charge of $ 2.94 or something.
* Plus tip — THE DRIVER WAS REALLY FRIENDLY
To top it all off, the pizza was horrid! The crust was tough, the sauce and the overall pizza was bland. I was really not impressed. I was also not given an itemized receipt of the charges, and just the amount. The driver was friendly, the only reason I gave a star. I was clearly disappointed in the whole experience, and I actually turned down the idea of Domino’s Pizza that was on my keycards to patronize this place. The fact that they most likely have an agreement with Baymont Inn and Suites on having their menus actually on the TV guides for the rooms concerns me. Moving forward, NEVER again.
