Always courteous and helpful. Good location to avoid the other parking locations. I sometimes need help with loading my folding wheelchair and they never rush, just take care of details. Great customer service.

Parking near Disneyland is a nightmare you say? Well, not anymore. Not if you know about the Toy Story Parking lot located on the East side of Harbor Blvd between E. Katella Ave and Orangethorpe Ave.
The entrance is on Harbor Blvd. As you pull in you will notice that parking here costs $ 18, it’s best to have cash ready to go so that you don’t hold up the line. That cost includes not just parking, but the shuttle bus which will drop you off almost at the front gate, and bring you back to the parking lot. If you compare that to what it would cost to park elsewhere and walk as we have done in the past it’s a pretty good deal.
Park anywhere you like, because it’s not that long a walk to the shuttle bus stop. The parking lot is divided into three main sections and large easily visible signs in various colors have characters from the movie toy story and letters and numbers to help you remember where you parked your car. Jesse’s section is red, Buzz Lightyear’s section is green, and Woody’s section is blue. I recommend using your phone to take a picture of the sign closest to where you parked before you walk away from your car. Trust me, you may think you’ll still remember where you parked the car at the end of the day, but that will be the FARTHEST thing from your mind after a full day at the happiest place on Earth. We parked near a blue sign with a picture of Woody and 24B. Bright yellow signs pointed us towards the shuttle buses and we set off with a 16 year old, 5 year old, and two toddlers in a stroller.
We didn’t have to wait long for the bright sky blue shuttle bus and we easily found seats as the bus was not crowded. We didn’t even have to fold down the stroller, though we did take the kids out of it to hold on our laps. The interior of the bus was clean and the seats were comfortable. After a short ride we were dropped off at the entrance to Disneyland. I took a picture of the outside of the bus so we’d remember where we’d parked as it was my first time using that lot.
At the end of the day there was a line to get on the shuttle bus, but we were still able to board the first one that arrived so I don’t know for sure how long one would have to wait in between buses. Thank goodness we’d taken that picture of the sign near where we’d parked because we were like zombies after a long day at the park and had no brainpower to spare. The line leaving the parking facility wasn’t horrible even though it was near the end of the day.
I’d definitely return again to use this parking lot on return visits to Disneyland.

Pretty kind and friendly staff. The shuttles were fairly clean and the AC was blasting. Seeing this shuttle at midnight after walking 13 miles all day is like a santa sighting. It’s amazing!

This Parking is horrible there is an enormous line to even get on a bus and no restroom facilities. I hate this parking when you are supposed to be meeting up with people it is now near impossible because you are now parked all over the place. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be fired. $ 18 to park off site and a bus tour of Anaheim to get to DLand was a waste of 45 min.

Ok finally going home, it’s April 22^nd, 2016; 11:40p.m. on a Friday night. I’m so beat! On the bus going back to Toy Story parking lot. Feet hurts. I just wanna pass out lol.
Not much to write, I park here. It’s easy. A/​C bus drops you straight at Disneyland. Love it. Never had to wait long or stand in the bus. Lots of busses. Just make sure you remember where you parked!
I have an annual pass so parking is free for me other wise it’s $ 18! ;(

One of my best Disneyland secrets.
The biggest bummer about Disneyland parking is that they don’t open up the lots until one hour before park actually opens (By open I mean the stated park open time). I always arrive at this lot about 20 minutes early and just wait (park) in the front of the parking pay stations until they open up.
After you park there will already be a line of buses ready to deliver guests to Disneyland.
On the return visit there are open buses waiting to take you back, even when the park closes and a massive herd of people leave at the same time.
Summation —
I like the Toy Story lot because it avoids the mess and crowds of the other lots. Disneyland can be a chaotic mess but arriving and leaving doesn’t have to be.
Less hassle — More Fun!

A life-​long Disney dude (got the first annual pass back in 1984, was a cast member, had passes on and off for last 30 years), I am too aware of the decline in customer relations, and nowhere else is the decline evident than in Toy Story Parking.
One time, I insisted my vehicle was going into handicapped section despite being waved into general parking. My bad for not having the placard on my mirror already (driving with it on is illegal), but the chick yelled at me as I passed her, «PUT IT ON YOUR MIRROR».
Another time, I returned to my car and the 50×50 yard grid I was in was closed off with cones. I had to move the cones to get out.
As opposed to the parking garage, which seems to have two dozen people along my path to point me in the obvious direction, another time I entered and ending up going the wrong way. My bad, but I pointed out to the employee chastising me that I was being directed.
And on MLK Day, we realized it was too crowded to stay, but by the time we got back to our car THERE WAS NO EXIT. I am not kidding you. A few workers directed me to different spots… which pissed me off because they either had no clue, or they did but didn’t care. I flagged down an employee who ignored me, until I drove in front of her. She said the only way out was going out the way we came in, which was a steady line of incoming cars. Impossible to swim up that stream, I had to move cones and squeeze past incoming traffic through the entrance until I found a sympathetic older gentleman (who likely attended Disney University training as I did) who shuttled me out. That was infuriating.
Despite all of these problems, they are still better than the other options. I used to find parking in Downtown Disney, but the last two times I had to give up after challenging people to parking duels for vacant spots after 25 minutes of circling like sharks. And the parking structure is OK, but the tram ride on the way home is often like Black Friday, and you have to swim through the slow-​motion clusterfudge full of strollers, fat people, spastic kids, and clueless tourists. At least the bus ride back (ps the bus drivers are always pleasant; hence the second star) is very convenient, if not overly air conditioned.

Best parking lot I think! Easy to park in and find. This lot is never closes unlike the Mickey & Friends structure. The bus also drops you off right in front of Disneyland.

Honestly, when you are coming to Disney this parking lot is SO much quick and easier to deal with then Mickey & Friends. Everything moves quickly on the buses being loaded up and taking off, and you never have to wait more then 5 minutes to get into the parking lot. There have been times I parked in Mickey and waited 20 minutes just to get into the parking lot. Who wants that when you are getting ready to Disney?! Not me.
Parking costs the same anywhere you park, so with the ease of getting in and out of this parking lot I will always keep parking here. Love it!

Love this parking lot. Bus picks you up real close to the parking lot and you get to ride in comfort to the park, down the street; bus has A/​C when it’s hot out and heater on when it’s cold… perfect way to start and end a trip to Disneyland Resort.

I prefer parking here rather than at Mickey & Friends because I feel that the trams take way longer to load in the morning as well as the evenings — especially the evenings. The busses are air conditioned, which feels great when it’s hot, and they turn on the heater when it’s cold out.
It’s way less of a hassle to leave at night from Toy Story parking. There have been way too many times when I have been caught up in a cluster of honking cars in the Mickey & Friends Parking structure — there were a few occasions when it took close to 45 minutes to leave.
I also find it a lot easier to drive up & down Harbor Blvd. if I ever leave the park to get food or stop by Target.

Important note before you decide to park here… the last shuttle runs at 11pm. If you miss it, you will have to walk back to your car.
This is a pretty good alternative to parking in the Mickey and Friends parking structure. There is definitely less congestion here than the heavy traffic that is usually the norm with the parking structure. It is an uncovered open lot, so keep that in mind if you happen to be in Southern California on a rare rainy day. The shuttles run fairly frequently to and from this lot. The pick-​up/​drop-​off point is on the East side of the esplanade. The price for parking here is currently $ 17, the same as Mickey and Friends.

Horrible concept, poor implementation, and extremely hard on families.
If you fill these existing lots, your probably at population in the park. Why create islands of parking 2 miles out, forcing families to either brave huge lines at 10 pm onward with strollers, toys, balloons, and crying sleepy kids? What do they do? They walk… Again, past all the homeless, all the way to the parking lot.
Sadly, they fill the peripheral lots first and make it convenient for the procrastinators. No thanks. I’ll drive in circles first.

Between Mickey & Friends and the Toy Story lot, I prefer the former, although I’ve heard some others only park in the open lot.
The plus side is that it’s less claustrophobic than the giant parking structure. However, you take buses into the resort as opposed to an open air tram. The buses do come fairly quickly and cycle out fast. However, I prefer to be in the open air and appreciate the little tram ride and it’s spiel of park hours and other attractions in season.
The buses also go through city streets, not little resort paths, so you don’t get the whole «illusion» of being in the parks already.
However, it is a little simpler since it’s open and you can more easily spot your car. It’s all preference. I find the bus wait headed back is a little longer than the tram wait, plus you’re crammed in and may be standing amidst hot and sweaty people.

Buzzed lot. This is the lot that people like to pregame in before entering Disneyland. How punny that it’s called the buzz lot. You have to ride a bus to the front of the resort. The spaces here are smaller than in the Mickey and Friends lot so douches with big trucks like to take up 2 spots. They clean the lot every night and the staff are attentive and will direct you to an available spot.

Came here for the 24hr 60^th Celebration event normally i park in the Mickey and Friends structure but on this event i couldn’t park in the structure so was reverted to the Toy Story lot i never parked here before so at first i was like ok it seems so far away but actually it wasn’t. Instead of the trams you get bused over to the park. Personally i actual liked this better the lines moved fast. I will park here more from now on except if I’m there during a hot summer day if i ever go during the day, but others times i’ll be fine with it, it was easy to get out too.

Dude where’s my car? Oh yeah, at the Woody lot. These light blue wrapped Toy Story buses are too cute.
I’ve parked at Mickey and Friends parking garage and trammed it. I’ve been rerouted to Riverwalk parking garage and boarded a random bus. I just happen to end up parking here because the signs directed me. Parking prices are the same as all the other locations.
Like others have mentioned, the climate controlled buses run regularly between the lot and the designated bus/​shuttle station area near the security bag check/​ticket booth plaza.
At the end of fun filled Disney evening we were shuffling back to the bus station where buses were waiting. I noticed a grandmother and her grandson ahead of us and in a hurry to board. She sat down and he sat across the aisle. She told him to save a seat for another person, probably a parent or other relative. The bus started filling up and seats taken, including the seats next to the grandson because he forgot to hold a seat. She noticed and told him to move and find two seats in the back. He moves. Then the doors close and the bus begins to pull away. Grandma then panics and asks the driver to stop as the vehicle continues its u-​turn in the roundabout for a return trip back to the Toy Story lot.
«Sorry, I have to leave when there are no boarding passengers. There is another bus right behind me and we have to keep our rotation moving.»
I feel kinda bad a family got separated, but on the other hand I’m glad these buses wait for no one in particular.

I still prefer Mickey & Friends lot, but this is also a good option. It’s an open space lot with shuttle buses instead of trams picking guests up and taking them to the park.
The lot is quite large so make sure you keep track of where you park. I still find it much more convenient to stick to Mickey & Friends, but I can see why some might prefer the Toy Story lot.

On my way to Disneyland, I thought to myself… what if I parked at a different lot? With rumors of an additional parking structure to Disneyland’s increasing attendance, I had to visit one of the least popular parking lots. At the same time, I kinda wanted to know where the employees parked too. Let’s park with Woody at the Toy Story Parking Lot.
There is officially one entrance for park guests going to the Magic Castle, but there is another, but for employees. The entrance is on the southeast side of Harbor Blvd before Katella. You can’t miss it. Do not enter through Katella since that parking is the entrance for employees. There is security and if you don’t display your employee parking pass on your car, your car could be towed. I haven’t experienced it, but just a warning. Parking prices will vary each year. Of course, Premium Annual Passholders park for free here too.
Unlike Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Toy Story Parking has no structure. Why park here you say?! Well, its one of the least popular parking sites. The sun during the heat can make your car unbearable. Use Toy Story Parking Lot on days you know will be busy and you know you won’t come back to your car for at least 12 hours. I am sure a lot of Disney Annual Passholders use this lot on those 24 hour Disney days. If you come to the park early, you’ll most likely park outside at Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. Throughout the day, you’ll be very lucky to get a covered spot.
As I mentioned, there are rumors, but at the same time, probably the most logical thing for Disney to do: Build another parking structure for the increasing attendance of Disneyland Resort. So, if you frequently visit Disneyland, park at Toy Story Lot once in awhile. The scenery at Disneyland will change drastically. Just imagine when Katella and Harbor Blvd traffic patterns will be in a couple years. I am sure Disney and the City of Anaheim will be prepared.

We came to Disneyland on a day that was very crowded and they directed us to this lot. We asked the lady at the parking booth 2 questions and was told that A) it is exactly the same distance as the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure is to Disneyland and B) this was a nice place to park.
It was a super hot day! We parked, and then walked to where the queue for the shuttle was. The shuttles were lined up waiting to take the guests to Disneyland Theme Park. They like to pack the buses as full as possible, including people standing. After the ride to the park, I realized why. It seems like the parking lot is a bit further away than the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. What do I know?
At the end of the day, it was just as easy to get on the shuttle and make our way to our car. The bus was once again super crowded. If I have my choice of parking places, I’d choose the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure … it just seems closer and quicker.
