I usually refer to this place as boot country as it is in the same building and the name boot country is above that.
I have brought the same 2 pairs of danskos for repair over the last 5 years (yes, I know, but danskos look great, feel great, and gosh darn it I like them!) for repair as I rip the side seam after a while. The seamstress does great work and always give them a good polish. Once I brought in a pair of boots to get re-​heeled and they even fixed the partial chew out of the side from my awesome dog. They ususally get my shoes back to me within a week if they’re really backed up, but sometimes next day.
I highly recommend.
