Serviceable. The crew is nice, helpful, and very fast. The food is tasty, if not the best. I had a large pastrami pepper jack, which was big enough to make two meals. Perhaps my biggest, and maybe only gripe(besides the price that runs around $ 10 for a large), is that I still have no idea what the ingredient list looks like. Say what you will about subway, at least you can see the toppings to pick from. Here they are all behind a high counter and covered with metal tops. They could serve curry for all we know. This leaves me playing a guessing game with the wait staff on my topping selection. This is clearly a part of the Togo’s concept, and probably an I’ll thought part of it. Still, I would rank the experience higher than your average subway, and this particular location seems better than most Togo’s.

We were greeted with a smile. Just kidding, not anything cheerful about this crew. Questions were answered with flat, «duh”-like responses. Whatever. The lemon pepper tuna sandwich was good, but my clubhouse was barely anything more than the bread it came in. For $ 7.50, a 6» better have some MEAT. –1 more star for the sandwich maker, I’ll call her Miss Personality, had her hair overflowing her visor and even dipping into the sandwiches she was making. Show us a little effort girls.

Togo’s is always pretty good, I do like that fact that they have gluten free wraps. Their tuna is my favorite. and like the free drink with check in even though i normally fill it up with water anyways. You should get an herbal tea or a natural lemonade.

In a world of growing sandwich shops on every corner, TOGO’s is still my favorite. Better ingredients, better bread, way better value than Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s by far too.

Excellent sandwich. Had the daily special… today was the pastrami. Sandwich and a drink for $ 6…great deal!

Maybe I’m a control freak, but what’s up with the high countertops? Why can’t I see my sandwich being made? Does anyone else like to see what’s going on? Anyway, for some reason I’m not a huge sandwich person. I don’t know but a place has to make one hell of a sandwich for me to even entertain it. Well, TOGO’s doesn’t make that hell of a sandwich but it’s better than Subway and there’s no Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s near me at work so this will do.

I use to go to Togo’s when I was a teen and always remember it being super delicious. I got the Santa Fe Salad with the Pepita dressing and I have to say that I am not impressed at all. The lettuce was wilted, the avocado tasted old and the dressing was not good at all. Bad quality and a super high price of almost $ 9 for a salad, next time I will spend $ 9 somewhere else! DISAPPOINTED!

This Togos in particular has improved a lot over the last 6 months. Some good offers friendly service and no problems! All pervious problems are forgiven. New management has put this Togos a leap into the right direction!

Went in to Togo’s for the first time in years after having a bad experiance over and over with the chain. It was with my girlfriend on Sunday a week ago and was blown away. Riley made both of our sandwiches and could not have provided better, more friendly customer service. He treated us like old friends and had the attitude that made us feel like we meant everything to him. Togos you need to promote and Gove raises to employees like Riley. His outstanding service alone made me a loyal customer. Thanks Riley!

Terrible customer service. She barely paid attention to me and was talking to her coworker the whole time. Therefore, got my order wrong. Also charged me for the most expensive combo of sandwich and salad even though I got the cheapest sandwich and salad available.

Quick, friendly service with a smile. The bread and ingredients are fresh. Try the turkey and avocado combo. It’s good.

Don’t bother calling in an order. You get better service and correct orders if you just go in and order at the counter. Takes a little longer but worth it. They have horrible customer service over the phone, and even though they write down your order as you’re giving it to them, they still somehow manage to mess it up…(I checked, it was write on the slip but my order was wrong)

Togo’s is like a Subway but it’s not a Subway. It’s like a Quiznos but it’s not a Quiznos. Did I just confuse you? Well, Togo’s is different. It’s none of the above. It’s better. It’s unique! First off, you order at the counter and your sandwich is made by one server who stays with you, unlike the production line operation in a Subway. I like this better because you deal with one person from start to finish without handovers so you don’t have to repeat the same thing to different people and you don’t have to move like a production line yourself. There are generally 3 categories of sandwiches: cold sandwiches like a regular turkey sandwich, hot — for example the meatball, and toasted — like the Uncle Tony’s Italian. So what’s an Uncle Tony’s Italian($ 6.29, 6-inch)? It’s da bomb in the category of fast food Italian sandwiches. Made with their signature parmesan bread, this sandwich is a burst of flavors — salami, capicolla, cotto, ham, provolone, red onion, lettuce, pickles, pepperoncinis, tomatoes and a tangy and yummy Italian dressing. It’s quite amazing that the blend of the ingredients produces an almost perfect balance of Italian flavor. The sandwich is toasted in Togo’s special machine and is served hot. YUM! Their meatball sandwich($ 5.99, 6-inch) is also really good. The meatballs are moist and tasty and the marinara sauce is flavorful but not too overwhelming. It’s topped with provolone cheese which pairs up nicely with the sandwich. Just like all other sandwiches, you can choose your bread and I recommend the honey wheat! Service has been good and our server has been cool all da way. She was attentive and patient with our requests and our sandwiches were made exactly as we ordered them. I showed her the free drink coupon on my iPhone( Unilocal check in promotion) and she knew exactly what it was and processed it quickly. Overall, it was an excellent lunch given the superb value of about $ 6 a sandwich. In fact, I bet you that the Uncle Tony’s Italian is probably better than many $ 10 sandwiches that you’ll find in fancier places. Great food. Great value. Great service.

i love TOGOS but after waiting on hold for five minutes trying to place my order over the phone and then being hung up on i am a little annoyed especially after i called back and the lady that answered was very rude and insisted on auguring with me. Get better customer service you just lost a customer! i will take my money to a place that wants it.

This has been pretty fast when I’ve ordered a sandwich to go the few times I’ve been here. The tuna is pretty tasty. I haven’t had much luck, though, with their tomatoes as they tend to be rock hard and have the core inside that’s practically inedible. The bread is better than Subway’s(in my opinion) and the cost is substantially higher($ 2+). I’d go back for lunch but would not seek it out.

I used to love Togo’s in college, and it’s been ages since I have been… what was I thinking?! I forgot how much I love the #24 Turkey & Avocado(aka, the best sandwich in the world). Now that the hus and I will be in Anaheim Hills every week this is definitely going to be one of our top lunch spots. The service at this location is fast & friendly, the prices are good and there is plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Perfect lunch spot!

I had forgotten how good Togo’s was… And it seems to have gotten even better. It is way way way better than Subway. I just wish they had as many stores as Subway! This location is very convenient to my house and I frequent it, the staff if pretty good and friendly. I think they made a good decision when they relocated to this spot in the Festival, being close to Chipotle and downsizing was a good move, very nice and new set-up. MYGO-TODISH: #24 Turkey and Avocado, hands down the best, they put a ridiculous amount of Avocado on the sando.

Decided to stop in here to grab a couple sandwiches last night. I have been to this location many times for lunch because I use to work nearby. The service has always been less than spectacular and never very friendly. But last night was probably one of the worst ever. The girl working was just rude, bitchy, unhappy and unfriendly. Who the hell hires these people to work with the public?! HORRIBLEHORRIBLE service. Not to mention my 9 inch chix salad sandwich add cheddar cheese(which is extra??? huh??) cost a total of $ 7.79! What a rip! I wanted cucumber on my sandwich too but that cost extra as well! Sandwich was good but I couldn’t help feeling I just got reamed paying over $ 20 for 2 sandwiches and drinks. I’ll still eat at Togo’s once in a while, but I wont be back to this location.

Why the terrible reviews? I am a huge Togo’s fan, and I have rarely had a problem at this location. I do remember one time I had an incredibly slow guy on my lunch break, but I honestly think he was new. The reason I decided to finally review Togo’s is because this week we had a meeting at work, and we decided to order Togo’s for lunch. I was responsible for the order and picking up the food. The order was for 10 sandwiches, all with special orders(hold the mayo, extra cheese, no onions, etc…) and we called it in right at lunch time, noon to be exact. I expected the order to take forever to make, and I expected people’s orders to be messed up. Nope! They told me to be there in 15 minutes, I was shocked. I got over there at about 12:20 and the order was just about finished up. They were slammed too! All the tables inside and outside were full, and there was a line. While I waited the owner gave me a free drink and gave me forms to fax in orders for the next time we decided to get lunch from there. He was very friendly and nice, made small talk with me while I waited, which was less than 5 minutes. Once the order was ready to go, he offered to carry it out to my car for me, I declined, but I appreciated the offer. Got the food back to the office and I didn’t hear any complaints from the managers that they didn’t get what they had asked for :)
